The property location was excellent and was in such a lovely setting

Lovely well contained apartment set in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the centre of town.
Wasn’t anything I disliked

the location was picturesque and proximity to city was great. the restaurant, minutes away had fabulous food, and the trip into town in the morning by boat, docking right in the centre of town was so convenient

Bath boating station has been our favorite stay during our journey. The little cottage is lovely and the location close to the river and only a 15 minutes walk from Bath city center is ideal. Our family will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Bath.

Fabulous location and perfect accommodation
Very slow wifi for the tv.

We revisited after 5 years and everything that made us want to return delivered again. The view from the patio is beautiful. Loved our daily visits from Pearl and Alfred.
We were both in desperate need of downtime and this gave us everything we needed.
We have already booked again for next year

Quiet part of Bath next to the river, boats for hire and restaurant on site. Very relaxing stay. Walk into centre of Bath only 1 mile, approx 20 mins along Great Pulteney Street and over the bridge.

Recycling system was excellent. Boat trip to town was awesome.

We stayed in the garden room , which was perfect for our needs for 2 night , clean and stocked with every thing you could need , Included was a free ride into bath on the Pultney cruiser in the mornings which was magical .. LuLu was a lovely host and her dog Meme who came to visit us daily along with the resident cat made quite an impact at breakfast by the river 😺 We will definitely be coming back soon

No breakfast
The bed cover was the only thing.

Beautiful accommodation, and location, the owners were really lovely people, made us feel at home, we had a free hour to row down the river, which was hilarious, and we were able to catch the boat in the mornings into bath for free, which was a bonus we have had an amazing few days making new memories
There is nothing not to like, it was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic location, right on the banks of the Avon River. Very peaceful and quiet location and you can watch the river and the boats go by from your own private patio. Great if you want to chill out but still be in the city area. Apartment is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. You can park your car in the large carpark and simply walk into the city in 10-15 minutes. Hosts were very accommodating and met us on arrival and were very helpful with local area advice and places to eat etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
N/A. All good from us.

Excellent location. Beautiful room, very roomy and spotless. Very clean, couldn't fault it at all. Getting picked up by the boat in the morning was brilliant, saved a bit of walking and a great way to travel. Defo would return and recommend.
Nothing, it was perfect/

Thank you so much ! Staff are very helpful! Amazing place to stay and relax!

It was exceptional. Location 15 minute walk to Bath City. But the best part was sitting outside on the terrace enjoying the view over the river and the serene ambience. The hosts Steve and Sarah were very accommodating but also gave us total privacy. The bed was comfy. Nothing to complain about

Location was perfect for getting around Bath.
The garden room is ideal for a couple and although kitchen area very small and only microwave and toaster we managed to eat there during our stay.
Chilled out completely.
Many thanks for our stay at the garden room
Peter & Jane Innes from Northampton
Would have been nice if kitchen was a touch bigger but we managed

location and overall setting
The only small negative was that water pressure in the shower was far too low
4.8
The location was excellent right by the river so peaceful, the restaurant near by, we were very near to the city centre also
unfortunaly the stairs were not good for someone who has mobility problems access to the bedrooms was down stairs and so was the toilet found it hard at first my self

We were self catering : The family running the bath boating station are really lovely and friendly , nothing is to much
trouble we loved our stay I would highly recommend staying here especially if you love animals there is a lovely dog
and cat on site it’s just lovely and homely we will defiantly be returning 😊
May be a few extra bowls and a cooking ring ,only a microwave available but not really a problem as plenty of nice places to eat a few minutes away Bath is a beautiful place

location was wonderful, very picturesque, great onsite parking. 15 mins easy walk into centre of Bath. Great restaurant Bathwick Boatman. Made to feel very welcome by people we met at the boating station. Pearl the cat and Meme the Lurcher both really lovely.
Nothing. Bed bit too soft for me, but that’s just my preference.
4.8
The location was cosy and quiet, staff was very welcoming.
For my personal taste the accomodation was a little bit too old-fashioned, but I am sure there are plenty of people who would enjoy this style more than me. Also, since we arrived by train we had to walk to and from the accomodation which is situated quite remotely. It is very quiet and nicely located right next to the river, but you have to walk quite a bit.

The Boating Station was in a perfect location for a stay in Bath -just a short , flat stroll into the centre- and the parking was a huge bonus. The owners were kind enough to let us park up early & come back later at check in time which helped us make the most of our holiday time.
4.8
Great location very comfortable bed. Owners really lovely.
The only negative we had were towels a bit hard and the bathroom mat didn't smell that pleasant. I think new towels and mat needed.
4.8
Location, right on the river and easy 17 minute walk to Roman baths entrance . On-site parking. Kitchen facilities. large bed. Clean. Comfortable sofa. good value.
Shower pressure.

The location is superb, on the river, scenic, peaceful and quiet. It’s stunning. The accommodation is very comfortable and well maintained. Lovely patio area which is undercover and a great spot to relax.
All was exceptional

Beautiful and quiet location. 20 min easy walk to the centre of Bath. Everything provided that you need for a few days away. Very nicely decorated and comfy bed, sofa etc.
The only aspect that could be improved is a more powerful shower.
4.8
The garden room was excellent with a fantastic view of the river. It was warm and cosy.
There wasn't anything we didn't like
4.8
Excellent location. By river Avon and easy walking distance of Bath centre.
Fridge was very small - a bigger one would be good.
4.8
This property was so pretty, set right on the river bank. The kids loved the free boat ride into the city centre and also the traditional rowing boats. We also enjoyed getting to know Pearl and Meme the resident pets.
It would have been nice to have a washing machine but that really didn't affect our enjoyment of the place.
