Bilbao ist einfach fantastisch

Zentrale Lage und Top Ausstattung

Für uns war die Tür ohne Haus Nummer nicht sofort zu finden und etwas kompliziert mit 2 Codes und einem Link die Türen zu öffnen, hat etwas gedauert bis wir es kapiert haben.

Hotel muy recomendable para descansar y dentro de un ambiente muy tranquilo.

Me ha gustado especialmente la tranquilidad, también me ha gustado el buffete del desayuno, y la profesionalidad de los empleados. El silencio es también un fuerte durante toda la estancia, tanto en horario nocturno como diurno.

Es necesario llegar en coche, pues la parada de bus te deja a cierta distancia que no es grande, pero por la noche no existe iluminación hasta el Hotel.

Schitterende locatie op heuvel boven San Sebastian met prachtig uitzicht. Uitstekend ontbijt. Fijn zwembad.

The staff were friendly and offered free breakfast

Outdoor swimming pool was closed, no WiFi. The location wasn’t ideal but passable as we had a car. We did only book a couple of days before arriving We got an email regarding pets but. I about the pool being closed. Also the WiFi was not working due to technical issues which was inconvenient. As it was 4 stars this was a bit disappointing

Ga hierheen!

Groot hotel op een prachtige locatie. Wat een uitzicht rondom het hotel. En wat een rust. Mooie, goed onderhouden tuin met mooi groot zwembad. Comfortabele, zeer schone kamer. Boek zeezicht! Het ‘restaurant’ was meer een cafe maar de salade was super vers. Verder vooral snacks te krijgen. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed. Het is 6 km boven de stad dus je hebt je auto nodig of je kunt de bus pakken.

Jammer dat je pas vanaf 08.00 kunt ontbijten.

endroit magique qui domine la ville de San Sebastian ; hôtel ancien mais plein de charme ; souper à la cafétéria très bon : bref on a adoré.

Los jardines y las vistas. El tener aparcamiento La zona tranquila

La habitación. El colchón con nudos que se te clavan. Se oye todo desde la habitación contigua, el ruido de la cama a las 5 de la mañana (haciendo lo propio de una pareja) y los sonidos. En el baño, el secador de pelo no funcionaba.

NECESITA ACTUALIZARSE SIGLO XXI

Me gustó la bañera bastante grande y los jardines muy cuidados ,los camareros del bar bastante serviciales, la piscina tiene buena pinta pero dos días q estuve estaba nublado y no hacía calor pero cuando se pueda utilizar estará bien .

No me gustó q nada más llegar ya te piden una tarjeta de crédito, no me gustó la cama muy blanda y antigua,no me gustó la almohada muy blanda, no me gustó q te tengas q llevar la llave con un llavero grande en tiempos de tecnología me pareció del siglo pasado.no me gustó las mesillas de la habitación están bastantes más altas q la cama lo q te hace un poco inútil poner cosas encima ya q no las ves.

Bon hôtel qui doit absolument rénover sa partie restauration !

Chambres très propres Hotel bien situé avec un grand parking extérieur

Le restaurant-snack qui ne donne pas envie de consommer et le personnel n'est pas attentionné. Gros décalage de standing entre l'hotel **** et ce restaurant-snack. Les matelas un peu trop durs ... Dommage !

It was a bit shabby has had its day- it used to be a wedding destination but not anymore I think. The staff were ok but not exceptional, it was a bit expensive for what it was.

El peor hotel de cuatro estrellas que he visitado

Nada , muy mal ubicado en la cima de una montaña de muy dificil acceso, hotel no tiene ni restaurante , ni servicio de habitaciones , ni salon de descanso ni un largo etc. No tiene las **** que anuncian , a lo sumo ** , en el baño de las habitaciones sin set de baño no champú ni otra otra cosa , solo un dispensador de gel de manos , los jardines descuidados el mobiliario muy viejo y desgastado, no lo recomiendo ni aún te regalen la estancia.

Todo era viejo descuidado y un acceso para ciclistas de montaña.Fatal en su totalidad.

Lovely hotel, but rather spoiled by dog policy (as above).

Nice location and ambiance. Good to have a lift.

Strange rule that dog not allowed to be left in the room alone. Dogs were allowed in the dining room, but although our dog is perfectly happy to be left alone in the room, this isn’t necessarily the case if he was in a dining room with other dogs. The result was that we were unable to have dinner or breakfast.

A missed opportunity

The location is amazing. It is not far from the city centre (although a car is recommended) and you have an amazing view on the ocean and city

It is a missed opportunity. As per some previous comments, it is a great 3* but it lacks some basics amenities and so on to make it a 4*, some examples: no tissue, soap, no water bottles in the rooms. The playground for kids is from the 80's and very aged (understand not safe). By the way, given the great location, they should be aiming for a 5* as it does not miss that much in terms of investment

Did not meet our expectations!

Although I did not use it, the swimming pool was beautiful

There was a wedding so we were not allowed to use some of the promised facilities. The party was very loud until 11:00 pm. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is old and did not work. One of the mattress was old and needs replacing. There was only one electric outlet next to only one side of one bed (the room was 2 single beds), the room needs some love and tender care. It looks like the hotel was great some time ago and then forgotten. We were told there are weddings every weekend, the guests should be aware of it.
