Me parece que es un sitio que tiene muchas posibilidades . Pero está muy mal gestionado.
Instalaciones muy sucias, cristales de las piscina llenos de suciedad, tanto que no te deja ver la belleza del lugar. Zona del Jacuzzy descuidado con la funda del Jacuzzy tirada allí en el suelo, instalaciones de piscina muy antiguas. No se ve manteniendo ni cuidado del lugar. Polvo en las habitaciones , encima de la cama no han pasado un trapo hace tiempo. No se os ocurra cenar allí, malo y caro, nos pareció un robo, una ensalada , pan y un pollo con agua salimos a 53€. Desayuno sencillo.

The views of our room were beautiful. Room 201. Had a balcony with seating and table and a little room before the balcony with sofa, table and chairs. Had restaurant which had amazing views also. Also connected to a shop with food, drinks and souvenirs. Drive up was intimidating but lovely - just be slow and careful as can be narrow as well as large tourist buses go through the same route for view point for other tourists.
No air conditioning as it gets humid and warm. Asked for fans but they did not offer. Bed is not very secure, little movement can bang it against the wall.

Grandioser Ausblick, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wenn man berücksichtigt wie aufwändig es ist in der abgelegenen Berglage ein vergleichsweise kleines Hotel zu betreiben dann war der Preis wirklich günstig. Spezialtipp für eine besondere Wanderung: Genau unter dem Hotel befindet sich der Tunnel für die stillgelegte alte Straße nach Curral das Freiras. Er kann frei „durchwandert“ werden!

The view
It was not clean at all, the view that is the only nice thing about this hotel was unfortunately shadowed by the extremely dirty windows, that they didn’t clean for few years. Not only on the outside, that could be due to bad weather or sth. There were spiderwebs on the inside! If you want to have a view from jacuzzi- forget that, the glass between jacuzzi and pool is extremely dirty as well. Whether I asked them to clean it - guess what, they have too many checkouts and the cleaning lady is sick. But it seems that situation was from last year not just on the date I was there. Breakfast pooooor, coffee undrinkable, juice from machine tasking like water with juice powder. Everything cold. It’s a putty cause it could be great place if taken care of

Breakfast with very limited choices and poor quality, served from 8 to 10 and at 9 almost everything was gone, we needed to wait until it’s filled and they added only few things- we decided to not eat pre- paid breakfast the second day of our stay. Jacuzzi needs a proper clean up - water smells unhealthy (fungi odor). No choice of drinks in the restaurant (for example no juices, only sodas and alcohol). It has been my birthday and it went unnoticed at hotel - I’ve never experienced it before and I travel a lot, always during my birthday. Also, one of the hotel staff members reacted very unprofessional when we asked him to not copy our passport (which is illegal anyway). Instead of accepting politely or at least ensuring he would destroy our copies according to data protection law, he was giving us impression we are strange people to ask that, saying they are asking it for their time efficiency (there was nobody at the desk) and at the end offended making a note instead of copy and when he finished (taking more than needed time) he was making a comment that now we lost 10 minutes of our holiday. Very bad impression and unprofessional.

mais aussi la localisation de l'hôtel: une magnifique vue sur un petit village, départ de diverses randonnées.
La literie était très confortable, la chambre bien équipée, très propre.
Les petits déjeuners variés et très copieux.
Nous avons également profité du spa avec grand plaisir.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony area overlooking a stunning view. Pool and sauna were nice, not too busy. Restaurant for dinner was good quality, albeit slightly more expensive than local restaurants. Excellent and friendly service. Very good buffet breakfast with loads of choice.
Nothing of any importance to report…. Lots of tourists in the morning coming to the viewing point made the car park difficult to get out of!!

the view from the viewpoint nearyby is absolutely stunning
its in the middle of nowhere, it is technically in curral de feirras but actually you need to walk for 45min to get there. also its not really possible to get to pico ruvio or pico do arreiro from there. the hotel could also use a redecoration, i’d more recommend it for older people.

