넓고 깨끗한 콘도같은 숙소

역까지 걸어서 1~2분 거리라 밤 기차 탈때 좋았구요, 오르테지오 섬까지도 걸어서 10~15분이면 충분해서 투어에도 타 교통편 이용하실 필요없습니다. 숙소 내부는 너무 깨끗하고 넓어서 너무 좋았고, 세탁기/건조기는 물론 세제까지 다 있습니다. 주인분이 저희 도착전 히터도 미리 틀어놓으실만큼 디테일하고 신경써주셨어요

도시 자체가 밝고 깨끗한 분위기가 아니라 그런지 동네 분위기가 조금 스산한 느낌이 있습니다. 제가 겨울 비수기에 가서 그랬을수도 있구요

Odpoczęliśmy, mieliśmy wszędzie blisko i zawsze było można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe pod hotelem

Bardzo miła obsługa, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, dużo ręczników

Płytki w całym mieszkaniu- w lato to świetne rozwiązanie, w zimę było dosyć zimno

Przyjemny ale bez rewelacji.

Apartament zlokalizowany jest w odnowionym budynku, klatka schodowa i wind abradzo eleganckie i czyste. Dobra lokalizacja (która jednocześnie jest pewnym problemem) blisko dworca PKP i autobusowego. Do Ortigia ok 15 minut spacerem. W pobliżu bardzo dobra piekarnia, cukiernia, sklep rybny z restauracją, sklep spozywczy. Bezpłatny parking dostępny jest wzdłuż ulicy. W trakcie tygodniowego pobytu apartament był raz sprzatany przez obłsugę (zmiana ręczników i pościeli). Wygodne łóżko w sypialni.

Apartament jest przyjemny, jednak zdecydowanie nie załuguje na ocenę 9. Lokalizacja (apartament nr 103) zaraz nad zajezdnią autobusów przez co jest bardzo głośno. Autobusy stają na przystanku z włączonym silnikiem i hałasują od wczesnych godzin porannych do nocy. Wszystko słychać co dzieje się w sąsiadujących apartamentach, odgłosy działającej pralki w nocy. Apartament wyposażony jest w podstawowe rzeczy w kuchni: talerze, czajnik, mikrofala, kubki. Jednak kilku podstawowych rzeczy brakuje, co bardzo utrudnia korzystanie z aneksu kuchennego np nie ma ani jednego większego noża, więc zrobienie kanapki nożem do masła jest raczej trudne. Brak drewnianych/ plastikowych łopatek do patelni teflonowej. Sofa w salonie okropnie skrzypi, nie ma szans żeby się na niej wyspać. Przy każdym ruchy wydaje dźwięki. Internet działa średnio. Przerwy w sygnale TV. Klimatyzacja działa jak chce, raz grzeje raz chłodzi. Dziwny zapach w apartamencie, prawdopodobnie przez to że kosze na śmieci ustawione są na środku salonu. W łazience widać zuźycie pomieszczenia- odchodzące listwy, przeciekający prysznic, wieszaki na które nie da się powiesić ręcznika bo non stop spadają, wypadająca klamka w drzwiach oraz trudno zamykające się drzwi.

Good value for money, only a 15 min walk from Ortigia Island and 20 min walk from the Archeological Park. Free public parking is available on the street of the location. We booked 4 apartments, which were clean and had everything you could need (toiletries, facilities, AC, hair dryer, etc.) The hosts at the reception were very welcoming and provided us recommendations of beaches around Syracuse as well as two sun parasols to use free of charge.

The staff were extremely helpful, resolving our booking issue quickly and stress free. Grazie mille ! The room was spacious, very clean. comfortable and well equipped. There is even a laundry room facility provided free of charge for guests. Location is great , only a short walk to the old town and attractions. On street parking in front was easy.

Great location but tired and inadequately furnished

Laura the receptionist was very helpful on arrival. She showed us the property, helped with parking and told us the interesting places to visit

Even though we were upgraded to the deluxe jacuzzi flat on the top floor, the property did not meet the description on the booking site. Many items looked tired and in need of maintenance. For the price charged per night for a one bed self catering apartment, we thought the kitchen was inadequately provisioned e.g. missing chopping knives, when asked we were told that these were not provided for health & safety reasons (but I could have jumped off from the balcony 4 floors up!); sparsely supplied with utensils, crockery & cutlery, no coffee machine etc. Although the location of Archinue is just 10 minutes away from the Old Town of Ortigia and hence ideally located, the top floor deluxe apartment was like a greenhouse despite the air-con. We ended up curtailing our original 5 night stay to 1 night

Superb

We had great accommodation. Very big and spacious apartment. Close to the old city. Parking on the street was easy and we were able to leave the car for the 2 nights we stayed. Supermarket close by (walking distance). Good WiFi. Very comfortable bed.

perfectly placed & very comfortable

Perfect location in adjacent road to train station, leisurely walk to the island & minutes away from the high street. A bit more of a walk to the Greek / Roman theatre, certainly doable. Very comfortable, super clean & even English Channel (27) on the tv, great coffee too. Abundant eating houses, nice bread shop close by. Perfect.

lovely stay and overall positive experience

facilities were good. Modern and nice and clean. location was in walking distance from train station and city center. The host upgraded us to a room with a terrace balcony which was very much appreciated.

the surrounding area is under construction, but understand that can not be helped.

Over all, it was a pleasant stay and I recommend it !

The hostess was very friendly with us and she gave us the posibility to early check-in. She was there every time we needed to ask something. The location is very close to the train and bus stations, so it's a perfect choice if you plan on travelling around. Thank you Veronica and Laura !

There weren't many shops around.

perfect stay for our first stop.

Very easy to find. as first time visitors to Sicily we were a bit worried about the drive from the airport but the apartment was easy to find with lots of parking outside. It was very easy to drive out to Noto and the beach and back in without any problems. The location was excellent - 10 mins walk to Ortigia. We found some of the best bars and eateries were even closer (Bar Caruso for breakfast and Voglia Matta for Gelato! The communication was great, the apartment was lovely and clean. Aircon and coffee machine were greatly appreciated. When you first arrive is seems a slightly tougher neighbourhood but it really isn’t.

walking distance to Ortigia and dining. once you park your car you don’t need to take it out. well we were only there two nights and we walked everywhere.

Had a great stay, lovely clean room and helpful reception.

Location was good, easy walk into Ortigia, host/reception extremely helpful, room modern and clean. Parking out front was easy, really enjoyed the stay.

Spa pictured didn't seem to exist on rooftop. Lots of construction in nearby street.
