The house easily met our needs, was comfortable and central to everywhere we went in the city, and in a quiet and interesting neighborhood. Amie made things easy for us and was an excellent host.

This is a cool, unique home in a central area of Albuquerque with easy access to the airport, I-40 and I-25. We (4 adults and 1 child) enjoyed our stay while in town for a family gathering. We would recommend this home to any party who needs space and wants to enjoy an authentic New Mexican experience with close proximity to most Albuquerque highlights. Especially liked that it was not over-crowded with extra decor and furnishings.

Great 5 night stay with family members from east and west coasts. Three bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms - with plenty of space to mingle and talk. We had 2 dinners there for local relatives along with visiting relatives. Quiet neighborhood with 2 parks close by for walking or jogging. This house met all our needs.

Great location, not more than 15 min to anywhere in the city. Walking distance to grocery and coffee, nice evening walks in the neighborhood. Clean and all the basics needed in the kitchen to actually cook some meals with our son. Used the piano to practice for upcoming choral concert. We worked 6 days, one at dining table one at the desk. Amazing hiking at Embudito Canyon and all the foothill trails about 10 min away. Terrific for visiting our son here, we will book again!

Welcoming, open space with a nice outdoor patio area. Really groovy fireplace inside that would’ve been fun to use, but temps didn’t dip too low to warrant it.

House was very spacious and clean, even prettier in person than in the pictures. Just all-around gorgeous. Location is in a very walkable neighborhood close to several parks. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had our daughter and niece's wedding within a week. Our daughter was married in Altura Park and her house was just down the street. Both weddings used Old Town venues which was super convenient. We really enjoyed the neighborhood for walks and just overall the home's relaxing environment. Will stay here again.

Amie was a great host and the property was everything I had hoped for and more. Location was excellent with easy access to Interstates 40 and 25. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well decorated. There was even a small office area for anyone who needed a quiet work space. The kitchen was fully stocked with every hoped for pot, appliance, and even spices. Thoughtful touches included quality body lotion and hair products. We were even treated to visits from the resident Roadrunner!
I would definitely book this property in the future. Kathy

This was a great place for a family get-away event. Lots of space for group time and quiet time. Lots of indoor space, with big common rooms and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Two parks nearby for walking and running around; plus a great "tree house" structure on the property with swings, a slide, and a beginner's climbing wall that provided lot of space for the kiddos to play. Easy and nearby access to shopping, eating out, and getting to Old Town and other places to visit.

The house is lovely, well located and comfortable. We were in town for just five days and it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after busy days. Amie communicated exceptionally well - instructions were clear and here was never any confusion or need to follow up. We also very much appreciated the restaurant tips, since we are unfamiliar with the area. We would love to come back soon!!

Wonderful property
This is a terrific house to stay in while visiting Albuquerque. Lots of room and tastefully decorated with off-street parking. Having a piano in the house is a big plus if you like to tickle the ivories. Excellent communication with the friendly and knowledgeable owner!

Exceeded Our Expectations
The house was a gem and the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Grocery shopping was within a 10-minute walk and Smith’s grocery store is such a great store. We stayed two weeks and loved the comfort, location and all the accommodations provided by the owner Amy. Amy was such a helpful and friendly host and always easy to communicate with. Amy thank you for everything and we really enjoyed the wine.

What a gorgeous house that was incredibly comfortable. I came for a work trip but it would be the perfect place for a getaway from the outside world. The fireplace was wonderful and the house was warm and inviting.

We really felt like we were at home rather than in a hotel. It was great there was so much room!
This was our first time to rent a home in a city we knew very little about. It was close to UNM and our shopping needs. We felt safe with all the security provided to us.

Great location for all of our trips out. Close to UNM, downtown, Sandia and more! Unique and charming home that was fantastic for our family's 2 week stay. This spot will be at the top of our list for any future trips to Albuquerque.

Perfect host and perfect location!
Our time in Albuquerque was made better by our stay at this beautiful home. The online pictures did not do the house justice. It is warm and inviting and made us feel at home the minute we entered. We enjoyed walking to Humble Coffee for our morning coffee. The Farmacy was great for breakfast. Amie recommended Padilla’s for local New Mexican food and we were not disappointed. Smith Grocery Store is within walking distance and Whole Foods is very conveniently located. Several messages to Amie regarding recommendations for places to go and things to do were immediately answered. Perfect host and perfect location!

Perfect hone for exploring ABQ
We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood close to I25 and I 40. The home was more space than the 2 of us needed, but we felt we were staying in a friend’s home. Amie supplied many amenities not usually included in a rental: coffee, shampoo, etc. We didn’t cook as there are so many restaurants nearby but kitchen seemed well supplied. Bed very comfortable. Would like to return with grandkids
