Amazing

Spacious, clean, wide window ( I have got a room facing to the sea) near to laundry. I book for a night but finally extended for 3 nights ✔️

男一人の観光旅行としてはよかった！

部屋：わりと最近改装されたのか、床もバスルームもきれい。枕元にコンセント2つはよかった。朝食：最上階11階。海が見えるレストランで食べられる。メニューは一般的なものがある。熱帯にあるホテルとしてはフルーツは少ないか。立地：無料バスCATの停留所まで1～2分。ホテル1Fにコンビニがあって便利。裏はレッドガーデンという屋台街。スタッフ：フレンドリーでよかった。

その他：ルームキーが最終日の朝、急に効かなくなった。間違えてチェックアウト処理されたのかも。立地：世界遺産地区までは歩くと15分～20分くらいかかる。しかし、CATを使えば苦にならないのでは？

Penginapan yang sangat selesa dengan nilai bilik

Lokasi yang berdekatan dengan tempat menarik dan kedai makan. Parking kereta pun banyak dan mudah. Bilik yang ditempah memenuhi kriteria dan anak-anak semua happy.

Hanya papan menggosok pakaian sbb papanya kecil dan terpaksa letak diatas meja. Bagi kami org muslim, agak susah nak menggosok tudung.

It’s 3 star hotel but no facilities

Breakfast buffet is ok as RM 25 per person and the location is good

There is no use and throw kits at all as per rate they should provide because it’s quit expensive and it’s 3 star hotel.

Pleasant

Hotel's location is strategic. The morning Chowrasta market and night food court are nearby, plus the famous mansion - The Blue Mansion is just behind the hotel. There is a convenient store besides the entrance of hotel, so it is convenient to buy necessity. Also, me and my family love the sea view from 10th floor of the hotel.

The towel provided is torn and the kettle is unclean with a layer of stain (The dirt floats after water boil). Do bring your own shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrushes as it is not provided.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN STAYING IN HOTEL MALAYASIA ANYMORE.

Unfriendly staff not willing to give proper assistance. I am patronising this hotel for as long as ten years. Brekfast complimentary is no more and we have to pay for that unhealthy food provided. Facilities nearby hotel are mostly gone or rather shut, the room facilities given before are no more. The bathtub is a safety hazard and is not suitable for eldely persons like me. There are many better facilities hotels nearby in Georgetown and I will be quitting this hotel in future and advise all my other friends to do so as they had decided with me agreeing with my grievances. Good Bye to Hotel Malayasia. Thank You, Manogaran, Singapore with three other family friends in other rooms. [email protected]

Room service and other facilities been taken away. Unfriendly Staff, not willing to help. A change in the staff would be more appriate.

Very good

The location is very strategic- many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has ample parking spaces. Finally the breakfast is good.

The bed is quite old and worn.

I will think twice that what to stay in Hotel Malaysia

The few reception staff's who talk gently and answer well, Housekeeping well done 👍 Cute bell boy

Breakfast everyday fried Rice and different fried meet, same hot dog, Eggs , no half boiled Eggs or omelette. Location of the place Good, Very Bad Female Chinese Reception and very rude. I check-in she is person rushing for my credit card. She don't know to address customer and not fit to work in Frontline. Ask for extra pillow don't bother too.5 days Wifi issues and need to buy Digi Card Data and spend too much

Extremely convenient location, clean spacious rooms

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient for a lot of the main sights in Georgetown (Little India, Chulia Street), also the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The Wifi signal in the room was quite weak to the point that it was difficult to have virtual work meetings there.
