Hôtel bien placé mais sans charme et sans clim

Petit déjeuner complet et servi dans le jardin devant le canal

La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés et que nous avons voulu prendre une douche on s'est aperçu qu'il n'y avait pas de pression car il y avait une grosse fuite dans le tuyau. Mon mari a voulu resserrer le joint qui lui est resté dans la main. Il était 16h30 et on ne nous l'a réparé que vers 20h! Et le dernier jour, carrément pas d'eau dans la chambre pendant plus d'une demie heure. Même si ce n'était pas la faute de la direction car c'était une intervention programmée par la ville et qu'elle n'en a pas été informée, c'était la goutte de trop !

Advertised fast wifi throughout was non existent everywhere. It is not their fault but it is a problem in the area apparently!

Emplacement idéal à 5min à pieds des remparts et du centre, petit déjeuner copieux, parking gratuit très apprécié et pratique et personnel très accueillant ! Je recommande

Gentillesse du personnel, garage à vélo, calme tout étant proche du centre, boisson chaude à disposition le soir et bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte, petit déjeuner copieux et pouvant être servi plus tôt sur demande

Nous avions une chambre côté rue : pratiquement pas dormi de la nuit : axe grande circulation + livraison de nuit au bazar à côté

Pour motard: place de parking sécurisé, sans supplément. Personnel au top Petit déjeuner irréprochable Double expo, canal et route Ville à 10 mm à pieds

Rien à signaler Par contre pour que votre plaisir soit maxi, pensez à réserver une chambre côté CANAL

A charming place, I shared my morning coffee with a friendly duck on the deck

A lovely welcome, the rooms opening onto the pool deck added to a sense of spaciousness

Bottled water left out to fill the kettle is a waste of plastic

Bien ameliorable

Établissement correct bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Parking étroit pas sécurisé et au revêtement précaire . Prix du petit déjeuner élevé (13,5 eur) Pas de restaurant.

People at the reception were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to use the swimming pool after checking out while we were waiting for our train. They offered us the same when we arrived before check-in time. Having swimming pool there was great. Breakfasts offered huge range of pastries, fruit and other meals. Coffee from the machine was excellent. After 8 p.m. you could have free bottle of water from the fridge. You can also use microwave and kettle in the hotel's lobby.

While rooms were air conditioned, one couldn't really say. More power just made more noise.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great location.

The baguettes, for breakfast, were cut into too small pieces. That is ALL that was wrong. Oh, the hardship!!

Great stay would return and definitely recommend.

Great position, helpfulnesses of staff, good value breakfast and we had a lovely room overlooking the canal which we paid extra for. Swimming pool was warm and plenty of loungers available. We arrived early and were able to park the car at the hotel and walk into the medieval city in less than 10 minutes.

Some wear and tear particularly in the bathroom. No lift but we did know this and the receptionist carried all our luggage up for us!!!

Very well located, just outside of Aigues Mortes, within a walking distance to the center, with easy access by car and plenty of parking places. Several restaurants closeby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool made our days in the heatwave enjoyable. Breakfast at the cute terrasse has added an extra "holiday" feel to our stay.

Very helpful staff, multilingual and took an interest in what you were going to do and advised accordingly. Superb breakfast choice available. A ten minute walk into town along the canalside. Ample free parking , close to supermarkets and petrol. A great find, highly recommended.

Nothing worth putting down in writing. We stayed four nights, no complaints about the hotel or its facilities, food or comfort. Its a great stay, get it booked, its in a lovely town too.

Unfortunately just an overnight stay

excellent location just a short stroll to the town along the canal. Very peaceful with good facilities. Our room had direct access to the pool, garden and terrace .

Excellent stay at this hotel.

We had a warm welcome on arrival, very helpful and friendly. The location was great and plenty of room for parking. Lovely breakfast and it was very pleasant to eat out on the terrace. We would definately recommend this hotel.

All was great but maybe Tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a bonus.

Very good

During our stay the bridge connecting to old Town was under civil works and could not be used, forcing to take the car in the evening to go to old town. Though nothing the owners could do about, but would have appreciated to know beforehand rather then discovering after the booking has been done.

good location. Nice room with balcony

poor value for money. On arrival after waiting 10 mins for someone to come to reception we were told we could get a hot drink from the machine - teabag 3 Euro. know they’re making up for COVID-19 but that seemed very mean.
