Hôtel bien situé. Proche de la plage de la Concha. Literie très confortable. Personnel agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet sucré-salé.

manque une bouilloire dans la chambre. chambre donnant sur le boulevard. Bruits atténués par double vitrage et les volets roulants.

Fantastico

Hotel cerca de la playa de Ondarreta. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, la cama era muy comoda. Habitacion con vistas a la calle principal. Buffet muy completo. Sin duda volveria a este hotel. Destacar el trato recibido por Laura, gracias.

La limpieza de la habitación es excelente, la ubicación que está cerca del. autobús urbano y la playa muy linda.

Buon hotel, la receptionist ci ha subito aiutato ad orientarsi sul da farsi in città.

La posizione è buona per andare in centro a San Sebastian usando in bus. Il bagno in camera ha il bidet.

Parcheggio auto stretto è limitato.

Underbara dagar i en av Europas härligaste städer

Ligger bra nära stranden och med buss utanför till gamla stan. Parkering i eget garage som går att boka

Ljudnivån i frukostmatsalen! Åk till Ikea och köp mya tassar så är problemet löst ;)

Mejorar la calidad del ambiente a la cafeteria paralela al hotel

La atención en recepción muy amables. Cómodo para ver la ciudad . Autobús, que en 10 te deja en pleno centro.

Con respecto a la cafetería: La persona que nos atendió muy atenta y simpática.Un 9. Sin embargo el ambiente debido a la plancha que está detrás de la barra para tostadas, sándwiches, etc.. El ponerle mantequilla a la misma para confeccionar dichas viandas, suelta mucho olor y humo . Imagínese. bajamos duchado , vestidos con ropa limpia, tomamos un desayuno y tuvimos que volver a la habitación a cambiarnos de ropa y casi ducharnos de nuevo. No se. Deberían de ver la manera de que no se produzca dicha situación. Nuestro interés de hacer esta reseña no es criticar por qué si. Pensamos que puede ser construtiva para ayudarles a mejorar el establecimiento. Un saludo

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in San Sebastian

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nahe zum Strand und Bus hält vor dem Haus. Parkplatz wurde in nahen Parkhaus zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung bis auf den Kaffee. Zu wenig Platz für 2 grosse Koffern.

La ubicación, atención del personal, la comodidad, limpieza, la verdad es que es un hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en la ciudad con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Estuvimos en la quinta planta.

Opérationnel pour visiter San Sebastian

Hôtel de bon niveau dont le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Pas loin de la CONCHA ni du centre ville historique, distant d'environ 20 mn à pied. Parking à proximité sans problèmes

Viaje relámpago pero muy agradable.

Todos, ubicación, muy cerca del motivo del viaje. Habitaciones muy cómodas y vistas preciosas. Trato excepcional, volvemos con más tranquilidad.

Lo único es que no pudimos tener parking cuando llegamos, porque lo tenían todo ocupado.

Short Stroll to the Beach

The hotel is right off the promenade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within blocks of the hotel. Very safe to walk around at night. There are parking garages within walking distance of the hotel, if there is no space at the property. Easy walk to old town.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstücksangebot war in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend modernisiert werden. Das Bad war absolut renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Leider haben wir dies aufgrund der späten Anreise jedoch erst am Folgetag feststellen müssen. Die abgewetzte Couch im Eingangsbereich geht gar nicht, dieser ist ferner lieblos eingerichtet.

Nice place for conference and/or holidays.

The hotel is nicely located not too far from the beach and very close to the large conference center (Palacio Miramar). The area of the city is more peaceful then old town, but old town is accessible by nice walk at seaside or by bus. The staff of the hotel is helpful and friendly. During my 2 weeks stay I was living in three rooms: single (3rd flor), double (3rd flor) and double superior (7th flor). The last of them was most expensive but certainly worth the money, with large terrace, beautiful view on the sea and the city. Me and my wife were enjoying stay there. The double room was OK, but nothing particular. Clean and correct. The single room at 3rd flor was suffering problems with ventilation and bad smell was coming from the toilet. Anyhow, the hotel was nice and I would recommend it.

Great location as it is close to the beach. Easy access to the old town by a short taxi ride.

The wifi is so slow as if there is no wifi available. We had to use our mobile phone roaming.

Great Hotel, very helpful staff. Good location, spacious rooms - ask for an upgrade! Good breakfast.

Located on the main road into town, easy walk to anywhere. We got an upgrade for an additional 20.00€ per night - excellent value! We were on the top floor, away from traffic, with a great view of the harbour. The room was huge, with a superb king size bed. Breakfast was great, also good value. A nice selection of hot and cold, with fruit and good coffee.

Our room was at the end of the upper floor, so the Wifi was struggling. But a small price to pay for such a great room. There is no bespoke adjacent parking, the hotel car park is a short walk and quite expensive at 19€ per day. It was full anyway, which turned out fortunate as we found a spot on the road opposite the Hotel for 3.15€ a day! You just have to remember to renew your ticket daily...

Too quick to enjoy, fine for a first time visit

Room given was better than what we had booked. Rooms with terrace are too small and no view , the room with King bed had a very nice view. Breakfast is fine. The lady who cleans the rooms is the best person we have had in years, she is wonderful. The lady in charge of the reception is very good! And also a very nice gentleman at night when we arrived was excellent.

Unfortunately we sent clothing to the laundry and eventhough they said they would return the washed clothes the same day, they did not and it was a big hassle to get the clothing back next day. It was the day of departure for us, the feeling was that the man at the reception did not care and the young man who was supposed to bring the clothes did not worry and we almost lost our transport that morning. The coffe shop at the hotel is not so nice eventhough it looks clean, we will avoid going there next time, the lady in charge was not friendly at all.

Great hotel in perfect location

Great location! Close to everything but in a quiter and greener part of the town. Lot's of restaurants and bars and supermarkets around. Clean, spacious room, good bed, great bathroom.

Shower booth could be bigger. Rooms facing back street could be noisy when garbage collectors do their job at 5 am.
