Nice rooms but location a bit isolated

Nice open view from the top of Mid-Levels. Room slightly more spacious than typical HK hotel rooms. Polite staff at reception.

The shower was very weak almost no water pressure, and temperature control inconsistent. They charge for bottles of water in the room which is a bit annoying. Location is a bit inconvenient for going to places on foot as it is far from the escalators.

Ups and downs. Nice hotel and location but the staff is not so nice and the pool not being available was a setback. Also

The staff is cranky. The pool is not open. The TV doesn’t have any kind of connection to the internet. They charge you for water.

ホテル名通り、ガーデンビューで素晴らしいひととき。

ホテル名通り、景色が最高。「ガーデンビュー」の部屋に泊まったところ、イメージ通り、香港動植物園や、その向こうの中環のビルを見下ろすことができた。設備も良好で申し分なかった。スタッフも親切で、心地よく滞在することができた。ピークトラムの駅も近いです。アクセスも、行きは金鐘駅からのバスですぐアクセスでき、山の中腹にも関わらず心配していたほどは悪くなかった。

探せばあったのかもしれないが、商店やコンビニを都合よく見つけられず、若干困った（麓で買い物してからホテルへ行くようにしていました）「昇り」のアクセスは全く問題ないが、「降りる」方は結局徒歩で降りながら中環を観光する形となった。（路が入り組んでいるものの、動植物園や教会、前述のピークトラム駅など、結構見所が多くて道中飽きることはない）なお、エアポートエクスプレスの駅はホテルからは徒歩でも30、40分程見れば辿り着けるかと思いますが、高低差に注意。（本来はタクシーが望ましいのでしょう）空調の具合で窓ガラスが曇りやすいかと思うので、景色を楽しみたい時は設定に注意。

no shops or places to eat near the hotel, have to walk up steep hill to get there from central. very in convenient when the park is closed at night

体力があれば立地は気にならないコスパ良い綺麗なホテル

広くて綺麗、窓からの景色は近隣のホテルが見えるという感じで写真とは違ったがコスパよくバスタブもあり満足。毎日タオル交換もある。

徒歩1分ほどのところにバス停があるが頻回に回ってこないバスなので徒歩でセントラルまでいったりきたり、となると距離的には短いが非常に急な坂を登ることになる。徒歩でホテルからどこかへいくのには不便

值得推薦的酒店

房間整潔，四週很清静。酒店職員大部份也很有禮，泳池女救生員態度很親切。

酒店只有一間社企經營的餐廳，味道很好，但只開08:00~16:00，晚上要四週揾野食。

Bardzo wygodny pobyt

Hotel przewyższył nasze oczekiwania pod względem czystości, wystroju i rozmiaru pokoju, który był przestronny, co jest w Hong Kongu rzadkością :) Atutem jest również lokalizacja przy parku botanicznym

Would recommend for short stay. Dated rooms.

Short walk downhill through the gardens to central where all the restaurants and bars were. Very very steep hills to get back up to the hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a great view. The towels were fluffy.

It’s definitely very dated and needs a revamp. Was a bit expensive for what it was. But I suppose that’s Hong Kong. Now i would still recommend it to my friends as staff were helpful and friendly. And as mentioned location was good.

Good. But not easy to walking around. Need a taxi to reach the place , and window not open

The room were very good and comfortable

Location is quite fancy but bit hard to get there as it no public transport around or late night shops. In Mid levels, close to central Also I was bit surprise with the 500 dollars deposit they ask when check in, I just didn't understand what was the deposit for, since there's nothing valuable inside the room, the only drinks in the fridge are 2 lil bottle of water that you have to pay 12$ to drink it. No room service, or even extra shampoo...

Bad experience .

Aircon is cool enough

There was no cleaning of the room ., they just change the towel . The wall was too thin . I can hear the shower and the bubble bath n bath top drain of the other room . There is still left over sandwich in our ref

Wonderful views, friendly staff, but a little climb if you don't take the bus up the hill.

The room was very clean, had an amazing view over the Botanical Gardens and looked at the Hong Kong skyline, which was magical for me. I was very happy with the amenities, and the staff was very friendly.

Great place to stay.

Great suite with a great view. Convenient location - not in central but quite close. Botanical Garden in just across the street, and great for a morning walk. Great staff.

The lunch offerings at the in house eatery weren't great.

Apart from the guy at reception, it was great.

The room was a great view and comfortable.

The guy at reception was snappy, rude and couldn't speak properly, he would ignore me speaking, and my questions upon checking in and out, and just kept going on his scripted speech, he had attitude, and seemed to treat me with a hatred, a little spiteful, and rude, just very impatient and short with his mannerisms' Im a bubbly person, and in no way did I deserve his check-in manner. Wished i got his name... Dressed in a suit, but inside a nasty person.

The location was great. Mini Zoo is nearby. Grocery store in the same building.

In the morning, only towels were changed, and no tea or coffee was refilled. There is a grocery store in the same building, which was very convenient to buy water because you have to pay for water in the room anyway.

Great economic place to stay at for business. Very basic clean hotel.

The rooms were nice and worked great for staying on Business.
