Localização e a simpatia do Mateus

Banheiro poderia ter uma barra de apoio p sair da banheira, minha mãe é idosa e escorreu na banheira quando foi sair acabou batendo a boca e cortou o lábio. Também no checkout pediram uma chave do cofre dizendo que haviam entregue p mim disse que não tinha essa chave e mesmo assim continuou a insistir sorte que o rapaz da manutenção estava lá e disse que era do outro apartamento, achei muito deselegante duvidando da minha palavra sendo que estavam errados. A cama também muito barulhenta poderiam trocar.

Great Location worth the Money

This was a very nice and simple hotel. Safe and close to multiple bars, restaurants, groceries and much more. Amazing budget friendly experience with comfortable bed. It’s all what you need in Buenos Aires. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Is not that I didn’t like but the WiFi can be better.

I do not recommend

I recommend ypu to avoid this accommodation. It was our first bad experience on a 1 month trip to Argentina as a family of 4 with 2 small children. I warned staff member at the reception office to charge me for the accommodation in pesos, because as the owner of a foreign credit card, this gives me a favorable exchange into euros and almost half the cost. I warned him twice that he had to issue an invoice in pesos because that's how I booked the accommodation and we worked like that during the entire trip and we never had any problems. He said that they always calculate in dollars and that my bank will exchange it for me at a good exchange rate. In good faith, after a few minutes of persuasion, i believed him. Which, of course, turned out to be bad, because they charged me €183 instead of about €100. When we managed to negotiate by the next day that they would cancel the bill and that I would pay in cash in pesos, the problem was that because of the holidays, all the ATMs in Buenos Aires ran out of cash, i was searching for money for more than 4 hours. Since it was our last day in Argentina, we didn't have a chance to solve the problem caused by issuing the bill in dollars despite my warning. Through all process, the staff were arrogant and completely uncooperative, as if it wasn't their fault.

Good value to money.

- Great location. - Friendly staff. - Very convenient in terms to enjoy the life in Buenos Aires. - Big room. - Good WiFi.

- A bit noisy - my room was the 1st floor and I heard the noise from the street at night (but I guess it is everywhere in Palermo in 1st floor...). - The condition of the room is a bit old - shower, dust, etc. (but for tis price it is a good value in my opinion).

Feel Buenoz Aires is at a really good location and easy to reach. I could have checked in after 00:00am and they were not working at that time. They sent me a detailed document to get in the room. It was really easy. Thank you guys for your attention.

An average place but in a good part of town

Close to food and beer and the parks. All staff spoke good English. Room was nominal.

Beds and pillows were not great. Bathroom door squeaked so loudly it would wake the other occupants. Deck is too tiny to use.

Good

The location is in the heart of Palermo, it feels very safe, young and fun to simply walk around. The room is spacious, well decorared and modern.

The room isn't well mantained. From chipped walls and marble to the toilet flush button that gets stuck every time, it feels like they could put a small effort into turning this room from "nice" to great. The curtains were very dirty and in general the cleaning staff didn't seem to do much apart from making our bed. The room smelled really bad ans moldy, we had to keep the windows open throughout the day.

Superb

Amazing value for money, location, facilities, service and overall experience. The location is perfect, there was so much to explore within the 20 mins walk radius that I spent my days walking and exploring every corner of the surrounding blocks. The best restaurants and cafes in town are right there. The facilities were well maintained, the room had everything you need for a short stay, and it was very comfortable. the building itself felt very safe, and my stay was quiet and uninterrupted.

small detail, but the room had a strong smell of (maybe) massage oils in the first 2 nights I was there. eventually it went away (or I got used to it) but was a bit uncomfortable the first few days.

A little gem in a great location

The location is very convenient as you have easy access to any part of the city and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom very spacious with a small balcony that´s great for enjoying a drink during warm season. Value for money top-notch. Staff is super polite and warm without being intrusive.

Location, friendly staff.

The doors to the balcony did not lock - leaving our room insecure. We asked to use the safe, but it was locked and took a day to be opened. Staff were friendly, but not able to provide much assistance, for example booking a taxi.

it’s very good located in Palermo

I really enjoyed my stayed there however, the room could be seeing some maintenance. The bathroom door was rusting and the ceiling had a lot of cracks, some painting would be good.

Nice place, difficult attitude from management re payment

Very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Fantastic location in arguably the best neighbourhood in the city. Lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby. Very safe area to wander around.

Everyone apart from one staff member was great eg helping us book taxis to bus stations etc. However when it came to payment I explained on arrival that my credit card had been stolen and I only had enough cash for dinner that night, despite explaining that we would be able to get cash forts thin the next morning, this offer was refused and he insisted that I pay right then, leaving without any money for food that evening.

Unpleasant stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The room looked like nothing on the pictures. The apartment was full of dust. It looked like nothing was cleanded probably In a while. Spiderwebs hanging down from the lamps. The nightstands were full of dust and we had to clean it. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We initial booked for two nights but left after the first in the morning. Most unpleasant stay in all of South America in the past month.
