Aqua very nice hotel

Nice hotel, we were in a mesonette, it was spacious and quiet. Very nice detail was they checked in a bit earlier, and they allowed us to use the facilities the rest of the day after checking out. The VIP area with the outside pool and lounge area is great. There is a bar and they also serve you lunch there if you wish. One of the best part is we had free access to the nearby Aquapark.

The breakfast was ok, but kind of a small reataurant and it was getting crowdy. Last order is taken at 20:00 and no other options to dine around. The bathroom needs renovation, the sliding door of the cabine was not possible to close. The inside pool and aqua area is quite nice, but it was really overcrowded so we didn't finally go.

Oikein hyvä aamiainen. Kylpylä lisäsi viihtyisyyttä vaikka saunassa ei saanutkaan kunnon löylyjä

Saavuimme aamuyön puolella ja henkilökuntaa ei löytynyt mistään vaikka ilmoitin myöhäisestä saapumisesta. Ovet oli kyllä auki ja puhelimella saatiin joku kiinni

It was pathetic.The attitude of the staff and favorite’s definitely not up to the mark .This is the first time in my lif

The property is not bad considering the water park .But it’s always crowded by guest and locals and do the water is not very clean .The water slide was closed.

Their service and attitude was the worst I’ve seen in the hospitality business .Just staff with bad attitude who care less.The receptionist Sherman who I met on day one snd 2 was very sweet.The nightmare was that the Aircon in my room didn’t work all 3 days.I complained and their attitude was disgusting.The first day we were very tired from not sleeping on flight so just crashed .The second day we just could not sleep and they gave us a fan which they thought they were doing me a favor .They moved us to another room at night so we had to repack and move.Again the same issue ,the lady came and somehow got it to work at 10pm but the thermostat was a mess.By the time the room cooled decently was around 1 am.I actually slept in the floor on a comforter as that was a bit cool on the floor.I asked them for a refund or at least do something to compensate.They wee like we have already done enough giving you a fan and changing your room.I recommend if you are not going to use the indoor or outdoor park a few attractions do not work ,do not book this hotel .The breakfast was decent but the staff and attitude is the pits and the rooms always have issues like in my case one light was not working,the safe key was lost so we had to keep our passports and cash and move around with it

Worth your money if you are into an aquapark and sauna

Free entry to the small aquapark and sauna which is otherwise very expensive (30 Euro per person if sauna is included). Essentially, if you are two and you want to use the aquapark with sauna every day, your room is almost for free (if you conside the entrance fees for two).

Breakfast is rather strange. Sour cream (smetana), jam, some corn flakes, bread, few pieces of cheese and ham and a sweet yoghurt. Then comes a huge plate of something like pasta and omelette together. We asked if it is possible to have anything instead like just one fried egg or a porridge (kasha) but were told that the cook said no and we can have only these standard plates. There was a nice professional coffee machine but we were told that if we want a coffee from it, even just a simple black one, we have to pay as our standard breakfast includes only a cup of instant Nescafé. The temperature in the room was well above what was acceptable for us and it did not change despite putting the aircon on zero (perhaps it simply did not work). The staff was generally friendly but those at breakfast looked rather desinterested and unmotivated. Finally, the hotel is far away from the city centre and reaching it by public transport is quite an adventure (there is a bus stop 5 min away but you have to cross a highway without a zebra crossing).

Very good

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and the water zone was great with different types of sauna and pools. There was also a bar where you could order food.

Some facilities didn't work like a woman's toilet near the pool, but it seems like a temporary issue. Also there was wierd smell from outside, maybe smoke from the boiling room, not sure. Although that wasn't very noticeable. In general it was good

The worst breakfast

The room, the bed and the balcony was good. Car washing in front of the hotel)) Reception was supportive.

1. One of the worst breakfast, unhealthy choices,no water in bottles. 2. Room service asked to go down to take the plates but it was solved by the reception 😂 3. No elevator and nobody to help with the luggages. 4. The SPA, sauna they start switch on when people are already there. During the day mess up, payment system need money with you, no room number service.

Good but not as my aspect

Hotel really clean and room was comfortable and big , inside swiming pool is good and my child really injoy swiming. Reservtion was kind and helpful

aqua park is old and the slide is not standard i tried one of that and i have pain in my neck and back, breakfast is really poor ,the space for breakfast is very small, I asked them to bring bottel of water but they didnt And tell me you must come to restuarent and buy it

Thank you to the staff for great service

Our stay here was amazing! Sona from reception was an exceptional employee and gave us one of the best services I ever had. She is so positive and pleasant to work with right from the beginning until the end of our stay. It was my birthday and she definitely made it more special. The place was very clean! Room was at a great temperature with the weather. The pool was clean. Breakfast food was great. Sona and the staff helped my fiancé with my birthday surprise which I will attach photos.

The only negative I can say is that it is off of a highway with no walking distance to stores.

They do not have an elevator, if you have a large suitcase it is complicated The bathroom did not have gel and shampoo, it was very late and I did not ask
