Goede locatie!

Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie. Je loopt zo het centrum in en in de omgeving is veel te zien. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt, vlak bij het strand. Parkeren kan je gratis tegenover het hotel aan het water. Moet je wel geluk hebben dat er plek is, wat bij ons het geval was. We hadden kosteloos een upgrade gekregen. Iets grotere kamer en met koelkastje. Onze kamer was op de 5de verdieping en we keken uit over het water. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen dus hebben we ook niet van genoten en kan ik dus niets over zeggen. Ideaal als tussenstop voordat of nadat je de ferry neemt. We zullen bij een volgend bezoek aan Calais zeker weer hier verblijven, because we love Holiday Inn hotels! ☺️

A tired property with many things that could be improved.

Good location for the ferry port, clean and reasonable value for money.

Constant loud mechanical noise coming through the bedroom wall (room 506 - avoid!). Room for four people and only towels for two. No spoons for the tea and coffee. Not enough milk. Bathroom door catching on door threshold. All in all just too many avoidable little things preventing me from being positive about this hotel.

Take proof of payment and unfortunately will stay else where next time

The room itself is fine, bathroom could do with some attention-the backlight is on the blink and the hooks for hanging towels etc. are falling off but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Our stay was let down by being challenged about payment both at check in and check out. We had booked and paid via booking.com (for which we had proof) but this was not reflected on the hotel’s system. I appreciate hiccups can happen and the issue in itself would not have affected our experience if it hadn’t been for the gentleman at check out this morning who could have been a little more receptive rather than disputing the payment with my husband (until he managed to update his system which then showed our booking as paid for, but perhaps it would be best to do this before arguing with guests!)

Oh, das ist nicht so gut.

Nun die Betten war soweit OK.

- Das Zimmer wurde Nachts durch Flutlichter, welche die Fassade angeleuchtet haben, taghell gehalten - Die Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich gegeben, denn das Bad war alles bloß nicht wirklich geputzt - Die Aussicht - nach Angabe Meerblick - war nicht das Meer sondern ein Hafenbecken sowie die Fähren nach Irland - Das Frühstück war wenn überhaupt genießbar, ansonsten eher sehr sparsam und sehr überischtlich

Perfecte locatie. Ruime kamers en badkamer

Ontbijt was ok, maar het mag wat meer luxe hebben. Zeker het brood en de croissantjes konden beter in verhouding tot de betaalde prijs.

J'y retournerai lors d'un prochain voyage à Londres .

Proche de l'embarquement du Ferry de Calais . La possibilité d'avoir un emplacement parking dans un garage .

Une petite nuit en transit donc pas de recul .

Room good but parking and no onsite food other than a small breakfast makes it not good

The hotel says it has parking. we arrived at 6pm and had to park a 10minute walk away! Lobby is dreadful and looks dirty, we almost left, but staff nice gentleman and we had driven 800km so checked in anyway. Room very clean, hairdryer ok if you are bald! breakfast passable -

Clean and comfortable but refurbishment a bit variable.

Clean comfortable room, good location, plenty of parking, friendly staff.

The hotel has been refurbished in the past couple of years but our bathroom (102) seems older than the rest of the room and some of the shower fittings seemed past their prime and possibly even rusty.

Location was OK as it's close to the tunnel.

The hotel was old and dated inside. The room smelt bad, like cigarette smoke. Although the location is "good" there is a bar close by and if you're after a good night sleep it's not ideal.

Nice clean hotel

Clean room nice size . Disabled facilities good wet room was good. Staff very friendly.

Parking can be a problem at a busy time. The parking for disabled is on the opposite side of the road to the hotel. If you don’t get there quick enough you won’t get a space straight away. I had to park down a side road and keep checking for a disabled space to become available.

GOOD - I'd stay there again.

I had a recently refurbished room which was great, huge and had a good view.

It was a Friday night and the streets below were noisy. My Dad had an old room which was fine but dated - to be fair they are updating rooms by the look of it.

A quick, comfortable stay in a good location

Very straightforward services and a comfortable stay. The room is rather small, yet the bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean. I liked that they use refillable soaps and shampoos. One of the receptionists was very kind to recommend us areas of interest and things to do. We were also able to easily find parking spaces outside the hotel property.

Good location, close to restaurants and ferry.

We booked 3 single rooms and were surprised to get rooms with a seaview, in fact mine also had a small balcony. We also had double size beds. Book in was easy and the rooms were ready for us early. Breakfast was adequate and typical for the continent.

We experienced no problems.

Nothing night manager Lauren was drunk and rude

It was very bad a/c not working too hot inside the room and very noisy at the night, and you cannot lock the room from inside broken. Very bad experience.
