Super beliggenhet og er godt egnet for overnatting med barn.

Supert med balkong for frokost og avslapping. Passe stort for en voksen på tur med et barn. Rolig omgivelser og ikke noe bråk fra andre.

Very small and suffocating rooms. Narrow staircase to carry the luggage up and down. Location is fine. Does not look as promising as the pictures. Absence of basic amenities.

The apartment had everything you could want for a short or long stay. A dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board and well stocked kitchen

There is no lift but that wasn’t a big problem and we knew in advance

Accessibility issues for us.

The apartment was well furnished and clean.

Although we were told it was a third floor apartment before we arrived, (I'm not sure how early we were told) we weren't told how steep the stairs were and as we were starting a skiing trip, we had two very heavy suitcases with us, we had to virtually empty them to get them upstairs. We were told that luggage storage was available, but weren't given details and decided for personal health and safety reasons not to stay at the apartment. It is possible that the original booking told me it would be a third floor apartment, but I mistakenly hit the confirm booking thinking it was a booking which could have been cancelled if further research proved the property might not be suitable, if it hadn't been for my banking app asking for confirmation of payment, I would have assumed it was cancellable. I contacted the owner on the first evening to let them know we had moved out and had to send them a second message the following day to check they had received the message. It was disappointing to get a very glib response to the fact we hadn't stayed and even more disappointing to get an email on Saturday asking what time we would be leaving on Sunday morning.

Appartement non loin du centre

Ce logement est plutôt bien situé par rapport au centre-ville. Il y a un supermarché tout prêt. La pièce de vie est assez grand, les chambres sont de taille correcte. Les canapés et les lits (tous des lits simples assez étroits) sont confortables et les couettes agréables. Et chacun fait son lit !

L'appartement un peu en contrebas de la rue et les fenêtres opacifiées, ce n'est pas très agréable. On arrivait un peu à voir les immeubles d'en face joliment éclairés par le haut des fenêtres. Nous avons trouvé que la cuisine manquait de vaisselle et d'ustensiles. Certains verres avaient été rangés non lavés, sympa ... La salle de bains est vieillissante, poignée et accroche-serviettes sont à revisser. Elle comprend les WC qui donnent sur la pièce de vie :-/ Des tâches sur les murs et sur les canapés et les coussins les abat-jours des lampes sont à remplacer. Par contre, on vous met en garde à l'arrivée : vous paierez un nettoyage supplémentaire si vous laissez une trace de maquillage sur les draps ou les serviettes ... La communication avec l'hôte était quasi inexistante, j'ai fait des remarques le premier jour, personne ne m'a répondu. Bref, on sent que c'est un appartement qui doit être rentabilisé avec une déco sommaire, le prix est très cher pour ce que c'est et un bon coup de frais s'impose !

Good location, but wouldn’t stay again

Location. Dishwasher and washing machine with powder - Thankyou. Toaster and fridge with freezer. Able to leave luggage in locked area after checkout.

Unable to open windows. They needed to remain closed because rain would come in, therefore bedrooms were very warm at night and doonahs were Winter doonahs which made sleeping conditions hot and uncomfortable. Lounge/sofa was very soiled and very worn, vanity in bathroom was water damaged - the lounge in particular detracted from the cleanliness of the apartment.

Spacious but not up to expectations.

Apartment was spacious

The sheets were folded on the bed and we had to put the linen on ourselves upon arrival. No toiletries (body soap/shampoo) were provided. I had found old blood stains on the bed linen and I had mentioned this to the team via WhatsApp and received no reply.

Great flat, would recommended

Great flat, nicely kitted out and spacious, in a convenient part of town.

Everything was good, only a couple minor details: the door access information could have been sent earlier (i.e., when I had WiFi access at the previous accommodation rather than en route), and second, they lack any sort of chopping or paring knife - I used the bread knife to prepare veg for dinner.

Inaccurate description but nice apartment and good location.

Location was nice, Reasonable walk into the center of the city. Very clean and nice one-bedroom apartment.

Because I was traveling with a friend, I chose this place because it was described as having two beds. But the two beds were bolted to each other and weren't really suitable for two people who wanted separate beds. Also, given the cleaning fee charged, we were expected to do a fair amount of cleaning up--stripping bed, taking out garbage--before we left.

Clean space with great location.

