Bon emplacement

- l'emplacement - la chambre est propre et calme et confortable - il y a des rideaux occultants - petit déjeuner varié

Parfait pour une courte visite des environs

Hôtel très bien situé (on ne peut pas faire plus proche car face à une voie de la gare). Literie confortable - propre - personnel à l’écoute

Stores de la chambre qui se baissent automatiquement si soleil tôt le matin alors que l’on dort encore. Le petit frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Buffet unique le soir à 490 Nok et pas de possibilité de prendre uniquement 1 plat surtout si l’on a pas trop faim

Lovely hotel in a great location - but missing the mark on personal touches

Location- absolutely brilliant Breakfast was lovely and products in room were really nice. Beds and linen comfy too. Great gym!

Staff were not very pleasant. We were charged 150kr to check in early - we have a toddler. It would have been appreciated to have been given access to the room graciously. We were pointed in the direction of high chairs with no offer of help and general- lack of welcoming. No tea or coffee in room and no kids room as advertised.

The room is fine. Needs to pay more attentions in the details, as mentioned above.

The property did not advise the guests for the parking options, and how it works. We were told need an app to do so, but not advised that license plate needs to be entered into the app before drive into the parking garage. As soon as the car enters the garage, license plate number is photoed, then the app will not work. The result is that the charge is against the car, not the app. In my case, it’s a rental. The rental company will eventually charge me the parking, plus a surcharge that could be avoided. The hotel cannot assume international guests know how to use the app and communicate it to the guests in advance.

Superb

Hotel is just at excellent location in voss , clean and big standard rooms with elaborate breakfast . Its just built on the Voss railway station with all tourist attraction at your hands reach.

Price could have been a bit less.

Not worth to book it to disturb your vacation.

Nothing

Poor housekeeping service; not cleaning the room or empty the toilet trush etc. The reception staff were not cooperative and lying; ignoring the calls and the request.

Great hotel with exceptional breakfast

For us what made this hotel great was the breakfast and the people. Everyone was so kind and nice to us and the breakfast spread was phenomenal. Lots of options even vegan and gluten free. Also their take away lunch box is a great value for money. The rooms were ok, they had a nice view and nice comfy beds. Since our room wasn't cleaned up when we arrived, we received another upgraded one which I really appreciated. All in all I would definitely recommend it and I would come back anytime.

Maybe they should consider putting some single use slippers in the rooms. Also the fridge in our room didn't keep things cold but we didn't really need it during our stay. I'm sure if we mentioned it at the reception it would have been solved.

Perfect breakfast Excellent location

Variety of food for the buffet breakfast. Excellent location. It is just beside the train station and bus stop is just a few steps walk. The snow mountain is clearly seen from the room

1. Dinner there was bad and I have to returned my food to the chef but didn't see they care mich how customer feels about their food! 2. First night we stayed there was damn loud music! Not sure if it was a pub near by or the room next to us too tired to find out that night!

Great stay

Amazingly convenient location - you can walk straight from the bus or train platform into the hotel, grab ski passes in reception and get on the gondola up to the slopes. Rooms were spacious and comfortable..The breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge selection and for 85 nok you can pack a lunch to take up to the slopes which is a fraction of the cost of buying something up there.

excellent hotel for a weekend skiing!

Fantastic location if you want to go skiing in Voss and the best breakfast!! Beds very comfortable too

rooms are a little noisy the lake side- ask for rail side
