Chose the location for a mountain bike trip around Gwydir Forest. Very happy with the property.

Good size property with everything there that we needed. In a quiet location but very near to where we were riding.

No complaints or issues.

Good location but let down by lack of cleaning and poor maintenance

Great location and lovely reviews good sized house and in a peaceful area, but easy walking distance from the small town.

The cleaning wasn’t up to scratch. The en-suite shower was filthy and has mould growing on the walls. I had to clean hair out of the drain before I could use it. It is very dated as is the rest of the property and could really do with being redecorated throughout. Also, a lot of passive/aggressive notes around about recycling etc. I understand that the local council will fine the property but threatening to charge £20 by way of a note pinned to the wall isn’t a great way of dealing with it. Also, no Wi-Fi details, also the central heating controls are behind a locked box, so if you are cold it’s tough luck.

Very good

House was set in a very quiet estate with wonderful views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was full fitted with everything you needed

It was a little dated in some areas and the kitchen hot tap was slow in getting hot water.

The two issues stated above did not detract from us having a really lovely holiday

The location was superb. The views from the back garden were amazing. A short walk into Llanwrst, plenty of shops and cafes and lots of local walks along the river and beyond. Plenty to see and do a few miles away. The BBQ on site was excellent and we used it twice. Had a meal in The Eagle in Llanwrst and the food was superb! Highly recommended

Only two issues need attention in the house:- The en-suite shower does not have any power and there was not any hot water in the kitchen sink tap

Superb

Very comfortable well equipped house. Great location for touring/walking in Snowdonia. Very quiet road with good views from garden. Nice private rear garden, safely fenced for children/dogs.

great location, comfortable beds just needs cleaning

the location was amazing, just right for the fact we had come to climb Snowdon

unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great, there were snail trails all over the carpet in the living room and the glasses, crockery etc all needed to be cleaned before use. the decor is dated but that wouldn’t matter if things were cleaned sufficiently

If we plan to come again to North Wales, we will certainly book this house.

The space, the quiet and scenic location, ease of parking, access ust off the main road, facilities in the kitchen, the warmth of the house and in bed at night. Exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay.

The flow of water to the shower but that is a problem for the entire housing estate and beyond the owner's control.

Pleasant stay in a lovely small town, ideal location for our site and good value for money.

Self catering, location has lovely views from the garden which was a sun trap in the evening. All the appliances you need in a well equipped kitchen.

Shower pressure poor from an electric shower.

Great view + Good host + Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this holiday home, so peaceful and relaxing.

- All essential stuff for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom was in plenty. - Great location + view, not too far from many attractions. - Relaxing home with relaxing garden to be in. - Amazing host who’s not just friendly but quite helpful, flexible with checkouts time too, concerning and just a phone call away if needed.

- Nothing negative really, everything was good in our stay. If needed, would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

The house is big and spacious, it has everything you need. Great location and amazing view. The owner is very nice and accommodating. He let us check in earlier which made a massive difference to us.

It needs improvement on cleanliness. Kitchen cupboards inside were dirty and cobwebs in few places. Other than that it was very well maintained. Kitchen could do with few more teaspoons.

filty, dirty,and left the neighbor to keep an eye on us.

in cold weather heating control was locked, water pressure was very slow in shower, house was not clean, the owner said the neighbor is his dog watch so she will keep an eye on us so there was not freedom and privacy. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I am adding picture to see the level of cleaning in the house. Also due to storm and windy weather the toilet mirror fall and the owner asked for another £28 for a £5 worth mirror the house is insured. The owner told me how we are going to sleep as HE thought i have a wife and 5 KIDS !!! why would you assume if i have mentioned that there will be 7 adults. He made us wait in the rain and he was cleaning the house himself and doesn't bother to give it to a housekeeping to clean it to the standards. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURE BEFORE YOU BOOK DONT LOOK AT THE PICTURE YOU HAVE IN THE AD !

Very Pleasant and beautiful stay, I would like to go again again to this place, the owner of the property is so good and welcomed us with all safety measures and instruct each and everything in detail and offered their numbers to reach for any emergencies...

Really well located and great value for money

Location is excellent. Pubs not far, and only 15 minutes drive from the wonders of Snowdonia. Len was great and gave us a call to check everything was good with the place, as we arrived. Great value for money.

It’s a bit dated. Everything works fine, the kitchen is well stocked and the place is clean, but it is a bit dated on the inside.

Ideal location to visit different areas, and the local facilities only a short walk away. Very homely with all you need provided. The property owner was welcoming and willing to help in any way he could.

Great family great location great back garden great holiday

We liked len and his daughter the garden was very peaceful and had a great view the estate the property was on was quite len pointed out a cut though to get to the village which we used the house was well placed for sight seeing parking on the drive

We did need a pair off cissors but didn't manage to find any We could have done with a small Sharp knife

Amazing place to stay

House had amazing view from the garden. A beds all made and and ready to jump in after a busy day. Kitchen had everythink we needed fridge and freezer clean and big enough. Lovely dinner table and sitting area. Plenty of space in the house for us all. All round a great place to stay

Nice relaxing New Year break for all the family, enjoyed by all.

The house was very spacious and homely, also in a great location just a short walk to the shops, bars and places to eat. The view from the house was stunning and had a lovely back garden. Len was really welcoming,letting us arrive early and phoning on the second day to make sure everything was okay and we could find everything. We will definitely return in the summer, would love to spend more time in the garden and enjoy the bbq.
