Tucked away down a side street in the Medina this Road really surprises when you walk through the entrance into the beautiful Riad central courtyard. The Road has a great vibe about it and has almost a ‘family’ feel about it. Our room (for family of four) was really comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

It was fantastic!!! every bit of it, Our host Rachid, his colleague Omar - thank you guys so much! you are fabulous hosts! it was not only the hotel - which was great, clean room, good shower, good bed, very nice bedlinen, rooftop terrace, nice breakfast, very central location. but the main thing is the host, Rachid, and his staff. Rachid helped us so much with our stay in Marrakesh, giving us all sort of advice, supporting us. Without him we could not have managed - he showed us the app to use in the town without internet to find our way around, printed us our boarding passes (it is a must in Marrakesh airport). If we come back to Marrakesh, we will stay only with you!
it was difficult to find, it you have been to Marrakesh, you will see what I mean.

The staff is what makes this riad exceptional. Everyone is helpful, welcoming and is multi-lingual! Also, its location is walking distance to most of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

Very beautiful and clean property. The staff is absolutely amazing and so attentive to all of your needs. Amazing breakfast spread. Functioning a/c. Great room sizes. Our room even had a little living room in it!
The power went out about 3x one night in oue room due to reasons out of their control and they went above and beyond to accommodate us including offering us new rooms with power while we waited.

We were welcomed by Rachid who offered us mint tea and was so very friendly! The whole staff was very helpful. The room (suite) was very comfortable, and the breakfast on the terrace very nice. Convenient location in the centre, yet very quiet. We only stayed one night as Marrakech is too hot in the summer, but would definitely go back at another time of the year.

The location is the heart of the Medina and souks was exceptional. This was our first visit to Marrakesh and the staff's advice, support, care and friendliness was amazing. Rashid, Ashraf, and the two ladies who support behind the scenes were really focused on making our stay unforgettable. Rashid and Ashraf gave us sound advice on what to see and what to avoid, and gave us the confidence to explore this extraordinaty city. We booked excursions into the Atlas mountains, and a local guide through Rashid, with the confidence that he would stand by his recomendations. Highly reccommended. We will return!
Some of the facilities in the room, and the furnishings are a little tired. However this adds to the charm and if we wanted modern hotel standard accommodation, that's the place to go - but the loss is greater than the gain. This Riad has so much more to offer.
From a personal perspective the sumptuous breakfast in the European 'Continental Style' was quite carb heavy, and as someone with diabetes this presented a challenge. However, I didn't mention that or ask for an alternative, so next time I will!

My friend and I had a wonderful break in Marrakech in May this year. The Riad is very central and so very easy to walk to many tourist attractions/ get to pick up points for excursions.
The staff are very attentive - the room was cleaned every day. And both Rachid and Hassan were extremely friendly and keen to share their knowledge and passion for Morocco throughout the stay.
We felt very well looked after and welcomed by them.
A couple of minor points.
Guests should be aware that after a certain time taxis can’t go through the main market square so if you are arriving from the airport all drop offs will mean you do have to walk about 5 minutes (assuming you don’t get lost) to the Riad. It’s not the Riads fault that taxis can’t get there but it would be helpful if this is explained and direct instructions were provided on how to find the Riad, as it’s confusing initially.
Water - you can’t drink tap water in Marrakech. Something that the Riad might wish to consider is bringing in large bottled water taps that guests can use especially if you’re in need of water during the night (complimentary). Just something to think about.
Finally - I honestly thought this was a great place which I would highly recommend so my review is overwhelming positive but the one negative I had was around communication prior to my trip where I had a few questions that I couldn’t get answers for including around booking an airport pick up. This has brought my score down. However overall especially Rachid and Hassan were fantastic.

The staff, and especially the manager, Rachid, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Rachid spent time with every guest to make sure they had all the information they needed to make the most out of their stay in Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious, especially when enjoyed on top of the lovely roof terrace. We will definitely return to this we add on our next visit to Marrakech

good location. Simple but nice. Very nice breakfast.
We had booked a room with single beds but were given a dubble on lower ground floor (which also smells very damp) took a day untill we could move to a more suitable room.

the best thing about the property was the location, just a few minutes from the square and the souk. the room was big and very nice. the breakfast was ok.
the room wasn’t perfectly clear and on the first morning we found a bird in the toilet (I guess it has been there all the time, in an open space above the bathroom ceiling, since we never opened a window). The guys from the stuff were kind and friendly, though we had some issues (for example we asked to arrange a taxi to the station for the morning but the driver took us to the airport instead, having received that indication from the riad). The place is nice after all, but not the best value for money.

Im sure like many of you, you will be first time travelers to Marrakech and comparing the Riads in the area and realizing it can be overwhelming. My girlfriend and I did the same thing and we could not have been happier with Riad Milouda. Topics I will cover: Staff, Location, the Riad
Staff: Upon entering, we were greeted by Anouar, who was extremely helpful from the start. He greeted us with the classic Moroccan tea, a tour of the property, and helped us with recommendations and places and sights to see. In fact, every one of the staff members were very polite and helpful.
Location: Ok so you're probably looking on a map and wondering if you will get lost coming here. Short answer, you wont. You are ONLY 3 streets (really 2 since the 3rd street is pretty much where the Riad is) off Jemaa El Fna , the main square where all the fun will take place. Essentially it is a 4 minute walk. While walking to the Riad you will pass a few restaurants nearby, convenience stores for water, and other gift shops where you can practice your bargaining skills. You will be away from the main square where it will be quiet, yet close enough if you wanted to go explore real quick.
Riad Milouda: Excellent, charming, cozy. Amazing rooftop for relaxing, and a quiet inside where you can meet other guests or just hangout. Each day you are served breakfast as well, be prepared to eat! You will get a lot of bread, yogurt, Moroccan Tea, coffee, jellies, and much more. Facility was very clean, room was very cozy.
To sum up, I will recommend anyone stays here. trust me.. We reviewed probably 25 Riads prior (mainly my girlfriend did, haha) and could not have been happier with Riad Milouda!!
nothing all was great. Would stay here again and would recommend to everyone in the area.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, contacted beforehand to arrange a transfer. Clean and in good condition overall. Good quality for the price.
Do note that the pool is in the reception area, so if you want a dip you will be in the centre of things with people coming, going and checking in.

Riad Milouda has a great location, centrally in the Medina. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available.
Bathroom periodically smelled of sewage and had a hole in the wall, very thin walls and rather noisy location as our room had windows out to the street. Disappointing Take-away breakfast that consisted of yoghurt (without spoon), juice and cake.

This riad is the best solution for visiting Marrakech. It is near the central plaza but still a very quiet and peaceful place. Rashid is a perfect host, and he will suggest you where to eat and what to do on your vacation. I strongly suggest this riad to anyone is visiting Marrakech for the first time. I suggest this riad also for the driver service, from/to the airport and for all the activities they suggest to you. I strongly recommend the quad ride and the dinner in the Agafay desert.
You also will experience a beautiful breakfast on the rooftop of this amazing riad.

The staff is very friendly, and it is 3 minutes from Jemaelfna Square, and 10 minutes' walk from Bajia Palace and Elbadi Palace. The breakfast is very rich and it cleans the room. The terrace is spacious and comfortable. Very cost-effective.
Nothing.
