Residencia recomendable calidad/precio

El lugar está muy bien comunicado en bus y no se tarda mucho a ningún lado.

Quizá la habitación era un poco claustrofóbica para dos, y las duchas de bañera antigua no me gustan nada.

Lluviosa San Sebastián.

Era un estudio, que tenía cocina, nevera, baño y mesa de estudio. Tiene toallas, utensilios de cocina, y lo necesario para fregar. Puedes hacer la compra, guardarla en la nevera y comer en tu estudio.

No había secador disponible para poder secarte el pelo.

Not again

Available while the rest was all full. Nice personel. Nice crowd with students and professors.

Everything very rudimentary. Truly a pupil/student room. Small. Hot as no airco.

Basic but clean "hotel" close to the beach

this is (very) basic accommodation. The room has soft beds and it is clean and the people are very friendly. we were there during the last part of the heatwave, no aircon or fan but you can open the window to let cool ( ocean breeze) air in. the location is pretty good, 15 min walk to the beach and restaurants. If basic and clean is what you want, this is the place to be. on the weekends free parking!

Good late minute place to stay

it was clean, and reasonably comfortable and nothing else was available. so it worked pretty well for 2 families of 5 people.

There was a lot of noise during the night, it would have been nice if the rooms had fans, and the simple double room, was too small, even with me and my wife, we would have preferred the simple twin even though we would have slept in separate beds the room was which bigger

was a mistake , we won’t use it again on even recommend, staff took ages to check us in and the young lady who checked

broken shower 😡😡! we only stayed for a night and wanted a room with a private bathroom , sad to find out that shower was broken and it was a very hot day ! also , NO air conditioner not even a air cooler or air fan !!!

San Sebastian is very popular with tourists so it is expensive, in this case it was a good result

Good for short stay in San Sebastian, great bus connections direct into the city

Staying at the university residence was convenient, only 25 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of bus connections. There's a direct bus to the main bus station. Quiet neighbourhood as it is now summer season without students. A few eateries around. Room was equiped with basic cooking utensils. Room was serviced and towels were replaced, which I didn't expect.

The walls were quite thin and you can hear people walking (if loudly talking) outside. Room wasn't as clean as I expected with marks still present when we arrived.

Good free private parking at location. Bus stop nearby to reach all locations in city, a few bares and restaurantes. A grocery shop nearby.

No TV in room. Room is a dormitory room with 2 beds, not very possible to make a twin beds out of them because they slip away from each other :)
