Would highly recommend

Everything to like. Beds are the most comfortable I’ve had on my 6 week UK/Europe trip. Staff are outstanding & the food in the restaurant is delicious

It fulfilled my specific requirements quite well, including an excellent restaurant.

I stayed in the hotel for the entire time I was there, with was less than 24 hours. But it had all that I required under the specific circumstances, which was an unexpected extra day in Belfast when my intended flight home was cancelled & rebooked for the next day. I’d been traveling already for 2 weeks & was quite exhausted. All I required was rest & good food. It provided both quite satisfactorily. It was also close to the airport, which was convenient.

Let down by arrogant and unfriendly restaurant staff

Left too early for breakfast!

We arrived at around 7:00pm, the Receptionist said we could eat in the bar or restaurant, the bar only serves snacks in the evenings so we went to the restaurant where we met two rude members of staff who arrogantly told us we couldn't eat until 8:00. The restaurant was far from busy and I said could we have a table, have a drink and wait. Having asked the younger man first, I then asked the man in charge (wearing a jacket) who snapped - "you have already been told you can't have a table until 8:00. We had a 4:45am start in the morning and just wanted somethig fast. We went to the bar where a very friendly young lady member of the team took our order for snacks with a big smile and she was excellent. A trainee manager I think.

Good value for money!

Bathroom was nice and new. The room was quiet and the bed was big. Spacious room.

There were previous guests open bottles left and no new bottles but the receptionist promptly brought us new ones.

A really pleasant and special stay for us at Stormont hotel! We have recommended to everyone and can’t wait to get back

Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Phillip and Andrew! Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfy and for the breakfast, everything you could possibly want is available!

it’s a beautiful hotel I couldn’t fault anything. the staff are lovely always asking is everything ok and the food is excellent. this is my 3rd stay in the hotel and definitely won’t be my last.

Me and my bf stayed . There was an issue with us booking in . Staff at reception. were really helpful .Friendly. And sorted this for us right away. The hotel was lovely all decorated for Christmas. Our room was a great size clean and modern. Had a lovely walk round Stormont building & Park. the next day.( Pouring rain didn't stop us ) Definitely would stay again. 💯

There were 6 of us at a table. Big let down was the quality of the food. Curry tasted like it was out of a jar..and others complained that the fish was very small. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

A grand spot altogether

The bed was super comfy. The fella checking us out was absolutely sound. Hope he got his ford sorted. Bar staff and breakfast staff were lovely too. we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean, tidy, well managed, excellent staff, superb restaurant (la scala). We’ll be back!

The in-room breakfast could do with some work, it was very dry like it had been sitting under a lamp for some time.

Disappointing

A fight broke out in the bedroom beside us and opposite them for over an hour. This started after 3am, I rang reception twice we ended up packing and driving home, as I was petrified of the fight, or getting our door kicked in. I realise the hotel has a duty of care to their staff but they also have a duty care to the other hotel guests.

Beautiful Hotel and Upgrades a must

Beautiful rooms, location to and from Belfast was great with the local Glider in place. The surrounding area was great too, many lovely walks especially to the stormont building.

It was great overall, only thing was service was v bad. No potato bread, fryed eggs no bacon when we went for breakfast I had to ask for it. But we enjoyed ourselves. The afternoon tea was delicious and served well. Dinner on the first night was a disaster, it took way too long between meals, especially from the starters to the main and drinks.

good as a budget hotel but poor breakfast.

room was good for a budget hotel, bathroom good. Tea and coffee in the room as expected for a budget hotel. instant coffee and tea bags. shotage of sugar and milk though

Breakfast was very expensive at £18 each. Tea and coffee served in jugs. Tea tasted of coffee, i guess the jugs got mixed up or not properly cleaned.No tea pots. Buffet hot food so over cooked eggs, we didn't have hot food.
