The views from this property are superb. The overall accommodation is reasonable. It has a wonderful sitting/dining area with a lovely wooden table that can accommodate everyone. It is slightly tired and the master bed squeaks when you sit on it or turn-over. It needs a new flight of wine glasses too. It has all the necessary equipment to cater for large numbers. It would be nice if it had sun loungers like the property adjacent. You cannot gain direct access to the river unless you have a boat, which is a major drawback.

A great place for a large family with lots of space inside and out. Centrally located between Yellowstone andTetons and Jackson hole we went to all of them

Beautiful place. We saw a coyote, mule dear close to the porch and a pair of bald eagles. We loved the large table or board games.we would definitely book again.

There were 16 of us, my wife and I and our 4 children and 6 grandchildren. The house was very beautiful and comfortable. We did miss having outdoor chairs on the deck, and a firepit would have been nice. But other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. We even had three moose come up by the porch. We would have loved to have stayed longer if we could.

We stayed here with our extended family for our wedding at the GT National Park. The house was great with an amazing view. It was the perfect location and accommodations for our needs. Only issue was some flys when we checked in but a quick 2 mins with the vacuum and wasn’t an issue the rest of the stay. We are already talking about booking again in the future!

Just a wonderful place and experience! Definitely planning on another trip there in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It suited our needs perfectly. It is a little further away from Jackson than it looks on paper, but I think some of that was the traffic. It was easy to work with the company and they were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and upon our arrival. We would definately consider this property again if we return to the area.

The Home is very beautiful and gorgeous location.

The house is lovely and expansive, warm, well equipped, and easily accommodated our group of 8. The property management people couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. I imagine it is a magical place in the summertime. My one reservation- when it snows the driveway becomes quite challenging, and the local roads slow going. For us during a snowy week it meant needing to wait for the plow a few times before being able to leave or return, not wanting to be out after dark, and spending a lot of time driving. It is manageable with a good four wheel drive vehicle, some patience and some winter driving skills, but that may not be everybody's cup of tea.

When we arrived at our place everything seemed great. We had stayed there before and everything seemed great. After we had dinner the first night we put all the dishes in the dishwasher but it did not turn on. We called the property manager on Saturday morning and left a message. We did not hear back from them until Monday afternoon and they were going to send someone out to fix it. We heard back on Tuesday afternoon that the part could not be received for over a week. At this point we had been doing the dish by hand and it was taking quite some time( there were 8 people staying). The management company offered to send someone out to clean the dishes but we did not really want a stranger coming to our place 3 times a day to do our dishes. We proposed a $ 500.00 credit for the week instead. The management company went back to the owner and came back with an offer of $ 100.00 for the week. We didn't feel a $100.00 discount was enough of a credit for cleaning up 21 meals. Since then they have not refunded one dime. It has been almost 2 weeks since we left. It is a beautiful place but we will probably stop going there because of the way the owner treated us. Also the old gas fireplace was replaced with a fake screen which does nothing.

We had 14 people all total. Loved the layout of the house with 3 bedrooms on each side. Only 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, all the others have their own bathroom. It is located 7 miles outside of town which makes it nice and private. We skied both Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole both within an hours drive. When it snowed they had the driveway plowed!

Snow in the driveway was only hurdle. Got stuck a couple of times but neighbor was gracious enough to pull us out to main road. Would recommend driveway to be plowed in winter for future quests.
Beautiful house with great views of Teton River and mountains!! We had plenty of room for our family of 12. Would definitely stay again!!!!
Thank you for sharing your home to our family!

The house was clean, well taken care of, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The host gave us a full tour and expectations for the home we’re clearly outlined.

Although there is a long drive across Teton Pass, we started out early and had three amazing days touring the park with our family. Jenny Lake, Mormon Row, Schwabacher Landing, Oxbow Bend and so much more. We even did the early 415am departure to watch the sun rise.
In Victor there are a few near places and Driggs is just 10 min away.
We had 12 of us and were able to accommodate. The single men stayed in the loft and just shared bathrooms with those that had a room. The large dining table was amazing, the kitchen was stocked up nicely.
The porch is amazing and the sunsets were spectacular!
We would return! Wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights but we went North towards Yellowstone for the remainder of our week.

Family Reunion
We had an amazing stay at this property with our family of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids from the ages of 4-15). There was plenty of room for everybody. The grounds are awesome with plenty of room to run and play. The dining room table sat all 16 of us for a lovely family dinner. We were even visited by 2 moose! I hope to be able to visit this wonderful property again!

Great house for big family trips or one with lots of couples!
I'll start with the only negative aspect, which is the driveway and roads leading to the house. They are bumpy and unpaved in some places, so you MUST have AWD or 4WD to avoid potential issues.
Other than that the house was awesome and exactly as advertised! Very clean, great communication, beautiful views, every room was well appointed and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would personally stay here again.
Thank You!

Beautiful, spacious home in a gorgeous setting
We loved the property itself. The layout of the spacious kitchen, eating and living room was perfect for us to be together for everything. The large deck afforded the same ability. We thought the home accessories (mounted elk, fish) added to the rustic feel. We think this was a high caliber place to stay, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and even the towels. Easy to upgrade to new towels and bedding. Also, a few outdoor balls, frizbees, bags for the cornhole would have been nice. If I was the owner, I would want to know.

It was incredible. I can’t wait to go back!
Only thing I didn’t love was the in person tour/ walk through. It was a bit inconvenient.

Georgeous home
This home is everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. Everyone in our party was so thankful for their stay. We saw a moose and it's moma every morning and evening walking along the river. We loved playing cornhole on the huge front porch while looking at the incredible mountain views. I can't say enough about how perfect this home was for our group.

The house is as described. The pictures are very accurate. Two refrigerators. Two ovens. Made life very convenient. CAUTION: If going in winter, be VERY careful of the long driveway. Driveway is extremely narrow at points and any small slip off the side results in you being stuck for a long time. We had a Tahoe and got it stuck. A couple hours of digging and pushing got us out.Just a fair warning but no complaints as far as anything is concerned. Plus, at night, we were visited by one moose and some small woodland creatures! Views were top notch.

Amazing views of the mountains!
We loved our stay at this log home in Victor! The house was huge and the views were amazing. We saw a mama moose and her baby in the front yard one morning! There were lots of supplies left for us to use. The only drawbacks; the house is a bit tired and could use a refresh, a number of the windows did not function to open/close (including all of the windows in the loft upstairs), and the garbage pull-out was broken and stuck. Management was responsive and helpful.

Great house!
This house is beautifully situated at the foothills of the Grand Tetons in between the small towns of Driggs and Victor. From the back porch, we watched a moose and 2 mooslings graze in the morning and the full moon rise up over the Tetons- both unforgettable moments. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of eating space for a large group. The house is 2 hours from West Yellowstone but we made it work and explored Yellowstone (twice), Grand Teton, and Jackson. We even went to the local rodeo in Driggs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house with AMAZING views!
This house was more than we expected! The house was clean when we arrived with a complimentary snack basket & wine. So great! The kitchen was well stocked & nice pans. It has 2 refrigerators which was so nice! The beds were comfortable. They had a corn hole game & Grill there. The huge patio deck with the views is the best part! We enjoyed every minute. Only thing I would suggest is more comfortable patio furniture. The location of the house is peaceful and close to Victor. Delicious supper at the Knotty Pine and shop at the Victor Market! Fresh veggies & fruit, fresh bread, and the meat/seafood selection was so good! My family absolutely LOVED this house! Rent it!!
