Comfortable and easy access to foodcourt.. Good staff and friendly too.

Very clean and minimalis concept. Good and friendly staff.

No packet of coffee or tea provided in the room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Keseluruhan hotel front desk to room very neat n tidy. Toilet room sangat luas n very clean

Since we just stay for one night, we dont find any problem and just enjoy the stay.

The stay was amazing.

The room is clean and nice, suitable for those who wanted to find a place and stay overnight after a long day journey. The toilet is clean as well. The location is in the middle of the city so it is quite convenient to go anywhere, but the parking will be quite challenging if during peak seasons which there is limited parking slot and you have to park at opposite of the hotel which cost rm20 per night, we went during off peak periods so there is not problem. The staff is friendly and nice.

There is no electric kettle, but thermos water bottle which u need to fill up water. The thermos water bottle is not so clean.

The location n the price is reasonable...

We getting my room at 2nd floor...my mom age 79 cannot sleep whole night till 6am because the loud sound frm pub...I already book early but the reason they give 2nd floor because we chk in a bit late...Next pls see if old age people come..pls give a bit upper floor..otherwise all great...

nice room

unable to pay by credit card due to the hotel did not have a phone line even though there is a card terminal machine. after trying twice ( communication error) the hotel informed that they don’t have the phone line. need to pay cash. debit card also cannot be swiped too. they counter said we need to pay by cash. for us the nearest ATM machine is about 800-1000 meters away. 1 access card was given instead of 2 . quite difficult for family if the parent go out to look for food and unable to enter the hotel room as the children’s are all sleeping

There no mineral water, I and my wife cannot sleep until in the morning, because of the music noise from karaoke hall. I did complain to receptionist but no action.

you get what you pay for

location is great, got private parking (limited)

there is a local bar or disco nearby and it is very (read: SUPER) noisy since morning until the next day. It keeps increasing in volume until 4AM (is the peak) and the floor also vibrates with the sound.
