Everything was nice. Loved the food perk. It was so easy, rather than trying to go find something else after flying in.

We were there less than 24 hours. Room was clean and comfortable

Convenient to the airport as we had an early flight. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

My husband went down to the car early Saturday morning and when the elevator door opened there was a homeless man “using the restroom”. They should have all exterior doors locked early morning, late night,

We will choose Staybridge again. 🙂

The property was clean-nice. Staff was superb. We especially enjoyed the food perk. It was so convenient to just eat in, instead of trying to find something in a city we had never been.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water. We didn’t discover it until we were getting out showers late that night. We had no hot water for our stay. The problem still was not resolved by morning. Though our stay was only one night, we were stuck. We had a plane to catch.

Our Stay was Excellent the staff was sweet, informative and friendly. It felt like they were friends

Breakfast was good should have more options daily and longer times during the week. 9:30 was when it was over and we do not get up till like 9. Also there is nice selections of different foods but for me I do not like sausage and they had that 2 days in a row.

Pool could be bigger and have towels out there at all times. Other than that it was nice

The inside and staff are wonderful

I feel it’s not in the best neighborhood anymore. Unfortunately, the area has changed within the past 2 years. A lot more homeless ppl now hanging out at the park down the way and are closely around the hotel.

Hotel that charges $25 for a one hour late check out.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free parking. Also located near shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel also provides a good breakfast. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel is quite friendly. Overall good hotel

I did not like the fact that they will charge you to get a one-hour late check-out even though the hotel is not fully booked. The previous day, I asked the staff at the reception about a late check-out, and they said that it is a possibility as the hotel is not fully booked and i would need to request it in the morning of the check-out. In the morning, when I went to request one, the staff at the reception said that they will charge me $25 for a one-hour late check-out.

Guests should be informed about the housekeeping schedule. Maybe an extra roll of toilet paper in the room wouldn't be too much to ask. The pool and pool area could be cleaned better.

Just perfect nothing wrong

Staff very friendly asked for extra towels twice and gave me more than enough each time room was perfect very comfortable

My family and I liked everything we actually told a friend of ours to spend the night there since it was very nice
