The location was very good, in the Medina but not in the busiest part. The breakfast was one of the best we tried and there was variety every day.
We stayed at the chocolate room on the ground room, which was extremely small. When we opened our suitcase on the floor there was literally no space left and we had to jump through it to get to the bathroom, which by the way was separated by a curtain (!) and not an actual door from the room. There was also a bad toilet smell all the time in the room, because of some exposed toilet pipes in the bathroom. Finally, the wifi wasn’t working at all during our stay; we let the owner know but he said that only our devices had this issue since everyone else could connect (?). Overall it was not worth it for what we paid..

Everything went well.
Very nice and clean. The riad is not easy to find in the medina but the staff was there to help us.
The location is near everything, and accessible by walk - 3 min from Ksour door
The rooms are very cosy and well decorated.
The breakfast is very convenience.

location and staff
The room could be a little larger and the WC could have a door instead of a curtain.

The staff is really nice and helpfull. We requested one gluten free breakfast because of allergy and they made it very good (best so far during our 2,5 week trip). the rooms are very clean with a nice shower. At the Riad you don’t realise you are in the center of the city. Within a couple of minutes you will be at the big market square and you can easily find your way back because the entrance to the smaller street to the Riad has a big banner across the street.
Our stay was to short :)

The room was beautiful and comfortable
The breakfast is great with variety of fruit, bread, jams, butter, coffee, tea...
The staff was very friendly and they even waited for us to arrive at 1am
The room didn't have an iron.

The riad was beautiful and clean. Anouar was particularly attentive to us and Khadija the manager was also very helpful to our queries and requests. No regrets!

Difficult to find when we arrive at night

The staff was really nice and helpful. The riad is beautiful. Located in the Medina and very well preserved. We stayed in the Chocolate room, very cute and comfortable.
We arrived in the night and it was difficult to find the riad even though we had the indications. It should probably have a more visible sign in the street.

The staff were excellent, especially Anouar. He was super helpful, organising Taxis and helping us navigate the city. Ira was very helpful too. The breakfast was lovely, the neighbourhood is friendly, the Riad itself is beautiful and peaceful. Will be back when in Marrakech next!

I liked how clean it was as well as the aesthetic - it felt like a home away from home
The location was hard to find especially at night when we arrived

Simple but very nice riad. Location is good, very close to the main square and at walking distance from everything in the Medina.
Riad is not exactly located at google maps pin, so be ready to get lost in the maze of the Medina to find it. The alley to reach the Riad is dodgy and kind of dark but still feels safe as there are street cameras.

Beautiful place and people, service. Highly recommend to visit and stay!
Dont trust to book private tour, we had pretty bad experience.

Our room was comfortable, the food was terrific! The two women that take care of the meals and cleaning were wonderful and I have to say an extra something about Abdul! He made sure we never wanted for anything. Arranged tours and drivers for us. We are from NY and it was super helpful that Abdul speaks English.
Fantastic host!
The bathroom could use a little more light.

I had an amazing two night stay at Riad Dar Ten. Excellent location in the heart of the medina. The room was lovely and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. I was solo travelling and travelled to Merzouga, and they kindly allowed me to store some of my luggage which I picked up a week later. They then helped me find accommodation in Marrakesh on my return (I would have stayed in Dar Ten, but it was fully booked!).

We’ve been here before and chose to stay here again. The location and staff are both excellent and they made us feel like it was a home from home, they went the extra mile to accommodate our breakfast preferences and made us a surprise supper one evening. The hot tub on the roof suits our style as it gave us a couple of hours a day to relax before heading off to the sooks. We will book here again.
We feel that the owner should supply the staff with a laptop and a printer for the guests as Marrakech airport has a paper boarding pass requirement

The staff is great. Thank you Ilham and Abdul for all your help.
Great breakfast and mint tea.
Rooms are good and very nice bathrooms.
The riad is very central and near the Jemal Elfna.
Very quiet area.
The contact received with the reservation, is a french contact, not a morocco one. When we needed it, at arrival, no one answered it.
Payment by card not available.

Great location, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty.
There wasnt enough lighting in the bathroom. It was slightly more difficult to see when showering at night.

The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from the main plaza. The staff were wonderful. My spouse and I had our luggage delayed so we were washing daily the few clothes we had. Without asking or charging the staff washed and dried the clothes daily. Just wonderful. Good breakfasts too.
