Tolles Erlebnis für uns als Familie, viel Platz und tolle Gartenanlage.

Toller Pool, schöne Lage, nettes Personal

Das Essen war nicht großartig, aber es war immer was leckeres dabei. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war leider nicht lecker.

Es rundherum ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Masaru

Sehr große Zimmer, ruhig gelegen mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den Pool, Pool wird beheizt, verschiedene Sportangebote vorhanden, Rezeption 2 1/2 Sprachig ESP, GB und etwas D. Sehr hilfsbereit, Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt außer man hängt ein Schild an die „Heute nicht“ Reinigungskraft sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit wenn man fragen hat. Frühstück ist gut, für jedermann was dabei.

Die einfach ausgestattet Unterkunft hat ein paar störende Stellen gehabt, wackliges Fernsehkabel, normale Steckdosen (BRD) und südländische Steckdosen gemischt im Zimmer, das war etwas eigenartig ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer rustikal eingerichtet.

Zelo priporočam, izjemna lokacija, tudi parkirišče se da dobiti.

Izjemno prijazno in gostoljubno osebje, zelo čisto (sobe dnevno sčiščene), odličen razgled (na palme in morje), zelo prostoren apartma z vsemi potrebnimi pripomočki in super bazen.

Very nice apartment hotel to stay for family and access to Puerto de la Cruz city by walk

Staff in the hotel was really friendly; Our 2 years old daughter had fun in the kids swimming pool and bigger one as well; We didn't expect too much from night music show, but daughter had a fun and danced together; View from the room was amazing - swimming pool and mountain hills; Very nice access to the nearest kids playground - amazing place to spend a time with kid; Nice access to the nearest bus stop and view of Puerto de la Cruz city from the cliff;

Only complains about bathroom - toilet paper holder in the bathroom was bit inconvenient and water from shower was leaking to the bathroom floor

Appartement calme et confortable avec balcon. Excellente literie. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir variés et corrects. Personnels très sympathiques. Bonne situation à 10 minutes du centre historique avec 200 marches

Alle Grundbedürfnisse werden bestens bedient.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich auch auch jederzeit ansprechbar, um Hilfe zu leisten. Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer gut gepflegt worden. Alle grundlegenden Bedürfnisse können erfüllt werden. Die Poolanlage ist immer wieder schön, er wird sehr gut gepflegt, genauso wie der dazugehörige Garten. Die kleine Poolbar ist eine sehr schöne Ergänzung.

Die Ausstattung der kleinen Kochnische könnte etwas umfangreicher ausfallen. Das Frühstück im Hotel wird mit allen Grundbedürfnissen versorgt, ist aber wenig abwechselungsreich. Hier könnte etwas Abwechselung sehr viel bewirken.

Séjour très agréable

Très belle chambre (studio) très propre et très bien équipée. Grande piscine permettant de bien nager. Petit déjeuner et dîner d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix Parking à proximité aisé.

Salle de restaurant très mal insonoisée. Langue française oubliée.

Die Lage und Zimmer zur Poolseite, daher abends ruhig.

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum. Angebot wechselte kaum. Eierspeisen schon grenzwertig, insbesondere die Spiegeleier, diese waren durchgekocht. Brot war sichtbar aufgetaut. Frühstücksraum zu eng bestuhlt und großer Geräuschpegel. Zimmer: Betten in einer relativ kleinen Nische, Duschtüren unten stark verkalkt und z. Teil Schimmel in den Ecken.

As refeições eram bem servidas, com várias opções. Sou vegetariana e fiquei satisfeita. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e o bar da piscina prática preços muito aceitáveis!

Os quartos deviam ter ar condicionado.

At breakfast place the service was excellent, thank you! Good breakfast quality

people went to book swimmingpool chairs earlier, and they didnt show up there for hours. This needs to change, no pre booking. Pricelevel was quite high in evening dinner place and at the bar.

Preis Leistung ist super

Essen war sehr gut, auch Abwechslung. Zimmer schön groß. Bedienung in der Hotelbar war restlos überfordert, lange Wartezeiten.

Zimmer leider ohne Klimaanlage und normale Lüftung war immer außer Betrieb.

Estancia donde uno se siente acogido y en casa

El cariño del personal y el cuidado con el hotel. Aunque las instalaciones son antiguas, se nota que la cuidan e intentan que todo esté lo mejor posible. El jardín es precioso y todo es muy silencioso.

Talvez deban renovar los colchones, al menos con un topper. Las camas son algo incomodas. Además, debería haber algo más de presión en las duchas porque echan muy poca agua.

El desayuno estaba muy bien, completo y variado con productos de calidad.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba un poco anticuada y pese a tener toldo no tenía palo para bajarlo. No había ventilación en el baño.

Bellissimo "centro anziani" un po' fuori mano

I ragazzi in sala sono molto carini e la colazione molto variegata. Bellissima la vegetazione attorno alla piscina.

La posizione era veramente scomoda. Ero convinta che a piedi fosse possibile raggiungere il centro ma mi sbagliavo. La clientela è prettamente di una certa età.

Buena opción en Puerto de la Cruz

Tuvimos una habitación tranquila que tenía más o menos todas las comodidades. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente las personas de limpieza y las personas que atendían en el comedor (muchas gracias!). Estaba todo muy limpio. El baño tenía jabón. No nos costó demasiado aparcar cerca en el mes de octubre, pero creo que en otra temporada puede ser más complicado. Tanto el buffet del desayuno como el de la cena eran bastante completos y estaba todo rico.

Las camas eran bastante incómodas, hace falta renovación de colchones. No había jabón o esponja para fregar los platos. El plato de la ducha no traga bien el agua y se llena y desborda fácilmente.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Daily room service. Tasty buffet with plenty of choices. Large and warm swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of nearby street parking. Good location near shops and restaurants.

Beds at bit firm. Only two English TV channels. Not smart TVs. Kettle available on request, but we did not know this. In room safe a bit expensive.

Location only.

No repairs have been made in 40 years. The hotel corresponds to 2 stars. From us charged 175 Eur per night for a double room. This hotel does not cost more than 50 euros per night. The pool area is bad. The furniture is old. The hotel is not like in the pictures on booking. Food bad, little choice.

Perfect hotel for family rest

The hotel has a good location: a bus stop within 5 minutes from the hotel, 2 minutes supermarket, nearby a lot of restaurants with different kinds of food. Souvenir shops with cheaper prices than in the tourist city center. Responsive staff. We had a big double room with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and mountains.
