Séjour agréable

L'emplacement de l'hotel est très bien, les chambres sont bien disposées, l'équipement des chambres est bien

Il y a avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, le petit déjeuner n'est pas très riche ni variée par rapport au prix de la chambre et à ce qui est proposé dans d'autres hotels de méme prix

أعجبني في الفندق كل شيء وخاصة تعامل جميع موظفي الفندق بدون استثناء كان اكثر من راقي وأخص بالشكر موظف الأستقبال الأخ يونس انسان ودود محترم راقي في اخلاقه وايضاً كانت الغرفة نظيفة جدا والأسرة مريحة جدا والتكييف ممتاز والانترنت ممتاز والفطور متنوع وقرب الفندق من جميع الخدمات حيث انه في قلب شارع جليز .. الفندق بأختصار قمة في الروعة .. شكرا لكم على حسن التعامل

Bien et reposant

Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié, le personnel était aux petits soins ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Radisson Blu.

Sehr gepflegtes Stadthotel mit beruhigender Innenhof-Oase

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr groß, topmodern und sehr gepflegt. Die Atmosphäre im Innenhof war außerordentlich: Wir hatten eine Suite im obersten Stockwerk mit Schiebetür und Ausziehsofa für unsere Kinder und Blick auf den hübschen Pool. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, nur an die Rufe des Muezzin um 5 Uhr morgens mussten wir uns gewöhnen ;-). Taxen werden für die Gäste vor der Tür von dem Concierge Service herangerufen und sind innerhalb von Sekunden verfügbar.

Auf unser Abendessen à la carte mussten wir extrem lange warten und leider wurde teils das Falsche geliefert. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem wirklich sehr gut!

La mixité des prestations proposés

Ensemble décevant car les prestations sont de faible qualité. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. C’est très cher.

Séjour au top, dans un hôtel confort

Ambiance décontractée tout au long du séjour. Chambres très propres, confortables. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les repas sont de qualité. Niveau piscine et transats, aucun souci de place ni d'accès.

Pas de fidélisation client, malgré plusieurs séjours, ce sont toujours les mêmes démarches "papiers" et enregistrement. Surprenant alors que l'informatique permet de conserver des fiches clients.

Yanlızca konumu iyiydi. Only the location of hotel was good

Resepsiyona ulaşmak için 2 kat asonsörle yukarı çıkmak gerekiyor. Ve uzun asansör bekliyorsunuz. Eğer odanız yola bakıyorsa sabaha kadar araç sesi trafik sesi dinliyorsunuz. Tuvalette havalandırma çalışmıyor ve koku oluyor. Internete bağlanamadım resepsiyonu aramak istedim oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı bence kötü oturmak için bile yer bulmakta zorlandım. Gecelik 210 usd ödemiş olduğum otel beklentilerin çok altında. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Otelin ismine güvenip resimlere aldandım.

Bra rum, dyr bar

Hotellrummet var utmärkt, rymligt, rent. Miljön på innergården var trevlig. Trevlig service i baren utomhus.

Priserna på kafeterian / bar var flerdubbelt dyrare än på andra ställen i Marocko vi besökte. Incheckning tog lång tid, betalningen var komplicerad där hotellet reserverade pengar från kortet, och det var väldigt svårt att förstå vad man hade betalat för och vad man fick tillbaka. Hotellet fick använda flera olika betalningsterminaler och vi fick presentera alla våra kreditkort innan betalningen gick igenom - vi hade inte liknande svårigheter någon annanstans. Hotellet ligger centralt, vilket innebär att det finns tiggare utanför.

Nice stay in the heart of Marrakech

Good stay overall, the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

The escalator service was slow, we’ve had to wait an eternity to catch a lift. There is only one elevator that goes from the garage all the way up.

Excellent stay

Beautiful ,modern hotel with great location. The staff was very kind and helpfull, ALL can communicate in English which is definetely a plus in Morocco. Rooms are clean and well kept. Our special thanks goes to ASSIAM at reception who made our stay wonderful, find him, he will take great take of you!

Good location. Food is okay but expensive. Nice pool and good gym. Hallway is not clean, and the elevator is too far from the rooms.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

Rooms very small and not comfortable. Mirrors in room are placed odd for some reason. Not very clean. Restaurant staff not attentive.

Suberb!!!

Always a pleasure to stay at a Radisson. But this one is very exceptional!!! Super friendly staff, very polite and helpfull! I enjoyed the short talks at breakfast or in the lobby! ( enjoyed the crepes Morrocaine too!)

A beautiful hotel but bad honesty and transparency in customer service.

The breakfast, the room and the location

We ordered a cocktail, but unfortunately, it was not tasty at all. We politely explained the issue to the waiter and requested a replacement. While waiting, I happened to glance through the window and noticed that they simply used the same cocktail from the mixer to serve us again. Curious to see their response, I acted as though I hadn't noticed anything and asked if it was a fresh one. To my disappointment, they lied and assured us that it was a new cocktail. When I decided to confront them about what I had seen, they seemed flustered and began to argue amongst themselves. It was quite unsettling to witness such behaviour. Additionally, despite the poor quality of the cocktail and the fact that we didn't consume it at all, we were still charged for it. Given the price we paid and the overall experience, I must say it was very disappointing and left a negative impression on us. We hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future, as we value honesty and transparency in our dining experiences.
