We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation and would wholly recommend it. I travelled with my in-laws and my two small children and all our needs were met. A high chair, cot and stair gate were all provided which was really helpful. The location is a little difficult to find at first but I liked that it was tucked away. The host was incredibly helpful as I had an Asda delivery scheduled to arrive and he was happy to take the call to direct the driver when he got a bit lost! The size of the house was ideal as there was space for my children to explore and play, while I was in the kitchen cooking our dinner and at the same time their Grandpa could catch up on the news in the living room. My daughter loved the Peacocks and the horses near by. Lots of happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely retreat near sea and mountains.

Location very peaceful but also very near to Conwy and Llandudno. Cottage very comfortable and clean. Well finished, spacious rooms. Lovely modern kitchen. TVs and Sky. Nice modern bathrooms. Sun room

A bit difficult to find on arrival. Roads narrow. Main entrance, stairs, and 2 steps from living room to kitchen not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

I have been travelling around North Wales all my life and this is easily one of the top 3 places I have ever stayed, we

Amazing home in a great location! every room is perfect, bedrooms are extremely comfy we had a good sleep every night. Everything a family could need in the home from washing machine to easy to use kitchen appliances which made everything so easy for us. beautiful surroundings too our young son loved seeing the horses.

Fab half term break

We have just arrived home following a four night stay over half term. We had such a lovely time, we really didn't want to leave. The house was perfect. It felt like we were really out in the sticks but everything we needed was just a few minutes down the road. We enjoyed trail runs in the woods at the back of the house each morning. The kids loved the horses. We enjoyed Conwy Morfa, Conwy Castle, little orme and great orme walks, Llandudno pier amusments, zip world at Fforest was 20 mins away and a FAB day out. We recommend Enochs Fish and chip shop!!! We will definately go back.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Autumn Break

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. The house was very comfortable and had everything needed and more for a lovely break . It was very clean and well stocked with all appliances and lots of linen available. The heating was easy to use and the wood stove well supplied with wood. Wi fi great and reception very good. The property is near to Llandudno and the A55 but feels as though it is in the middle of the country. Our nearest neighbours were three beautiful horses. We had a great time

Very nice location and property. Enjoyable stay.

Location, Spacious property, good facilities.

Slight damp smell. Would be nice to have milk on arrival. Bath out of order. BBQ waterlogged.

Beautiful house

The house is beautifully decorated with everything you could want. The location is perfect, remote enough that you feel like you're away from everything but then Conwy is just 8 minutes drive away. The bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The house really has everything you can need plus lots of different areas to sit plus two tellies , which was handy when the teens wanted to watch a horror film in the lounge! The whole of North Wales easily accessible from here, we had lots of day trips . I highly recommend it! Owen was very kind and helpful too. We'll definitely book it again.

Luxury get away in a peaceful haven.

Beautiful property. Kitchen fully equipped. Bedrooms / beds comfortable. bathroom facilities luxurious. plenty of seating, indoors & outdoors. Wonderfully peaceful & scenic. Everything well thought out & at hand to ensure a great break.

Definitely going to return

House was very clean and fresh. Location was brilliant, lovely and quiet but could be into town within a few minutes. The house had all the required facilities. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room

Very good

Being surrounded by nature especially the ponies. The property had great facilities and very comfortable.

Was advised a 20min walk into town (Conwy). However it was around a 40-50min walk. And we walk fast.

Would highly recommend this house, its great and once again we loved it.

Amazing holiday house with everything you need provided by the hosts. This is our second visit with family and two grandchildren and once again we had a fantastic time, even better this time though as the sun was shining!

There is nothing not to like in this house, setting, location as it is fab.

perfect for a family get away

views, spacious rooms for everyone, relaxing, great kitchen with everything you needed, comfortable beds meant a great nights sleep. perfect base for exploring the area.

the settees weren’t particularly comfortable, but didn’t affect anything really as the kitchen was the hun, so spent very little time in the lounge.

Cosy house with everything we needed. We stayed for Christmas and used the kitchen to cook Christmas dinner, the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5 or 6. Will be returning.
