1. the location is obviously superb - directly accesing the beach. also, it allowed us to visit the 2 beautiful nearby ports to get to the basic supermarket from steni vala (very nice place)
2. the house ia very well equiped (did not miss anything)
3. the setting is very comfortable
4. total silence - the sky is so clear at night that one can really see the stars
no negative points (wifi is stronger outside, not really good inside)

Exceptional location, only 20 meters from a beautiful beach and a food bar. Our house had a view to the sea and a veranda. Parking is available just meters away, within the property. The property provides sea beds on the beach for no additional charge (otherwise you would have to pay 5 euros to one of the two nearby cafes). The house was extremely well-equipped, including even a clothes washer and devices that you can use against mosquitos. Both rooms and the kitchen were air-conditioned.
Although this is not at all the fault of the property, the place is full of mosquitos. Thankfully, all windows and doors were equipped with protective nets. Also, be aware that the beach can be incredibly popular during peak season with many cars parked on both sides of the (narrow) road , making access somewhat difficult if you have a big car. Again, this is not the fault of the property, which provides private parking space.

spotlessly clean! tad short of utensils. good aircon & Wi-Fi.
great location for a wonderful beach. very peaceful
definitely need a car! only one taverna & lunch bar.
could have put a water & maybe a couple of teabags & coffee. nearest tiny supermarket a 15 minute drive

The location couldn't be better. We were steps away from a beautiful, child-friendly beach and taverna. The view from the property is stunning! There is also almost complete privacy from the other units on the property. There is parking on-site, which is great, since it's very difficult to find parking on the road
There is no one at the property most of the time. If you need anything, it is very difficult to contact the host because there is no reception, nor is there a landline in the house or a way to contact them through WhatsApp, etc.
The cleaning is only every three days, which is not listed anywhere on the property description when you book. We asked for everyday cleaning and the host said, "I don't want to drive 17km in the heat just to empty your trash." Considering that we paid 170 euros/night, we were shocked that basic services that are offered at every hotel were not given here, even upon request.
There are no on-site supplies. If you need clean towels, sheets, trash bags etc and it's not your cleaning day, you have to contact to host to see if she will be at the property that day to bring them. If not, you can't get them. We asked for clean towels when the host was at the property and she said that we had two clean towels and that was enough (there were 4 people in our group). Even though cleaning was infrequent, there were very few cleaning products provided (a mop, bucket and broom only). There were times that we needed to sanitise surfaces and there was nothing around to clean them with.
The apartment is 50 sqm, even though it's listed as being 85 sqm.
Overall, this hotel misrepresents what it offers. From the lack of basic services that it provides to the size of the apartments. It is a self-service hotel, but when reading about it on the property description, that is not shown.

Clean, close to the beach. Wonderful viaw of the villa's terrace. There is a restaurant with delicious food nearby. The sea is amazing. I thank Vergina for the warm welcome.
