We loved everything about this place! We used this place to celebrate Christmas (yea,I know it’s February) with our son and family. The kitchen was fully stocked, even had spices! We made brunch before celebrating and we’re amazed at how good the pans and utensils were. The unit we stayed in had one bedroom, spacious closets and living room, kitchen and bathroom were also spacious. This would be a perfect long term rental. Check in and out were easy. Big plus that they are pet friendly!!
Parking is across the street and other businesses utilize same lot, so multiple times we had to park on street and then go move the car later (can’t park on street overnight)

This place was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and plenty roomy. We had no issues with parking or finding it or getting in. There are a good number of tasty restaurants within walking distance, a good number of breweries etc as well. My wife liked the furnishings in our room a lot, and my young kids were very happy with the space and the TVs and the bed etc. too. It was very quiet inside the building for us, and we used the carts to load our luggage in and out pretty easily. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Duluth with no fuss or hassle.
Not sure why it’s called “boutique hotel” because it’s not really either of those things… it’s really a floor of an apartment/condo building. There is no staff on site and you use a keypad to gain access. This property absolutely fit our needs for our stay and the facilities were clean and comfortable etc - but this really should be listed or maybe just described slightly differently. There aren’t really staff or services typically associated with a “hotel” and the “boutique” part usually implies some sort of theme or artisanal or local touch - these are new construction apartments with key fobs you can rent like a hotel.

We enjoyed everything about this property! Extremely clean, well cared-for, secured, great location and even awesome towels.
Nothing!

Super clean and new. Easy to find and felt like your own little apartment.
Only thing was the cleaning fee. If we had stayed more than one night it would have been more economical.

Great location and property.

The kitchen was great to have for a week-long visit. Though I didn't use it, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Staff was immediately responsive to my questions and needs.
There was nothing major that I didn't like. I could've used a couple kitchen gadgets but made do fine without them (veggie peeler and potato masher).

large space that easily accommodated the 4 of us with two kids. We enjoyed cooking dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen.
in email communication, please consider stating 'room #' before listing the room number. The current wording 'We hope you are all set to check in on Sep 15 2023 and are looking forward to your stay with us at 202 Slipstream - Lincoln Park Boutique Hotel.' was not very clear to me that the 202 in that wording was my room number.

Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from restaurants and breweries.
The only thing that could have been better would be USB power ports in the outlets for charging electronics.

Great place to stay. Offered our family the space we needed.
This area is just being developed so a little sketchy.
Parking across the street did not feel safe.

It's close by everything.
Wasn't anything

Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Location..construction vehicles early in the morning nonstop. At night, cars drag racing down the street. Room facing the other direction, would probably be better.