Zachwycający widok z pokoju na góry i Dolinę Zakonnic zapiera dech w piersiach! Można patrzeć i patrzeć! :) co za miejsce! W pokoju wszystko zapewnione: bardzo dużo ręczników, czajnik, koce, suszarka, nawet gorący kaloryfer w łazience na którym raz dwa wysychały nasze stroje kąpielowe. Do tego loggia, na której razem z koleżanką ćwiczylysmy sobie jogę o 8 rano, oglądając majestat gór i wyłaniające się słońce zza nich. No bajka! Śniadania bardzo dobre :) Siłownia, basen i jacuzzi również z widokiem na góry (można otworzyć sobie oszklone okno-drzwi żeby wleciało świeże powietrze). Hotel nie był przepełniony, mało turystów, nie było Polaków, rodzin z dziećmi. Cisza, spokój i niesamowity klimat dookoła sprawiły, że zakochałyśmy się w tym miejscu! Jeżeli kochasz naturę, podróżujesz samochodem na własną rękę, wolisz być na uboczu,niż w gwarnym hotelu, gdzie jest pełno turystów z biur podróży to tu znajdziesz ukojenie :) Pod samym hotelem przepiękna traska w dół do miasteczka Curral das Freiras a także punkt widokowy. Miejsca parkingowe zawsze były dostępne. Do hotelu prowadzi zawiła droga z serpentynami, ale my to uwielbiałyśmy, więc jeżeli jesteś dobrym kierowcą to nie będzie to dla Ciebie utrudnieniem. Cena jaką zapłaciłyśmy za te 3 noce była śmieszna! W Polsce można pomarzyć o takiej cenie😆. Dlatego przedłużyłyśmy o kolejne dwie będąc już na miejscu. Wszystkim znajomym zakochanym w górach będziemy serdecznie polecać.
Jedynym minusem były godziny otwarcia siłowni, basenu i jacuzzi :(
Od 10:00 do 19:00. To czas, w którym zazwyczaj każdy jest na trekingu lub jeździ po wyspie i zwiedza. Nie miałyśmy jak skorzystać przed śniadaniem z siłowni ani z jacuzzi i basenu po całym dniu łażenia po górach. Raz pan z recepcji zgodził się przedłużyć dla nas strefę spa do 20:00, więc wróciłyśmy wcześniej do hotelu. No i było cudnie, zrelaksować zmęczone ciałka w wodzie, aczkolwiek szkoda,że nie mogłyśmy robić tego co wieczór. Wg mnie godziny otwarcia tej strefy powinny być od 7:00 do przynajmniej 21:00 tak żeby każdy mógł z niej skorzystać.

Frühstück ist äußerst bescheiden. Abendessen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Anfahrt und zurück geht 20 Min über eine engkurvige schmale Passstaße.
Das Hotel hat sich auf Tagesgäste spezialisiert, die tagsüber hier hochgefahren werden

Nous avons aimé le calme de cet hôtel. Sa situation loin des foules et ensoleillé. Le restaurant aussi. Bonne qualité des mets le soir.
Par contre, nous avons séjourné dans 3 hôtels différents en 12 jours; c'est l'établissement qui nous a le plus emballés pour son cadre mais le plus déçu pour la qualité de son petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre : jus de fruits en poudre, pâtisseries peu goûteuses, idem pour les saucisses, suremballage des confitures... au vu de sa démarche appréciée de protection de l'environnement, cet établissement mériterait de supprimer les emballages plastiques inutiles pour la confiture, le beurre...

Экономия на всем - отоплении, ремонте, электричестве, отделке, интернете, кофе и чай в номере пить невозможно. Наборов для бритья и зубных щеток нет. Эффективные менеджеры (которые, скорее всего, сами не работают на фронтдеске)уверено ведут отель к краху.

Отель расположен в живописном месте, очень удобном для пешеходных маршрутов по природным жемчужинам острова. Пейзажи вокруг отеля и вид с балкона меняются на протяжении суток и поражают своей красотой. Недалеко расположена смотровая площадка, на которую каждый день автобусы привозят группы туристов. можно совершить пешеходную прогулку в деревню Куррал Даш Фрейраш и, при желании, вернуться обратно автобусом. Рядом с отелем есть кафе и большой сувенирный магазин с хорошими ценами и ассортиментом. Большой выбор вин. У нас был чудесный номер с огромным балконом и джакузи, уборка - ежедневно, Спасибо,

Es confortable, las camas no pueden ser más cómodas. Es muy tranquilo, no se escucha ni un solo ruido. El spa y el gimnasio añaden muchísimo valor. El entorno es una maravilla.
La habitación de mis suegros tenía el wc sucio y un chicle pegado en el suelo cuando llegamos. Al día siguiente, continuaba allí (después de que hubiesen entrado a limpiar). El desayuno va escaseando a medida que avanza, no tiene la misma variedad quien va a las 8 que quien va a las 9. El restaurante es flojo para los precios que cobran, y a pesar de que las presentaron como tal, no son “las mejores lapas de Madeira” ni de lejos.

La colazione è veramente cattiva, sia come qualità bevande/caffè che come pane, il venerdì c'era addirittura il pane vecchio del giorno prima!! Incommentabile!!

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda.El personal un encanto! Las vistas son alucinantes. La zona de jacuzzi y piscina muy bien. Desayuno súper completo!! Además hay aparcamiento gratuito.
