The apartment is spotlessly clean.
The apartment is quite dated for the price that is charged. We paid 600eur for 2 nights and we were also expected to clean the apartment after us (take out bins, clean kitchen etc) which is surprising for paying so much that cleaning is not included!

The property was very nice and comfortable. More importantly the hosts were easily contactable and very, very helpful. For example we arrived at the property late on the first day and did not know where to go for something to eat. We made contact with the host and he got back to us immediately with some suggestions, the place we went to was very nice. The hosts also made sure we knew what there was to see in San Sebastian.
The property was further from the centre than expected but is easy to get to and from by walking or public transport.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped for the most part and very convenient to get to the center of town. There is free on street parking, when we arrived we got a parking space, but the next night we stayed in the old town walking the board walk and when we got to the apartment there were no spaces anywhere. We ended up parking in a neighboring apartment complex. The apartment was fairly quiet when the windows were closed, but with the windows open, it was cool enough outside to not need air conditioning but the noise from traffic was VERY loud. I would suggest adding fans for the 2 bedrooms so the windows could be closed for sleep. The back porch was very nice, we sat out there several times and had breakfast out there. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.
Adding fans so windows can be closed for sleeping and fans would also provide white noise.

Very big appartment, enough for family of 5. Very nice owners. We got good directions how to come to the appartment. Appartment is in very quiet district. Owners prepared for us bus card to go the center but we went to the center with a car because of bad weather. We parked the car on the street, same street where is appartment. We had very nice balcony. For kids were prepared box of games. We had great time in San Sebastian, if you are with kids you have to visit aquarium. And beach is amazing.

Spacious, clean, easy check-in, very helpful host, good bus connections.
Front door lock is very stiff, Could do with changing.

It was nice and quiet. Had a place on street to park your car and was near bus route 19 and 27 that took you near old town.
Lack of comfortable pillows

The free parking. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials that one needs for a comfortable stay.
The main bathroom has very little ventilation so there is always a sewage-like smell that lingers around.

This is a fantastically well equipped flat in a quiet residential area very close to the centre of San Sebastian. It made a perfect base for exploring the area. In hot weather it was lovely and cool- we didn't need the air conditioning. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything that you could possibly need- dishwasher, teapot, coffee machine, iron. The rooms were all of a good size and the balcony was great. It is an easy walk into San Sebastian but the hosts leave a travel card which can be used on either the bus or subway into San Sebastian. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful answering all our questions and even ringing us to give personalised information when asked. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment scrupulously clean. A family of four would have found this ideal. Car parking outside was easy and safe.
We should have stayed longer!

Apartment very comfortable and hosts had left lots of information. Could walk to nearby cafe, supermarket and local restaurant. Used bus to go to centre.
.
Had a little trouble getting the key and opening the door. This was due to language difficulties, but it was quickly resolved.

A real apartment, not a resort, meaning it can be lived in as is. There are some spices, aluminium foil, laundry pegs, etc. The owners were very welcoming and offered help. Easy communication with them through WhatsApp. Easy parking at the street, frequent buses nearby.
25 minutes walk from the beach. 40 mins walk from the old city. But I knew that before.

A fully equipped apartment 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, very safe and secure. With A/C and heating, fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, large comfortable living room, comfortable sofas, very clean and homely with an outdoor terrace. Large TV in living room and smaller ones in bedrooms, comfortable beds, friendly residents in a mainly residential area. Close to bus stops for number 19 and 5 into San Sebastian and nearby shops and restaurants. 1.2km from beaches, it is possible to walk in, but never found an easy pleasant route, although there is a cycle track out the back which may lead there. Once you get used to the apartment it is really good and ideal for long stays for families on a budget, just charming, very hard to beat for the price. Would definitely stay here again, could accommodate 4 people easily.
Although very clean and well decorated, some areas looked just a little bit tired, free parking is available, but not always easy to find, best to find a good spot and use the bus IMO. Some road noise but not at night.
