Such a lovely cosy little B&B right near an equally beautiful village. The room was excellent. Very clean, modern, lovely view, comfy, spacious and had all the amenities you’d want.
The only fault I could point out is the option with the window….it was either fully shut blackout blind (and curtains) or full visibility to outside. I couldn’t have natural light in the room without anyone and everyone out the front of the building seeing into my room. Net curtains or a Venetian blinds would have been more convenient.

The property was tastefully decorated to a very high standard with various extra touches which were appreciated. The bedroom was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, immaculately clean and the view from our bay window seating area was stunning.
Martin and Pippa were so friendly and were so accommodating. Extra touches were put in our room for my partners birthday (banners and balloons) and organised a local gift I wanted to get for my partner. We were even given Welsh cakes ready for our day of activities, very yummy! The breakfast was lush and produce of a high standard, the sausages were fab!
We had an amazing stay, the only downside was that it wasn’t long enough! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to return, thank you both!

One of the best b&b we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfection! Such welcoming and thoughtful hosts! You know that a lot of considerations have gone into the tasteful designs and choice of high quality amenities. Great food (restaurant standard) and comfortable bed/room/house. Martin even packed us some Welsh cakes for our trek and our breakfast on the go when we had to leave early the next day! Good location, nice stroll into the cute
town (could be shorter if the bridge was not under repair). Beautiful artworks :) Would not hesitate to stay there again if we are in the area!

Friendly owners, always there to greet you after a days sightseeing. Helpful, suggesting places to visit and interesting sites to see. Catered for our dietary needs. The rooms had beautiful bay windows looking over the Betws-y-coed forests and hills.
Nothing that I can recall

There was nothing to fault our visit to
Aberconwy House B&B.
We were met by one of the hosts called Martin, cracking Scottish bloke, gsoh and down to earth chap.
Met Marian and Pippa shortly afterwards and could not have been more pleased, both were thoroughly charming and welcoming !!
The B&B itself was absolutely fantastic, immaculately spotless from floor to ceiling, great size beds, showers were great as well, no expense spared anywhere, all the toiletries and towels, were top quality, even got scented toilet roll, warm rooms, our room in parts was great for the views anytime of day, room 1 to be specific, food was good quality and cooked fresh, great location for exploring the area, walking or using your car, never far from anywhere of interest, if you have got any sense, you can't go wrong booking in this place, give hotels a miss and try bed and breakfast for a change, the personal touch is far more enjoyable and I used to frown upon B&Bs in the past, but they have come a long way since the bad old days of shared bathrooms and toilet facilities.
I will definitely go back to spend time in one of my favorites places in North Wales.
Keep up the good work A-Team, as I nicknamed them, you will not be disappointed if you stay here, trust me. XX
There was nothing there to dislike, I can't honestly find a fault.
Broadband not the fastest service, but I don't mind, I tend not to use my phone much whilst I am away, what's the point of trying to relax if you have got your phone in your hand constantly, I never understand people who can't put their phones away whilst trying to relax, switch off your damn phones I say.
Only other thing to maybe consider, if you own a largish car, SUV type vehicle, the car park is not very big, but that is being picky if I am being honest.

Genuinely really good hosts that were authentic throughout the stay from initial text messages, great breakfast and family feel to the place.
Recommended some great walks and the room and facilities were spotless.
I would book again - no question.

It's situated outside of the main town but not isolated. Set back of a main road makes it an ideal retreat in a quiet area.
Martin and Pippa made me feel welcome. All throughout the three days I was there they were so helpful. They are both well knowlegable of Snowdonia and the many hiking tracks.
I would definitely recommend here, not just the location but more for the hospitality.
Thank you Martin and Pippa for making it special 😊
Nothing at all!

There are not enough words to express the overall satisfaction that both my sister and I experienced The cleanliness, hospitality, food was amazing. The location was perfect, the little walk into town across the footpath and then the wobbly bridge just made our stay more enjoyable.
We would both highly recommend a stay here and we will now be making this our regular break away.
Thank you all for such an amazing time

From speaking to Pippa on the phone, before we came down from Leeds, I knew we were going to feel right at home.
Both Pippa & Martin are genuinely very kind and amazing hosts , very accommodating to our group from the minute we arrived – till the minute we left.
Directed us to the best pizza place in the area , a fab little 10 min walk there – soooo good we went twice !!!
We took Room 8 as there were 3 of us -beds extremely comfy , bathroom really spacious – and all so clean
We were heading out early doors on the Saturday - had a fab pack up from them to take with us
They provided us with lots of very useful information about the area, that I was unaware of - and helped us change our plans on the Sunday
And the lovely offer of Bara Brith and Welsh cakes after breakfast on our last day , we just couldn’t say no !!!

We really liked EVERYTHING here, our stay was perfect. Being over 1.9m tall, the extra large bed with no foot board was perfect, the quality medium firm mattress was also perfect, low and high pillows to choose from, very quiet room and useful blinds, all meant a really good nights sleep. Even with the hot weather the room remained quite cool during day and night. The bedroom was a good size with a large en suite. Tried both full English and Vegan breakfasts and all was great, tasty, perfect portions and the vegan sausages were a lovely surprise (shame they are not available local to home). We loved the short beautiful walk into town which is beautiful too, lovely to walk around, the SPAR shop has a great bakery and the Art Galley shop has some mesmerising pieces. The general location is close to many popular areas and Martin gave us fantastic suggestions on where to go. We just needed more time here, when we return to Wales, this is where we will stay. Pippa, Martin and Marian made us very welcome during our stay, thank you, we very much look forward to seeing you again.
There was nothing here we didn't like apart from our stay being too short, I even tried cancelling our next place so we could stay here longer. Aberconwy House had bent over backwards to accommodate us, we will return and stay for a lot longer next time.

We loved staying here! A real find. I'll bullet point...
- Ideal location. We stayed here as a base going between Bala for white water rafting, surfing at Surf Snowdonia, zip world (Ffestiniog, Bethesda and 5 minutes up the road).
-Beautifully renovated, classic modern.
-very clean and comfortable.
- The teenagers were in awe with the massive shower suite in room 8!
- Great breakfast.
-Super hosts and very friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I'm sure I could go on but you get the picture. Thank you Marian, Martin and Pippa for a wonderful stay! 🙂
