This home was everything we expected and more. Not only is the home spacious, comfortable and beautiful, they have thought of everything you "might" need during your stay. They even have hand held clothing steamers!
Our daughter got married in nearby Willamina and I was lucky enough to find this beautiful home with plenty of room for family from out of town to all stay together.
Coming back to the fire pit in the back yard after events of the day was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the evening sitting around the fire pit enjoying conversations and s'mores. They even have blankets specifically for sitting around the fire as it does get chilly at night. While sitting outside you can enjoy the wildlife in the natural surroundings of the back yard wetland. We saw a mama deer with twins, a beaver, and great blue herons among other wildlife.
It was a wonderful 4 day vacation.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and private. Check in process was so easy and great communication started before we arrived. They had the most delicious cookies waiting for us, such a sweet touch. I loved that there were extra blankets, pillows and supplies. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Blackberry View for a friend's reunion with 6 kids aged 3-10. The house is spacious and very well equipped in terms of sheets, towels, kitchen essentials, and games/activities. Hosts provided extra treats to welcome us. It's close to grocery stores and kid-friendly locations like the Evergreen air museum and water park, and within walking distance of a fun playground.

This lovely, spacious, comfortable home was the perfect spot for our college girlfriend reunion in wine country! The home is equipped with everything you would ever need, down to the last detail. And the host is lovely - leaving guest favors, flowers and delicious blueberry cookies (we asked for the recipe)! I would definitely recommend this place for a larger group on a special visit to the Willamette Valley.

This house accommodated my family and my sisters family so nicely. The bedroom layouts worked out great. There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The basketball hoop was a hit. And the view out the back was beautiful! We enjoyed watching all the wildlife. The house was clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this house!

This is a wonderful house. It’s very clean and the decor is charming and functional. The house is well appointed- they’ve really thought of and provided everything their guests may need. The house is very functional for several families (our trip was a family reunion situation.) The location is beautiful. The only downside is a lack of afternoon shade. The management is fantastic- very communicative and super responsive to our one request to have a propane refill. The house and experience exceeded our expectations. We have already booked our return.

Great location, Great Great Home, Great Time
You can't go wrong with this rental. Our daughter was getting married in the area making this very convenient. It's in great shape with all the amenities you need to just walk in and relax. It was close to shopping making it easy to stock up for the stay. The lake out back was great to watch the otters, ducks and bald eagle that was also in the area. We had 12 guests and plenty of room without being on top of each other. Thinking about coming back in the future during peak wine season for some touring fun and a coastal visit.

I rented this property for a girls weekend to celebrate our friend getting married. There was 8 of us. It’s close to vineyards and the cute town of McMinville. Everyone was very comfortable and we enjoyed the back deck at nights to watch sunset and in the mornings for coffee. We even spent an afternoon on the front porch because it was shaded and it was a hot weekend. They had a cute porch swing and plenty of grass to lay out. A nice touch was the blankets for the cool evenings and mornings they had outside for guests. We cooked dinner one night in and the kitchen was great. Plenty of space to lounge. I would say the one negative was no hot water for showers. Only two of us could have a warm shower. Luckily it was a hot weekend to cool off. Other than that everyone enjoyed the house and location.

Comfortable home for large groups in wine country
We had 9 adults staying at the property for the weekend while celebrating a friend's birthday in wine country. It was a great starting off point for all of our adventures, though a bit difficult to find. It appears that you're turning into another home's driveway, the directions provided were helpful but particularly on an early evening in January when most of us arrived it was difficult to see the colors of the homes described where you are supposed to turn. Most people arriving passed the road 3-5 times. A sign at the main road would be helpful. We did have some issues with some of the rooms being quite cold while others were too warm but overall enjoyed our stay. They provided a gift basket, which was a nice touch & we cooked a meal at the house, had most items we needed to execute which was great. Overall would recommend in an area where there aren't a lot of options similar to this.
