spectacular view from the balcony, great jacuzzi on the rooftop, awesome breakfast, clean hotel. we definitely recommend it!

Lovely big rooms, loved the roof top for sunbathing and the bar did amazing cocktails, view from the balcony’s were amazing, the spa was one of the nicest I’ve ever been to with a lovely massage and there was a great selection of food at breakfast. I had salmon, caviar and pancakes every morning!
The rooftop didn’t open till 10

nice rooftop bar and sun deck area, food was good too.
no tea or coffee in the room - just a kettle and cups - apparently 4 star in Tenerife they don’t provide it!

Everything!!! Room was big & had everything you could possibly need, incredible view from the Balcony overlooking the Sea. Both the Pool & Roof Top Club area were amazing to relax in & get a tan. Breakfast was great, the Vertigo Pool Club had some of the nicest Cocktails in Puerto De La Cruz & great food. Close to a couple of Supermarkets/Restaurants & Bars. 10/10.
Nothing. Although it’s a little bit out of the way which may not suit some people. 10-15 mins walk.

Lovely hotel set into the side of the cliff so every room has a breathtaking view of the sea. The sound of the waves on the rocks at night was lovely. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lovely food options in the Vertigo restaurant, as well as great places to sit in the sunshine. A short walk into town for lots of interesting food and entertainment options, though it's a steep walk back!
Everything seemed to have a surcharge, from beach towels (refundable when returned) to the use of the safe in our room - not something I've come across at similar rated hotels in the past!
5.0
The location, the room, the rooftop bar, the view.

the view alone was to die for. wide breakfast buffet option. the rooftop bar/pool is amazing! the views are breathtaking.
the staff (especially Tamara) was amazing! so friendly and a great help! there was also a bar staff member that made my stay more enjoyable too! I’m sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you 😃 I travelled solo for my birthday and really enjoyed my stay.
the location was decent, there were a good few shops and restaurants nearby. the city centre was around a 25 min walk.
I feel the need to pay for robes in a 4 star hotel is a bit greedy considering the price paid for just two nights! I’d wear my robe over my top and leggings in the morning when going down for breakfast. on my last day a female staff gave out to me and told me it’s not allowed. even tho no one else said anything the previous days and I paid €15 for it!
there was a really bad sewage smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet and shower drain. the AC didn’t get very hot. Considering it was chilly at night, it would’ve been nice to have a warm room. I did ask about it and someone came up to try and fix it, he said he’d return the next day but never did.
the elevators are quite slow coming and going, a little old fashioned.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view of the ocean
Nice facilities and room
Good breakfast
Pool and jacuzzi are in good sunny locations
On the 9th floor you are below the bar and on weekend there is loud music until midnight which will prevent you from sleeping.
Jacuzzi and spa area water is not that warm , just mildly warm
4.5
The staff were very helpful, the location was great, hotel and rooms were modern and well appointed and very clean.
The daily charge for access to the indoor pool, for residents this should be included. A 4star hotel should provide tissues in the room.

The room was lovely and had everything we needed with an amazing view. The spa was great and well worth a visit.

great facilities, fantastic views, good breakfast selection for vegans, comfortable beds. I’ve stayed here a number of times.
noise early in the morning before 7am, furniture dragging, have to pay for indoor pool use
4.5
location and views from roof top area.
Busy restaurant and lifts were slow. Pool area small for size of hotel. A little far from town centre.

The hotels stands right in front of the ocean. There is a road with tonnel and sound of waves covers all possible noise. I enjoyed the view. The breakfast was good with big variety of choice.
I didn’t like my stay in the hotel. It’s not 4*, maybe 3*. You have to give a 10€ deposit for beach towels and 1€ for washing them. What?! Towels in the room were old, not white, not soft. Water from the shower flew out and floor was wet. What is the problem to put the door? All hotel’s rooms are not on the sunny side, so it’s always dark. I know that it’s not hotel’s fault, but the design is grey and it was pretty depressive inside. Sometimes I saw badly washed dishes during the breakfast. Definetly I won’t get back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel.
Nothing in particular.

Great location. I was very satisfied with the spa and the rooftop. The view from the Room was also very beautiful!
I did suspect that the sheets were not washed or changed, since I noticed a blood stain on the new bed sheets after the cleaning lady had cleaned the room. I wish the beds were more soft and stable. When I changed My position in bed it made loud noises almost like the bed was about to fall apart.

perfect position, lovely rooms, friendly staff, great spa.

The “Vertigo” which located at 10th floor, has the perfect view, comfortable tanning beds + 3 Bath tubs. I think this is the best facility in the hotel.
Breakfast was great, also with a great view as the balcony is right above the sea.
