El.personal. Manuel que por fin le han ascendido y las chicas del bar piscina y restaurantes son los mejores. Cuiden a esos trabajadores.

Liked the garden, the presentation of food, the lots of fruits, the oranges in the spa, the view from my room.
Loud guests and I was awakened by phone at dawn once.

The value for money was my biggest drive.
It felt more quiet than expected.
The staffs happiness when you know a few phrases in spanish
Had a "water" problem in my room that i reported. As it was on the last day i would not complain.
The pillow wasnt to my liking.
The lack of spanish/local food at the buffet.
I dont travel to canary islands or the peninsula to eat food that isnt spanish.
(Churros & paella isnt really enough).
Had quails as i was given space 18 for my rental car.
I had no reason to use the handicap space.
If the definition of Sangria is half wine, half diet coke, ice cube & one slice of orange then its an afront to spanish culture...

Food and most staff were not particularly welcoming.

The staff was really nice and helpful .
You could hear everything what was going on outside, in the hallway and basically around you. The walls are very thin. The guests were getting drunk and were very disrespectful. People were extremely loud after midnight. The police had to come twice to remove some people from the hotel. The spa was not working (jacuzzi was cold, sauna wasn’t working, other pools either closed or freezing cold). Food was plain and not seasoned. One of our rooms was very stinky. We had to be transferred to another room after a few night (the rooms were booked out, so the earlier transfer wasn’t possible).

Literally everything, they were caring, understanding, the room even as an adult was a damn room to die for, having autism being in a completely foreign county can and has been stressful but these people tried their absolute hardest to help in any way they can. Loved the roosters they had roaming but the girlfriend had the fun idea of feeding them from the balcony the first few days they ended up waking us up at 6am every morning for food 😂. Other than that I've stayed in 5* hotels that don't touch the surface on this place. Can't recommend more to go. If you got the option, go.

Everything was brilliant, the staff were all fabulous, so helpful. The hotel was clean and the facilities were great, lovely pool! We had massive issues with our hire car and the staff went above and beyond for us, so so grateful.
You have to pay extra to use the indoor pool which was disappointing, however very minor! I think it was €12 for 90 mins so we decided against it.

Rooms were clean and ok. Pool area nice. Staff polite and spoke English.
Location not good but there was bus from hotel to downtown. Distance is about 3 km.
Breakfast, all inclusive restaurant was the worst I have seen and been. Food was tasteless and there was very limited variety. Badly organized. I didn't know before it is possible to bake cakes without sugar, now I know. I cannot understand why this type of food is offered, there should be at least some sauces or spices to add to this type of tasteless food. Don't underestimate tourists' taste palette.
90 % of guests were retired Spanish people, so if you are a foreigner, take this into account. Not much company there. If you like bingo, then this is your place.

Food was very good. Only that exceeded my expectations, everything else was as expected. I had to wait for my check in turn, but that didn't take long. Check in itself was quick and easy. Room was clean. If you're an all-inclusive guest, you don't have to pay for drink anywhere. Only thing that works like a deposit is paying at the reception for the glass tickets, and after using them at the bar, you get the money back after returning those tickets to the reception.
Hotel obviously needs some renovation. It has 4 stars, but clearly from before. Everything else was good.

Faulse advertising on booking:it doesn't have air cond.,it doesn't have mini bar, just empty regrigerator in the room.As all inclusive booking, you need to pay for the water ,1€ -500ml bottle, and you are not allow to fill it from the water dispenser.Soap dispenser and hair dryer didn't work .The food is the same every day,and not very good .When you check-in they not inform you about anything, you have to guess yourself how the thinks work ,like getting a drink from the bar you need to buy 1€ ticket from the reception and then go downstair to the bar and get your drink ,they just let you go downstairs to the bar,and there they will tell you sorry we can't give you a drink ,you need to go upsters to the reception and buy ticket first, information which they should provide it when you check in .Avoid going there unless if you don't want to spend all you holiday making complaints.Even if you do it they won't give you any upgrade of refund ,the maneger is so rude, when you try to explain what is wrong he is just shoutting and screaming.Booking doesn't help at all ,I phoned them on 8th July to complain about my ruined holiday, and ask about partial refund ,and after 7 days I didn't get even a complaint registration email.
