Un 10 de sitio. Todo genial, súper cómodo y acogedor.

El piso estaba muy limpio, equipado con todo, la cocina tiene de todo tipo de utensilios, la vitrocerámica funciona muy bien, equipada de lavadora y lavavajillas, una terraza muy amplia, acogedora y cómoda, habitaciones y colchones muy cómodos, con baños para cada una. La bañera con modo spa ha sido un lujazo, pero es que de lo mejor del apartamento es el comedor tan grande y la terraza. El chico del apartamento súper amable, dejó muy claras las indicaciones para encontrar el sitio. También nos ayudó y aconsejó sobre sitios y lugares a los que ir en madeira y para cualquier duda que tuviera contestaba muy rápido y resolutivo.

Great apartament, great location, the best host!

Everything was just perfect, the location of the flat is great, very close to the airport, so you don’t need to drive to long after your flight. In the flat was everything we needed, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best thing about the flat is the host, who will help you with everything you need and he responds after just 5 minutes. If I ever go to Madeira again I would deffinitelly choose that apartament again! Apartament was quiet with a great view from beacutifull tarace. It’s a place were you could literally live, because everything you may need you will find in the apartament.

Great remote work or vacation stay

Although we had a car, it was a great location, we didn't need to use it to go to the city center. By around 10 minutes we could go to the supermarket, the local market, cafés, restaurants, and the beach. We stayed here while we were working remotely, and the WIFI connection was great. I would stay here if we decide to come back.

We stayed in the small room, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but still not a significant issue.

I was pleasantly surprised how close the apartment was to the beach area of Santa Cruz. Also very nice fruit/veg shop, pharmacy and bakery/coffeeshop under the apartment block. The public transport is very easy to get to Funchal as well as Machico beach. Some busses will take you the scenic route. At the same time there is plenty of space to park you car in a safe place under the apartment block. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is a decent size. The washing machine does help too and I was amazed by the gigantic balcony.

I found the sofa bed rock hard, so I did not have such good night sleeps on there. The 2 single beds and 1 double bed themselves were great though. The rest of my family slept much better than I did. So if you can avoid then leave the sofa as it is :-) But since the apartment and the surroundings were so good, I did not mind.

Lovely stay at Plaza Charming Flat

The property was clean, spacious and modern with plenty of amenities, also 5 minutes from the airport. It was located close to the beach with loads of restaurants to choose from. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions that we had. He also gave recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants to eat. The property was also close to Funchal and was reachable by bus and taxi.

Nothing, we had a great stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy your time on Madeira

Amazing and lovely apartment very close to the airport (4 min in a taxi), 5 min walk from the beach, coffee place downstairs. Great service (we did a late booking because of flight cancellation from Funchal and got the host messaged us immediately and gave all the checkin details).

great location 5 mins from beach and good restaurants the host was always super helpful and was even checking in with us after we left to make sure our trip to Madeira was epic!

at the very beginning actually getting inside was a challenge because I didn’t fully understand how to work the lock inside the lift but besides that everything to us seemed great.

Superb

Cleanliness, location, value for price, easy to reach different parts of the island. The host was always asking how we are doing. Santa Cruz had nice, affordable restaurants without other Scandinavian tourists :).

Stone floors, but the floors are always of stone in Madeira and Canary Islands. At first I did not find the right elevator. If you enter the building from the coffees shop side, find the elevator in the left back corner (it had ping pong table there)

Superb

The apartment was amazing. We were 5 persons and felt completely comfortable. Duarte, the host, although he was not physically present, he gave us all the information regarding the apartment but also, nice places to eat.

Flat is big, nice and clean. Downstairs there is bakery where you can eat small breakfast. There is lots of space to leave your car. Very nice and helpfull host.
