Overall great stay in one of the best hotels in Berlin.

Very centrally located hotel. It is close to everything you need if you travel for leisure purposes and would like sightseeing. We used public transport on rare occasions. Room was large enough. Breakfast was excellent and selection of everything you will need in early morning. Staff polite and especially lady at reception managed the misunderstanding with our booking on arrival very well.

There are a few things that could be improved but I will be picky saying this. Firstly, on arrival we were told that our booking cancelled because of no show as we arrived after 3pm but after midnight. Now my logic was to arrive and go straight to the room have a shower, have a breakfast and do my business and I was ready to pay for this night and for me it was not matter I arrive 11pm or 3am in the morning the next day but actually for hotel it was matter and they marked this as no show cause I did not turn up before midnight. Strange thing is that if for example if person did not show in my opinion hotel receptionist shall contact the client and clarify the case which did not happen in my case and caused complication in terms of room readiness etc. on arrival. Long story short after some debates at reception room was given to us :) we could after long trip from Wien have rest, shower and breakfast. Again thanks to lady at reception she was very helpful, and it is also a lesson learn for me. As I said breakfast was spot on but for this hotel and number of guests, they get in the morning having just a one pop-up toaster is something is required to be improve as you wait for ages to get your toasters ready and conveyor belt toasters is something that is required to be placed to make sure that toasts are ready in quick and convenient way. And lastly tap in the shower is designed in the way that if you close water supply and try to reopen it with soapy hands no way you will get it reopened :) as it has very small protrusion so be aware and do not close water tap in shower.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal da und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Das Frühstück ist einfach perfekt. Jeder Mitarbeiter war ausgesprochen freundlich. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut.

Das Restaurent Hot Dog war wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft am Samstag Abend plötzlich zu, auch für Hotelgäste, wir wurden abgewiesen. Unser Enkel war mega enttäuscht. Wo findet man auf die Schnelle etwas ähnliches?

Great place to stay; convenient location

our sink was broken, the water we used remained in the sink. it was not fixed until our final day. tech team aleays came when we eere in the room, and taking a shower or so, and whenever ee were out no one came. except this we loved it at the hotel.

Très bien placé par rapport aux sites à visiter et à 100 mètre de la station de PostdammerPlatz. Confortable et propre, silence des chambres.

Offre de restauration mal équilibrée entre un restaurant assez cher et un fast-food. Mais des possibilités pas trop loin de l’hôtel.

Berlin ist eine Reise wert

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Freundliches Personal und sehr gepflegter Zustand.

Teppiche im Zimmer sind nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Das Frühstück ist auch recht hochpreisig, - aber auch sehr reichhaltig mit sehr freundlichem, überaus engagierten Personal, - und insofern geht das so in Ordnung.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Zwischen Potsdamer Platz und Brandenburger Tor gelegen. Ideal für Ausflüge. Rührei/Omlette wird frisch zubereitet. Schwimmbad und Sauna auch sehr angenehm. Handtücher liegen aus.

Ein generelles Problem in Berlin sind die hohen Tagessätze von 40€ fürs Parken.

Udany wyjazd. Następnym razem na dłużej. Ten był zbyt krótki.

Fajny hotel, miła i urocza obsługa, lokalizacja w centrum Berlina blisko metra. Możliwość zostawienia auta dłużej niż doba hotelowa na parkingu podziemnym.

Małe łóżka. Dość wysika cena jak na standard wyposażenia pokoi . Rekompensuje to świetna lokalizacja.

A cama tinha um cheiro horrível (de coisa molhada ou suor), pedimos para que trocassem a roupa de cama e quando fui dormir o cheiro permanecia. Foi muito desagradável.

Good facility.

Lunch food variances was not acceptable. The Bar was closed due to a Porsche event. The reception desk did not offer an altnative besides using another Bar in Berlin. The ton and behavior of this Lady was absolutely impolite.

Disappointing service

Room was a good size, location was good, pool was nice.

Very poor service, staff did not speak English and do not make an effort, we were left waiting for ordering meals/drinks both at breakfast and at the lobby. Breakfast choice poor. One of the mornings they incorrectly made us an omelette we did not request and they made a huge deal out of who ordered it. Room was not cleaned properly on several occasions. Overall very disappointing we have been in much better 4 stars hotels.
