Komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet sehr einladend, Restaurant sehr gut. Stylishe Halle. Personal sehr freundlich, nur eine der Danen an der Rezeption war sehr hilflos und überfordert.

Bei den Standardzimnern sind die Badezimmern sehr klein, es gab nur eine Regenwalddusche und keine handbrause. Da die Duschkabine sehr klein war hatte man immer gleich auch eine Kopfwäsche. Sonst aber sind die Zimmer in Ordnung.

My room was in need of a revamp but acceptable for a night.

Convenient location. Excellent breakfast options. Early check-in appreciated.

Given the first room off the lobby so sometimes noisy. I tried to book directly with the hotel who quoted me €60 higher. Reception made an issue of me inviting guests to breakfast whilst this was not a problem in the restaurant.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich; die Zeiten könnten etwas länger sein. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war sehr angenehm, das Personal aufmerksam. Leider war es eiskalt in den Räumen. Hier besteht Handlungsbedarf.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are have everything you need and are clean and the location is very good - both near the train station and the centre but overlooking a small park.

You have to slam the doors to close them. Or at least I didn't find another way to do that.

Superb modern hotel in the heart of Bologna!

Very clean and modern hotel at the heart of Bologna! The design is also impeccable.

Not much. Although I’ve seen some areas that need to be improved. There are some parts in the walls that are disintegrating probably due to wear and tear. This is a question of maintenance but it’s not that big that will cause you any inconvenience at all.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, bonito com excelente estrutura. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Tem estacionamento e fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe do estacionamento e também pela equipe no check-out. Recebemos um late check-out e estacionamento por maior período.

Na chegada o Staff foi ⁸meio frio. Embora tudo esteja escrito claramente, não foram dadas explicações. No café da manhã também, não muito atenciosos. Sugiro não pegar as suítes que são mezzaninos. Há uma escada perigosíssima

Lovely Hotel but noisy

The building is very beautiful and the ceiling is amazing. Perfect location between the train station and the city centre. The staff very friendly and they even upgrade the room. The food at the restaurant, delicious.

We couldn't sleep. The noise from the avenue was sooud. Cars, trucks, ambulance all night long. Not even with ear plugs

Séjour parfait

Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, notre chambre était magnifique, propre, décorée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner (buffet + à la carte) est très bon avec des produits de qualité, servi dans une magnifique salle. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L'hôtel est situé près de la gare, et non loin du centre historique, env 10-15 minutes de marche.

Ottimo hotel

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Maggiore. La cosa fondamentale per chi arriva in auto è il parcheggio nella struttura che per Bologna è veramente una pacchia anche se, forse, un po costoso. Ottimo ristorante con pasta freschissima fatta da loro, ottima colazione.

Dommage un recadrage staff ( vertical) rendrais cette établissement top destination de Bologne

Situation géographique bien 800m de Piazza Maggiore, parc vert sur la partie arr de l'hôtel.

A revoir le personnel de la réception ,accueil froid impersonnel , un cours accélère de sourire ferais un grand bien. Le personnel n'est pas avenant, lors de demande sollicitations, nous avions l'impression de déranger c'est pas agréable. Evitez les chambre qui donnent sur la rue de l'Indipendenza.

ha un ottimo bar anche per esterni alla struttura, colazione TOP ! Ristorazione al TOP. Ottima anche la pizza !! In una fredda e piovosa giornata invernale con meno 4 Gradi è stata veramente un toccasana.

Non abbiamo riscontrato grandi difetti. Essendo un viaggio di lavoro in esterno abbiamo vissuto solo la mattina e la sera.

Una grande delusione!!

La posizione è perfetta. Ti permette di uscire e tornare in hotel in qualsiasi momento.

Camera rumorosa!!! Si sentono tutti i rumori dalle altre camere, dal corridoio e dall’esterno. In più c’era un rumore continuo e costante dell’impianto di riscaldamento. In 3 giorni avremo dormito si e no 5/6 ore. Da questo punto di vista è stato un vero e proprio disastro. Oltre a questo, la prima sera è venuta fuori dell’acqua gialla da tutti i lavandini del bagno. Dopo aver avvisato la reception, ci hanno detto che c’erano stati dei lavori in hotel e dipendeva tutto da quello. Peccato che nessuno ci abbia detto nulla e ce ne siamo resi conto sotto la doccia.

Lack of customer orientation, seemed oriented to maximize profit.

Location Legacy Restaurant on the 2nd floor

Check-in: when booked we asked for our 2 rooms to be adjacent or at least closer to one another. Upon arrival, we were given rooms that couldn’t be further away, but at least on the same floor. Breakfast experience: we had booked B&B and in the morning at 9:40am upon arrival at the restaurant, we were told there is no seating availability for breakfast and to return in 10min, however we decided to wait. Shortly after we realized venue is open for external visitors, not only hotel guests. At 9:53 we were given the table. Warm breakfast (scrambled eggs) was already out. At 9:55 my wife was told that buffet is over and only after a small quarrel did she take pastry for her and kids. At 10:05 everything was taken from the buffet I applaud the operations, but guest experience is horrifying.
