Enjoyed the stay at TRU Duluth.

Very clean and upbeat! Nice breakfast selection. A little out of the way. Even using Nav system in vehicle found it confusing to get into the property. Maybe better signage at the little road to enter the hotel property would be more useful.

The cleanliness! everything was clean and fresh! Dog friendly! this will be our go-to hotel from here on out because I travel with a service dog. The staff were friendly and cheerful! Bfast was pretty good! Loved the shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion set up in the bathrooms! we ended up ordering online from the same company after our stay.

the toilet paper. thin, scratchy. OUCH on the private areas. No microwave or coffee machine in the room.

Great Hotel! It is VERY cozy and conveniently located near everything.

Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was extremely and helpful. She was able to accommodate my request and ensure I was happy with my room. The lady explained everything very thoroughly. The room itself was perfect! It had all the essentials and the view of the fall trees were perfect. The breakfast in the morning had tons of options! The hotel is conveniently located as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I think due to the timeframe, the hotel was three times as expensive as normal which I’m sure is due to high demands.

Nice clean brand new hotel, service/staff was great. Breakfast and onsite drink variety was exceptional.

may need a few more parking spots when your full capacity. How about a sauna or hot tub ;-) Fitness center could use a little more variety.

I'd stay again.

It was super clean and well-maintained. I liked having some streaming options available on the TV.

Probably not within the control of the property, but the adjacent street was pretty busy and a bit of a hassle to deal with traffic getting to and from the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights, front desk staff was familiar with restaurants in the area.

Clean room, had extra towels at the front desk.

Only complaint was the road noise. It’s just off a very loud busy road. Might have been better if our room was on the back side.

Easy check-in. The staff was very nice. Our room was quiet, and we had a view of the lake.

The pool was too cold to use. This was the reason I booked this hotel. Very big disappointment. I told the front desk about the temperature, and they said I'll tell the maintenance team. Nothing changed because the tech wasn't on site. On the morning of Saturday during breakfast we watched a staff member cleaning the floor using a pad under her feet pushing a cart full of food and then put the pad on the cart right next to the food she then put out for the guests to eat. Our bathroom wasn't very clean. In the corners where dirty. There was a part of the bed frame broken. Also, the window valance was missing.
