Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Betten sind wwich.

Man muss wissen, dass man keine Ferienwohnung, sondern ein Hotelzimmer (mit entsprechendem "Charme" und Atmosphäre) mietet. Dafür ist es unangemessen teuer und die Fotos stimmen nicht mit der Realität (Zimmer 407) überein. -Die Kommunikation erfolgt vorwiegend auf englisch, was respektlos gegenüber deutschen Gästen ist. -Obwohl das Zimmer für zwei Personen ausgelegt ist, gibt es am winzigen Esstisch nur einen einzigen Stuhl. -Ebenso gibt es nur eine Bettdecke für zwei Betten. -Wenn die Sonne scheint, ist es sehr warm, da zwei der Wände fast komplett aus Glas bestehen und die Beschattung von außen unzureichend ist. Die Klimaanlage läuft rund um die Uhr, außer unökologisch ist sie extrem laut und man kann sie nur mit Anleitung ausschalten. (Die Anleitung kommt natürlich auch auf englisch.) Aber nach kurzer Zeit schaltet sie sich von selbst wieder ein. -Der Fahrstuhl funktioniert meistens nicht (gemeldet, aber keine Änderung). -Die Küche ist so klein und dürftig ausgestattet, dass man kaum ein Frühstück zubereiten kann. -Auf der Terrasse lag Müll vorheriger Gäste.

Great city and nice place to explore it from.

It was very clean and presentable. Bed was confortable with the right weight duvet. Room's ventilation / air conditioning was spot on. View was nice.

Room was smaller than expected but well laid out. Kitchenette wasn't really usable as you were at risk of setting off smoke alarms so that needs to be looked at. That said, lots of food places on the door step, so cooking not really needed. TV could have allowed your personnal device to connect to you-tube?

Fazit: NIE WIEDER!!!

Leider hatte ich meine Jacke bei der Abreise im Kleiderschrank hängen lassen. Diese hatte für mich einen großen emotionalen Wert, da sie vom New York Marathon war. Direkt am nächsten Tag, als es mir auffiel, rief ich bei der Hotline an. Der Mitarbeiter teilte mir mit, wann würde sich bei mir melden. Das gleiche teilte mir eine Dame ein paar Tage später mit und so ging das noch ein paar Mal. Auf meine zusätzlichen E-Mails gab es leider auch nur automatische und keine persönliche Antworten. Und so kam es, wie es kommen musste. Die Jacke werde ich leider nie wieder sehen…

Komfortables Hotel in bester Lage

- Perfekte Lage in Berlin Mitte, nahe bei der Museumsinsel - Entspannter Check-in und Check-out mit Türcode - Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung in Schließfächern - sauber und geräumig

- etwas komplizierte Kommunikation über einen Chatbot: man muss einige Nachrichten schreiben, bis man eine echte Person erreicht

Top Lage, perfekte Ausstattung, leider kleine technische Mängel

Sehr geräumige, top ausgestattete, stylische Wohneinheit, es fehlte an nichts. Einfacher Zugang via Code. Bett groß und bequem.

Straßenbahnen recht laut, zudem geht ab 7 morgens auch bei schlechtem Wetter der automatische Sonnenschutz nicht gerade geräuscharm herunter. Dies lies sich auch nach Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Service nicht beheben.

Great location, great space. And comfy beds. Poor response when trying to get a few things fixed.

Loved the location. Great sized rooms, and comfy beds. But the fridge didn’t work and the shower head didn’t stay up and kept dropping to waist height. We raised both issues at the time via the what’s app number we were given but the response was poor and no-one came to sort out the shower or fridge. Our friends stayed in another room and had no issues. Shame, as we would have been impressed otherwise. The rooms could have done with instructions on how to use things within the room.

Fridge didn’t work. And shower head fitting needed fixing. We did raise it but it didn’t get sorted and poor response.

Lage top, einfacher automatisierter Check-in, Kaffeekapseln for free, Wasser, Limo + Bier als kostenfreien Starter, ausgezeichnete weil lautlose Klimaanlage, viel Stauraum

Beleuchtung macht’s bei Dunkelheit ungemütlich, weil zu grell hell, einige Gebrauchsspuren wie defekte Nachttischlampe, Weingläser fehlten,

Tutto perfetto. L'appartamento è situato in zona Mitte, vicino a varie caffetterie e market. Camera pulita, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort inoltre bellissima!

Sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Klimaanlage defekt (nachts sprang regelmäßig ein Kompressor an), Punktabzug für den verstopften Abfluss. Frühstück wird morgens in einer Tüte vor die Tür gestellt, allerdings stimmen Preis/Leistung nicht (13 Eur für ein belegtes Brot, 1 kleines Müsli und 0,2 Saft)

Excellent place to stay!

Amazing location, walking distance or cycle everywhere you need. Great food options closeby and very quiet at night despite being central. The balcony was great to relax on at night.

The air conditioning is very weak and it was very hot in Berlin at the time.

Really bad value for money.

I liked the location.

I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned and ready when we checked in and we still had the pay the same amount of money for the room. I had to change the bedsheets and towels myself as they didn't provide room service that day. It was noisy as there was a group of young people partying in their room which loud music and doors being slammed. My son and I felt very uncomfortable.

Very clean, great location, laundry facilities great, internet was fast, comfortable room temperature, really happy would stay here again

they provide bag storage if you arrive earlier than check in however these were all full, they do provide you with a discount code for a bag storage service however.

No AC, very warm, hurt what could be a perfect hotel

Hotel would be perfect except for the fact it doesn’t have AC. It’s very hot so we didn’t sleep well at all.

No AC, extremely hot room TV only had German channels, would be great if it were a smart tv

One of the most pleasant stays ever.

In general it was one of my most satisfying stays in my beloved city. I would definitely recommend it. The room was so nice that some times I didn't want to walk out of it.

The balcony glass height unfortunately. It was a bit over my knees actually for my height but it's ok.

Great location to explore Berlin!

The location is brilliant; you have nice Vietnamese kitchen selling delicious Viet cuisines across the street and a nice Korean dessert bar just beside it. If you are into thrifting, one if the Humana second hand chain shops are on the main road while the Museum Island, Synagogue and other historical spots are just walking distance. The studio apartment is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and nice toiletries the bathroom. It can be noisy during the weekend in the evening but we don’t mind the noise at all.
