Goede locatie

Ondanks dat de kamer aan de straatkant was, had je weinig last van de weg. Locatie ideaal.

Het was erg sleets, en de kamer die wij hadden was o.i. niet 4 sterren waard. Vieze kitrandjes in de badkamer, laminaat dat is opgebold, butsen etc. Verder bevatte de junior suite een keukentje met servies, maar dan weer geen bestek. Niet gemeld omdat we het ook niet zouden gaan gebruiken, dus geen last van gehad.

Lindo hotel, buena estadía

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy agradable y amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la habitación era muy buena y espaciosa. La cama era muy amplia y comoda. El baño también era muy amplio y limpio.

Las paredes son de materiales liviano, por lo que generaba que el de la habitación de al lado pusiera su televisor demasiado alto y se escuchaba en todos lados incluso en los pasillos. Hubo una noche donde nos tuvimos que quejar con la recepción ya que no se podía dormir por ese inconveniente. El gimnasio es muy lindo, le agregaría algunos elementos más para que sea más completo. Lo demás todo excelente.

Excelente lugar para ir de paseo y teatro

Muy cómodas las camas . Buen tamaño de la habitación. Si bien tenía microondas y heladera no tenía cubiertos por ej . Había que pedirlos pero la verdad que es incómodo porque uno no sabe si lo va utilizar y si se quiere usar hay que bajar a pedir

Hospedagem, atendimento e localização perfeitos. Ótimo custo benefício.

A recepção do hotel foi perfeita. Mesmo eu não falando espanhol, todos me ajudaram, inclusive a chamar um veículo para minha locomoção. O café da manhã muito bom. Com todos os ingredientes básicos como pães, iogurte, café, frutas, sucos e claro, a media luna. Só não espere o mesmo café da manhã disponível nos hotéis do Brasil. Ótima localização. Bem próximo ao Obelisco, em frente ao mercado Carrefour, e com diversos restaurantes e padarias na redondeza.

Creio que pelos último tempos, os preços subiram de valor, então o preço do café da manhã estava alto.

Localização perfeita. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. aparelho TV no quarto de fraca qualidade mas nada de grave. Sauna com funcionamento intermitente. De uma forma geral a estadia foi agradável.

O pequeno almoço poderia melhorar um pouco.

Horrible, noisy rooms with extremely small windows facing the main road. Staff were friendly until you had a problem to solve - then they immediately pretended not to speak English.

Great location but would not return because of bugs in the pool

Breakfast was good. Decent number of options, buffet style. The location is perfect. There's plenty within walking distance, including a train station. There's a restaurant and a supermarket across the street. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There's always someone by the front door of the hotel to let people in and out and secure the premises.

My son was really excited about going to the pool, which is part of why I chose it, but it was always full of bugs. It was really disgusting and my son was so disappointed. The available outlets in the room are across the room from the bed, which is kind of frustrating if you need to access your phone before bed but while it's charging. The television has one channel and is extremely snowy. There was a flickering light in the room that I told them about right after check in, that took 3 or 4 days to resolve.

~ Very Good Location - Decent Property ~

The location of this property is excellent! Less than a block from the Obelisco monument, and within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Grocery store and Pharmacia are directly across the street. Transportation is easy to/from this property. Neighborhood is relatively safe, just be mindful of your surroundings, like with any major city. Property is very secure as they have a doorman 24/7.

Property needs a little TLC and upgrading, along with some maintenance. Everything is done cheaply - towels are as thin as the ones we used back in middle school, and the internet/WiFi is horrible! Almost non-existant. The little kitchenette was helpful (small refrigerator, microwave, sink) but there were not any utensils for the plates, and they did not provide any towels or dish soap.

minha melhor experiência na cidade.

Localização fantástica, próximo ao obelisco, bancos, casas de cambio, mercado 24h bem na frente do hotel, super fácil de chegar, uma das melhores acomodações de Buenos aires. deixou a desejar só na limpeza e cuidado com a piscina, a mesma tinha sujeiras e até baratas, também foi o único ponto negativo. o quarto excepcional.

Did the job for two nights but would not recommend this property due to condition of room.

Friendly staff. Great and convenient location.

Ongoing issues with room. Safe and phone did not work. Had to call a couple of times to get safe repaired. Phone issue was never addressed despite assurances from staff. Requested ironing board and iron. Was provided with a broken ironing board and iron did not work properly. Room did not have sufficient amenities to accommodate 3 people.
