Not worth it

The lobby looks nice however the view is facing a wall

At first I checked in and the light bulb is broken and then they decided to change a room for me. However after changing the floor is so sticky . I have no idea whether I should wear slippers in my room and they do not provide slipper .

Dont use car park area

Easy to reach food court with nice foods

Room need touch up and car park is not safety with very narrow entrance and found water leaking everywhere and drop to car. Even is free and property dont feel responsible to telling guests on this.

A proper place to stay

Itbis a new premise. Lots of fasilities are new and works well.

Rooms are very small. Do not have a cupboard. The rate is a bit high.

Overall stay is satisfactory.

Location is center to visit places. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Although booking room through online is 19 m2, the room given first was too small. But after request, a wider room was given and very comfortable. Thanks

Toilet water spray guns are leaking and water are mostly on the floor. If is improved, everything will be perfect.

Worth for affordable price.

The location was strategic. Walking distance to several tourist spots like ais tingkap, chowrasta & nasi kandar line clear. No deposit needed.

The room actually small. Enough for two. But, still we need a proper space for solat. The worst thing is, no parking/parking spaces very limited. We need to parked the car at private property and paid another RM 20 for a night.

Superb

Good location. Good food places are within walking distance. Staffs are friendly. Room is a bit small but acceptable. The only drawback is the hotel lacks a proper drop off / pickup space for passengers.

Bad experience and will not book again.

The parking provided was terrible, one way for both in and out, very steep. Ended up park at the roadside facing potential damage of the car while still have to pay for the parking fees. Very hard to find the entrance of the car park and forced to make rounds and rounds to find it. No solutions provided, didnt pick up the phone when calls, and walked a long way to the hotel! Very bad experience and will not book again.

Quiet, functional, modern hotel near Georgetown "old town"

A modern, functional hotel with a small but tasty breakfast. There were noodle and rice dishes to choose from daily, as well as eggs cooked to order. The location is perfect for visiting the old town, with its many eateries and street art. The staff assisted in arranging taxis when needed but many attractions was within walking distance.

Not enough hangers were provided (only 2), and no shower mat. The towels were old and in desperate need of replacement. Some more fruit choices for breakfast would be good.
