Amazing place. Views, beautiful bamboo huts. 3 pools. Location. So great and better than I thought!
I stayed in the Bamboo hut, so you will hear noises through the walls. Might be good to know, if you choose the hut.

close to Ubud centre with lots of options and helpful staff to fill the days, it was quiet and peaceful
Hard to find clean towels for the pool and it was confusing to understand where breakfast was and if the hotel restaurant was open

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location right in the heart of Ubud, i love peaceful mornings in Biyukukung. Too bad the paddies field was just planted. But overall, I love this place.
The bathroom was a bit dark. But overall, it's great.

great spacious rooms, 3 pool areas, Great value for money and lovely views of the rice fields with the cute ducks! good location
roofing in the bathroom could be better and would help with the slight mold problem on the walls.
the breakfast provided isn’t great. the pineapple provided in the fruit salad was sour. any of the ‘American breakfast’ options were not great however the fried rice from the ‘indonesian breakfast’ option was good.
if you struggle with noise the nature sounds will keep you awake but it did not both us too much

This place is a kind of dream. Rice fields and bamboo bungalows. And I really love how these bungalows are built: they have two floors, big bed, air conditioner, good bathroom and even a terrace. Moreover: pool and tasty breakfast are included.
There is nothing I can complain about. This place really impressed me.

The location is good and you get fresh towels every day
I can't speak for the rest of the hotel but I stayed in the bamboo house and was very dissappointed. I hate to leave a bad review but it was really dissapointing. It was filthy and very uncomfortable. I really did not enjoy staying there and couldn't wait to leave.
It looks cool from afar but the reality of the bamboo house is that it is very run down, not cleaned properly at all and very dirty. My bag ended up infested with ants after my first night and i felt on edge at how dirty it was the whole time. It's a natural structure so ofcourse you'd expect some rough edges but animal droppings on the bed and filthy bathroom :(

Spectacular view.
Good breakfast.
Cool bamboo tree house
Bed is a little hard but ok.
Pools could be a little cleaner.

Cute Bamboo Bungalow overlooking the ricefields ( but make sure you book that as there are also Bamboos Bungalows without a vieuw)
At first we had a Bamboo Bungalow without a riecefield vieuw which was disappointing plus the basin was constantly blocked.
No ventilation in bathroom.
But reception was very helpful and within half an hr we where moved to a Bamboo Bungalow with a ricefield vieuw, for just a little bit extra.
Pool at Bamboo Restaurant really needs a clean.

The location and view of the rice fields was fantastic, close to yoga shalas, restaurants and cafes.
The bamboo huts feel old, and a little dirty, I got bitten by something there a lot more often than other places I stayed, and I think not just mosquitoes. Also you can easily hear the bamboo hut next to you.

We stayed in a Rice View Villa and really enjoyed the tree house vibe. The property has multiple pools - so not matter which part you stay in, you’re not far. Also multiple places to have your breakfast. Easy walking to restaurants, shops, and Monkey Forest. We had a short stay, but would’ve loved to stay longer. Very nice.
I didn’t mind it any of the following, but just want to note that: the unit we had was very *squeaky* with all the bamboo, so you could always hear someone else if they were moving around. Also some frogs at night and roosters in the morning.. The rooms didn’t have a lot of lighting and if you leave the blinds open there isn’t a lot of privacy, I could see into rooms across the field. Again, I personally didn’t mind any of these things - just wanted to give a fair warning :)

Traditional Balinese setting. Stay in the bamboo bungalows - it’s a great experience. On the edge of Ubud and walking distance to everything in town.

Helpful, friendly staff. They helped me get a scooter and also organise a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Beautiful rice fields to look upon from the room. Central location.
Be ready for a mattress that’s slightly hard, but not a big deal!

I loved everything about this property.
the staff so kind and helpful
location is perfect and quiet, off the busy street so quiet and peaceful but still very close to restaurants, shops and monkey forest.
I did a massage which was good, needed to ask for more pressure but the therapist quickly adjusted.
view of the rice fields in the morning is delightful.
breakfast in the morning is good.
room service restaurant food is decent, cheap and does the trick if you don’t fancy going out.
near the yoga barn.
clean room and housekeeping everyday.
nothing I didn’t like.

The location was perfect, central but quiet, over looking padi fields. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. We booked in for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5.
The only grumble I could make is the bottom pool needed a little tlc and the furniture was looking a little tired.

Modest but cosy hotel in the heart of Ubud with a lovely rice paddy in the centre. Clean and neat, nice views and great value for money. Reliable strong wifi. Short walk to most key attractions in the centre of Ubud. I love the upstairs bedrooms. They had a water filter to be able to fill up/reuse bottles.
Totally not their fault, but there can be a lot of noise (bands and rock music) coming from nearby restaurants and bars. Not quite relaxing at times! I would also love a few more ecological tweaks, like not wrapping the glasses in plastic! The breakfast was pretty good, but if you are into coffee go further afeild!
