Beautiful Raid , fantastic value for money.

Beautiful Raid in a very convenient location. The rooms were stunning, very big and spacious. Breakfast was okay , too much bread and not enough fruit , plenty of choice on the evening menu. I felt confident eating at the raid instead of the many local restaurants. The man on reception was extremely helpful , but the waiters lacked enthusiasm! Would I go again ? With out a doubt!

More helpful waiters , not much enthusiasm for the job!

An oasis in the heart of Marrakech highly recommended.

Stunning surroundings. Very helpful staff in every department. Bedroom suite and veranda were a dream. Great location in the heart of the Medina. A real oasis of beauty! Food was great as well.

Beautiful Riad- friendly staff - great location and yummy breakfast’

Very nice place- staff is very helpful and great location. We felt very welcomed and the staff was extremely kind and went out of their way for us. Breakfast was good and hit the spot. We wanted an authentic experience in Marrakech while also staying at a very nice hotel in an excellent location - Palais Donab did not disappoint!

Only comment would be to repaint the bathroom in the Royal Suite - it had some mold issues. This is minor - as we loved our stay here.

An absolute gem

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room (Nejma) was perfect, overlooking our private terrace where we could lounge, drink and eat. The staff were without exception friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location - and its wonderful pool - in the town centre was perfect. It was a haven in all senses. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

As it’s such a lovely place, I think breakfast should have included home made jams, real honey and fresh butter - and some local Amlou - instead of industrial mini packets. That was a shame.

Superb

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to aid our stay. With breakfast on our terrace and sun loungers and towels at the pool. We also needed a print out of our boarding passes after we had checked out which wasn't a problem at all for the reception.

fabulous place in Marrakesh. right in the centre of it all, the souks and the buzz of Marrakesh and yet once you walk through the big wooden doors you walk into serenity!! amazing 😊

A hidden gem within the medina with exceptional service

The rooms were large and beautiful and the service 5*, the experience was special and unique and the staff did everything to make our stay special including surprising us with some flowers to celebrate our engagement. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Marrakesh.

Minor, but bottled water was provided in the fridge. we had assumed this was complimentary but was later charged for it. This should be made more obvious.

A beautiful and tranquil riad with amazing staff!

All the staff at the property were absolutely delightful. this included the management/reception team but also the waiting staff and house keeping. Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they went out of their way to be helpful! It was a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina but in an excellent location. We ate in the restaurant most nights during our stay including the New Years Eve meal which was a fantastic night!

Such beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. It is located on a lovely street with perfect access to everywhere. Absolutely beautiful with a fabulous team!

Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Location was good. Rooms very large.

Breakfast was not good compared to other hotels and no gluten free bread or crackers even though I asked for it when I made the reservations. The room was huge but old and walls with fabric even in the bathroom. Plaster was crumbling from the walls also. Some staff was very helpful and others not.

Everywhere you go in the hotel is beautiful. The location is very good, nearly anywhere you could go in Marrakech is within 10 minutes walking. Housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly.

There were a few customers service/administrative things that were a bit hit or miss.

Perfect Retreat, Great Location

Stayed in the Royal Suite which was extremely comfortable. The riad was superb and staff amazing. About 5 minutes to the Secret Garden and 10 to the square via the souks, the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend...
