Lovely hotel near all ameneties

Helpful and mindful staff Very close to train station and airport Good choices of food at the restaurant And Good service Nice views from the roof top pool / bar restaurant

Noisy street - I wanted to sleep with the balcony door open unfortunately I could hear people’s chattering and cars/motorbikes passing by!

Rooms and lobby area are very nice. Nice Breakfast! Roof top pool and bar area where very nice. Staff are extremely helpful. Had issues with my rental car when I arrived and they where very helpful when needed.

Great hotel with rooftop atmosphere and nice rooms.

Great pool areas, roof top views, good music. Very comfy rooms and with balconies. Nice relaxing pool on main level and good food.

Found it to be a little expensive.

Great hotel in the modern part of town

Great modern hotel with fantastic breakfast and impressive roof top terrace. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and the view to the Atlas was great. I also loved the neighboorhood, which is the most modern part of town with loads of great restaurants.

Some street noise at night but not too bad. And the first night on the roof terrace we were not served, because all the waiters just stared at a screen with a football game. So we left again. Apart from this one negative experience, the rest of the staff were always very nice.

breakfast good, air conditioning did not work

The air conditioning did not work, several times we reported it, the technician could not fix it, we asked to talk to the manager and twice they told us that it was not. We slept three nights with open windows.

Worth it!

This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

everything was perfect, it is about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town/medina though so if you are looking for somewhere closer maybe this isn’t the spot for you, but we didn’t mind the walk.

The personnel was wonderful. Everybody was highly attentive, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I would stay there again.

Wonderful boutique hotel with good location, very friendly attentive staff

There was a good selection buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, coffee refills on simple request by attentive staff

Room is very big and the bed was very comfy, lots of options for breakfast! The hotel staff helped with getting a taxi to the airport.

The swimming pool was quite small and next to the restaurant where people were having breakfast.

Room was large and very comfortable. Big bathroom.

The roof top pool and terrance is small. The pool is very shallow and not in great condition. There are not enough loungers. One of our group fell between the pool and the railings.

The room and balcony were comfortable & lovely. The roof top bar was great. The breakfast tasty & the restaurant good. Taxis were always by the door.

The pool on the roof was freezing. The location isn't very central but it's only €5 into the centre & taxis are everywhere.

We treated ourselves to an upmarket hotel for the week and were not disappointed.

Very good restaurant. Fantastic free bar snacks. very friendly staff.

avoid to eat at The patio restaurant.

The room quite big and comfortable. I stayed for the last 2 nights when came back from the Sahara Tour, we choice this because of the location in a new city and have a restaurant and rooftop Bar.

Ive got stomach problem after I ate at the Patio Restaurant seafood at the hotel, I ordered seafood Paela which was the rice didn’t cooked so well and maybe the seafood not fresh. Very disappointed that the quality of the food so bad ! The next day they only gave us compensation to bring the breakfast to our rooms. The offered is nothing to compared how I vomited the whole night and couldn’t sleep!!

Superb

Very clean and well staffed hotel, with very attentive and professional staff. Extremely comfortable, with amazing showers and beds. Pools and rooftop bar great for cooling off.

Hotel was slightly further from the historic areas and Medina than other hotels, taxis were usually required rather than walking.
