It’s was quiet, close to the supermarket and easy to get to
The parking on the corner was difficult to get out of safely…cars came round the corner very quickly and you had to pull out blind

Everything was great, very comfortable and the bedroom was nice comfy and with a beautiful view, the owners Penny and Nigel were fantastic, so friendly, kind and helpful.
Nothing at all.

Nothing! The pictures in this listing in no way aligned with the actual property. In reality, the property was not at all welcoming, nor is it somewhere I would recommend to anyone else.
If you were considering staying in this studio, I would strongly advise against it. We were shocked that the host would think anyone would sleep in the disgusting bedding provided. According to the listing on the website, linens were provided, but they were not. All they left for guests was a stained duvet and sheet, and obviously-used pillows. They clearly haven't been refreshed in some time - this was hugely disappointing based on the pictures on the original listing. For over £170 a night, I would hope the host would think to provide bedding, or at least change the pillows/duvets when they're no longer at their best.
No one would be happy to comfortably sleep in the bed with what they provided. In addition, the studio (which is in reality a converted garage) was freezing cold, and in the middle of winter the host didn’t think to provide more than 2 small space heaters. My husband and I had to rebook to stay somewhere else short notice, at considerable expense. We have complained to booking.com about this listing as we believe it to be a false representation of what guests will receive. The host has not replied to our complaint and as a result we feel we have no choice but to post this negative review in the hopes of dissuading potential guests from wasting their own money.

Really comfortable and well equipped place, with great hosts
Not much - I suppose the only slight challenge was pulling out of the parking onto a road near a bend

cosy and self contained with lovely decor and welcoming feel. The bed and sofa were comfortable for relaxing and the balcony doors opened to a great view of the countryside.
The shower was a little weak but the water was hot. The bathroom extractor fan went on for a long time after you turned the light off which could cause a noise problem at night. We worked around this by not turning the light on at night. A torch was in the bedside table!

Cosy, great view.

The Studio is a quaint small cottage idea for two people. Its in beautiful countryside, and we enjoyed our stay in this quiet secluded cottage. It was our first visit to Dorset and it was ideal to visit both countryside and coast.
