Excelllent location and facilities with attention to detail that surpasses other short stay apartments.

Extremely well equipped with attention to detail - coffee pods , laundry soap and even salt and pepper!

lovely stay

Lovely house and apartment. Newly and stylishly decorated. Super clean. All well equipped and functioned in the apartment. Nice view to the downtown and mountains. Very quiet. It's easy to access the building and apartment with codes, and so spared worries about carrying a physical key. Very nice owners.

It's a bit of a walk up hills from the parking. A good workout on the other side. :) Drop your luggage first before driving to park the car.

Good facilities!

Really appreciated the washer/dryer as this was nearing the last leg of our trip. Apartment was clean and well appointed.

Just know that it’s on top of a hill so getting the luggages up was a workout!

Superb

The apartment is well appointed and very clean. We requested an ironing board that was organised very quickly by the host. Its a charming apartment to relax in - a nice change after weeks of travel and staying in hotels. Apartment has everything one needs while traveling including a fan that was very handy.. There was a change of towels for us as we were there for 6 nights which was good👍

The parking is a major issue as apparently even unloading the car can attract a fine which one wouldn't know about until weeks later. There is a parking garage very close which worked out for us to keep our car there, but for loading and unloading when arriving and departing, it appears we are at a risk of a fine. Another aspect that MUST be flagged is that there are steps to be navigated and luggage hauled upstairs. So elderly people be aware that you will have to lift your bags up a flight of stairs

Very clean and convenient. Very upmarket. Loved the botique apartment. The hostess was accesdible amd brry helpful. 10 mins walk from Bergen sentrum.and the ferry wharf. Having a washing machine and dryer was an advantage. Close to sipermarket and some restaurants- 3 min walk.

Lovely apartment, great host

Comfy bed and very clean. Host was very accommodating. Nice to have smart tv.

Overall, worth it!

Check in was extremely easy and instruction is clear. Room itself is clean, comfortable and have a sense of home. Location is great, 10 minutes walk to the CBD of Bergen. We love this apartment a lot.

There is no lift in the building and the room is located in level 2. For traveler with huge luggage like myself, it is extremely hard to carry all of our thing to 2nd floor. Staircase is small and narrow which is kinda dangerous for us to carry it up.

Good location apart from the hill, OK for a few nights

The location overall is good, apart from being at the top of a very steep hill (which is hard with heavy luggage). It’s a short walk from bus station to the apartment and easy to get a bus from the airport to that main station. Check in was very easy, good communication and information provided ahead. Good facilities - a nice little kitchen area with large fridge to store snacks, and the washing machine dryer was a godsend in beautiful but often rainy Bergen. I had to dry some clothes when I was caught out in torrential rains. The bed is very comfy. It’s a nicely decorated pretty place.

I was only staying for a couple of nights but I couldn’t sleep much for a couple of reasons. The ground floor studio that I was in faces the street and there was some noise from People outside, either walking by or stopping and chatting late at night (up to 3am one night). There is a student halls of residence nearby and I think they use that road as a path to and from it. And other residents of the apartments slammed the main door and stomp up the stairs when they came back late. The window blinds work from the bottom up so they can either be fully open and everyone can see in to what you’re doing, or fully closed and then darkness. Would be nice to have option like a net curtain or something to allow light in if there during the day, rather than allowing people on the street to see directly in. Fairly tiny studio and hard to move around in shower area with the dryer and cupboard in the way. This isn’t against the Property but a tip for other travellers, if you want to have a glass of wine in the apartment you can’t buy it at the local kiwi shop, you have to go further into town to the shopping mall to a special wine shop that closes at 6pm.

Comfortable stay in a nice street

It was a modern apartment in a restored old building. We liked the big windows and the bed was very comfortable. The well equipped kitchen and the washing machine were huge plus. We liked a location. There're good coffee shops and bars in a short walking distance and also a big park nearby. After checking out we were able to store our luggage at the hotel across the street and the host helped us get a taxi to the airport.

We would have liked a little more view since our room was mostly looking at the roofs. The walk from the train station was short but very steep uphill. It was a little difficult with a lot of luggage.

Great studio for couples near the centre of Bergen

- Easy to check in and out - Helpful information in advance - Good location, nice part of town - Room was comfortable and clean, good space for a couple for a weekend with kitchen facilitates

- Short walk up the hill on the way home!

Nice clean comfortable apartment.

We liked the cleanliness and all the amenities and the comfortable bed and soaps and lots of towels which were needed as floor soaked after every shower.

We didn’t like the bathroom as shower soaked the floor, there’s nothing to dry your towels on and the bathroom was cold We also had workmen outside our patio and windows very early on one of our mornings shouting and drilling with music on so we had to keep blinds down and not sit outside. The steps down to our apartment were very dangerous in places.

Good in all respects except for lacking a microwave oven and havinbg a non-working electric stove.

The location is great.

The studio apartment I stayed at (Carl Friedrich on 2nd floor) did not have a microwave oven and the electric stove did not work, so it was frustrating that I was unable to prepare or heat up food quickly. I strongly suggest you add microwaves to all the units!!

I did not expect breakfast. The location is outstanding!

This is not a change to make in that unit, but a bath tub would be nice.