Location is great. Walkable distance to pretty mich everything.

The fact that we need to put on our own bedsheets and linens after a long trip was not ideal. Also, there was a contruction next door which started very early everyday.

Great location, good size, but I heavily regretted booking a stay here due to the bathroom.

The bathroom smelled heavily of mildew and there was visible black mold in the shower. There was also zero hot water for our entire stay.

The location was convenient to a grocery store as well as bus, light rail, and train station.

Hairs all over the bathroom floor. Dirty grout and peeling paint in bathroom corners. Disgusting. Dustpan and broom sitting out. Tacky. Didn’t look like the photos. Very crowded living room. No instructions for how to work washing machine or the oven.

Overall a good place, but for the price I’d expect better.

amazing location, easy to get in and out. all the facilities you could want and need were there. spacious and comfy. fast wifi, nice shower and bathroom, good kitchen too and big table. we looked forward to coming back here after a long day in Bergen.

the furnishings are all cheap and nasty. cheap side lights that were broken on arrival, cheap identical “paintings” in every room. bedding didn’t fit the beds properly, and beds were not doubles, just two singles shoved together. TV was big, but very old and the quality of the screen was awful so hard to watch anything. the table near the sofas was tiny, old and had damage.

Very good

Location is excellent. It is close to city centre, yet super quiet. A nice little shopping centre is just around the corner. The heated bathroom is very handy for cold and snowy winter days.

Provision of some tea and coffee will be more welcoming. Guests have to make their own bed upon arrival is an unusual practice.

Very clean, kitchen instruments are good

Too noisy, we can hear any steps from the neighbours. And in the weekend we can couldn't sleep due to the noise outside the building. There were to pictures of the bedroom, one of them too small and the other is OK. We got the small one. It is our right to have the right pictures of our stay!

Good stay in Bergen

Great location in Bergen walkable to central area and funicular. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and functional kitchen. Comfortable sitting area with TV and couches.

Apartment is on top floor which is a bit of a hike up stairs if you are coming in and out a lot, but also gave it a bit of a view and was quiet.

Pleasant

Close to city centre and a clean place to go back to after long days. Smart TV was great as we visited in winter and spent the evenings watching Netflix after dinner.

Induction hob doesn't work and the host did try and help but explained we had to keep turning the mains off for 5-10 mins and then try cooking again. We did this three times and it would sound an alarm each time which triggered a heat sensor which would make an even louder noise. It's clearly broken and they should fix it. We picked this so we could make our own food (with fish from the market) and we could only do this one of four evenings, so it was disappointing. Water is hot for about 30 seconds and then tepid, bordering on cold. So dont expect warm showers. It was pleasant though and a good location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment looks exactly like those in the pictures. Lovely view overlooking the houses on the hill. Supermarkets are nearby and the apartment is a short walk to the city centre.

The apartment we stayed in (with the mountain view) is on the third floor which was quite a workout to carry our luggages up.

Close, cosy and convenient.

lovely, clean, neat, well equipped apartment.

We were a late booking (due to a problem with another property). When we arrived there was insufficient bedlinen and could get no reply from the owners via messaging (as suggested in the handbook). So never got more. Apart from that a lovely apartment, close to town and shops etc.

Good visit to Bergen

The apartment was in a very quiet area and the hosts very quickly responded to my queries, both on this night and on the night two weeks before, when we also stayed there.

I was surprised at how Spartan the amenities were. At all of our former Booking.com apartments there was at least soap in the shower, and usually shampoo. In the kitchen there were two boxes of salt and nothing else. I certainly don't expect to be fed, but a couple of tea bags and some sugar would be appreciated. And while I did not mind making up the beds from the sheets provided, that, too, was a bit of a surprise. However, this may be standard for Norway. And while this is not the hosts' fault, someone downstairs had friends over, one of whom deliberately pulled the fire alarm at 3.10 am. This was disturbing to say the least.

Would definitely stay again as it was in a perfect location, being close to lots of nightlife, but it was nice quiet bui

The ability to either have the beds as two singles or as a double was very useful and the amenities were everything we needed.

it would have been handy if the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, as well as a large mirror somewhere in the communal space, as 6 people trying to getting ready at the same time was tricky. Also having a bright white dining table with no coasters/placemats, meant we had to use coffee filters for our wine glasses, for fear of staining the table.
