This completely updated pet-friendly home in the heart of downtown is conveniently located in the Myers Park area within minutes of FSU/FAMU and walking distance to Cascades Park and the Legislature. Perfect for a family or couples who want to share a house with a deck and large backyard for entertaining and tailgating.

BONUS: each bedroom in the main house has its own attached bathroom which offers privacy for each person/couple and there is a 6th bedroom that is attached to the home with its own private entrance to the backyard.

Was mostly relaxing but certainly could be much better. It was rather large and decent neighborhood. Nice grill and decent backyard. Issues: Communication was too light. Practically none of the inside doors locked; no privacy for bedrooms nor bathrooms. Significant dust on the floor and missing top sheet. Extra outdoor bedroom is non livable and should be excluded from listing. Lack of proper fire detectors. Very bad box springs; we moved mattress to floor to get sleep. Refrigerator did not close properly.

This house is in a fantastic location — very convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was really nice that all bedrooms had bathrooms and the living room and kitchen were great. It worked really well for a quick family get together!

The home was not clean, had pet smell the ceiling fans had thick coating of dust, the vents were filthy (not good for people with allergies), the bedding was not fresh and had a bad smell, the yard was not kept and fleas were everywhere in the yard. The location of the home is great, check in was great, but the home needs a deep cleaning. I understand the property is pet friendly, but guests who do not care for pets should not have to stay in the home with pet smell. I was very disappointed and embarassed because I booked this property for my family members from central Florida who came to celebrate me being enshrined into FAMU Sports Hall of Fame. My family is very clean and the expectations for a property with the rates charged is that it would be clean. Cleanliness is EVERYTHING especially after coming out of a pandemic. The description and nre pictures need to be added to show potential guests what they are really getting. The fleas in the yard took things to an all time low for me and reminded me of an old saying, when one lies down with dogs, they get fleas.

Very nice property, great location for a stay in Tallahassee either to visit the Capital or for an FSU game. Kitchen is nicely updated and the home has a large living/dinning room area. The backyard is nice and has a nice deck to enjoy the outside. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the house. It felt very dirty, the bathrooms, bedrooms, sheets all felt very dirty. They have a very nice jetted soaker tub in the master that my wife refused to let the kids use and once I looked at it I could see why. If the home had a deep clean this would be an amazing property. My only other note is that the sixth bedroom is only assessable from the outside, worked for use, but for families with little children the bedroom may not be usable.

Upon arrival we weren’t able to get in to the house. Apparently the owner had changed the code and we didn’t get the message. The owner got back to us quickly with a new code, but didn’t provide any instructions on how to enter. After a few minutes of back and forth we were able to get in. Once in we noticed that the house wasn’t particularly clean. The fridge and freezer had old food in them, the closets had junk and trash in them and one of the bedrooms had random trash in the toy kitchen. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, but details were missed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the yard was large. I do have an issue with the house being listed as a 6 bedroom. The bonus room/6th bedroom can only be accessed from outside (which is mentioned in the listing), but it smells, has visible mold, and is so humid we couldn’t stand to be in there for more than a minute. There was no way we were putting anyone in the room. I’m my opinion the rating could be raised to a 5, if the house is thoroughly cleaned and the 6th bedroom is removed from the rental all together.

We stayed here for 5 weeks while taking grad classes at FSU. The location is great, the house is awesome, but it was a little dirty when we got there. All the counters had a layer of grime, the pots and pans were put away still dirty. Some of the bed comforters smelled like they had been febreezed and not actually washed. We washed all our sheets before sleeping the first night because they had a weird smell. The washer had mildew on the rubber lip inside. On the bright side, we did have a small electrical issue while we were there and Jami was great about getting it handled. We had an electrician at the house quickly and the problem was fixed without issue. The house had lots of space, communication was great, everything but cleanliness really was excellent

Property was well located in quaint neighbor hood near Capital City country club and Meyer's Park. Well laid out floor plan and open kitchen, dinning room and living room. Nice back yard and deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my son's graduation from FSU. One observation I will make is the living room furniture is tired and in need of updating. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property!

We were extremely happy to find this large home for our daughters wedding weekend. It is in a very convenient location.. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Large kitchen. Propane grill outside that we used to cook out. Jami was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely be renting this house again for football weekends!

I’m originally from Tallahassee but my mom is the only family still in town and she lives in a memory care facility. Our family is spread out over three countries but we wanted to do Christmas in Tallahassee this year so my mom could join us. This house worked well for our extended family. Our group included three young children and an infant. The house was great for everyone to spread out and the cousins enjoyed playing in the large backyard. We had a few fires in the fire pit in the evening. Because of COVID worries we did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen which worked well. The kids were fascinated with the ice and water dispenser in the fridge. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we enjoyed several walks around visiting various playgrounds and parks in the area. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a really nice touch. Almost every room has its own bathroom. This house is great for several families together.

Not well kept property. Beds were so squeaky you couldn’t hardly sleep, Had not been deep cleaned in a long time. Yard was unkept, towel racks broken off, toilet seats loose, we had to reclean fridge, kitchen drawers had crumbs. There was literally one towel and one washcloth for each person for a week. On top of furniture and underneath were dusty, including finding trash and dirty sheets under a bed. Washer was moldy. On upside, the owner was easy to reach, listened to our concerns and was apologetic and refunded us some money.

This home is well appointed with plenty of space. It is close to parks, FSU, FAMU, and lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and communication with the owner was very easy. I highly recommend this property!

We came into town with 4 couples for an FSU game. This house is better than the pictures. The living room/kitchen/dining room are a good size. Great porch/back yard. Cute neighborhood. So many bathrooms.

We stayed at the property during a football weekend to visit our daughters and had a great time! The house was perfect, the location was great and our host was accessible and a great communicator. We plan to stay there again over the next several years while our daughter is enrolled in school. Thank you for a nice stay!

We evacuated here from New Orleans and were so grateful to have this home away from home. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Jami was great to communicate with and helped us when the TV had some issues. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Tallahassee. Neighborhood is beautiful with lots of parks!

We were very happy with the layout and roominess of this house. The kitchen was large and enjoyable to cook in with gas stove. The back yard was relaxing and private. We like hanging out in the living room with comfortable furniture. The windows in the dining room made it a very nice place to sit and eat. We would definitely book this house again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Very nice and spacious home, just as advertised. The beds were comfy, kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 10. The backyard and deck area were very cool, we enjoyed some quality time there. We came for graduation at the Civic Center and it was the perfect location. Felt safe and welcome throughout. The WiFi was a little spotty, but we weren’t there for the internet, so it didn’t matter much. Host was quick to respond and very hospitable!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
