The Condesa location was great - very walkable and close to many restaurants. The property was amazing - each room was different. the hallways and stairwells were filled with art! Gerard and Martin (the owners) were so hospitable. We felt like honored guests visiting the home of a friend. And they are constantly working on small improvements to make the property even nicer!

The property was easily accessible via metro, metro bus and taxi. Lovely area to walk in Hipódromo, Condesa, Roma. Interesting architecture, shopping, restaurants, outdoor cafes, Parque Mexico, Parque España and other sites, My suite was beautifully and comfortably appointed and the staff was welcoming and helpful. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing.

The room was beautiful and the front desk was wonderful. They let us check in early, and they were accommodating to our every need. We loved our room. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing location! We enjoyed walking to the delicious restaurants and enjoying the atmosphere of Condesa. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms well equiped.
Bathroom a bit small and outdated. Could use a remodel.

Location was great to explore Roma, Condesa and most of the tourist sites. Great food, parks and drinks in walking distance.
Room was very tasteful, comfortable and elegant.
Staff was friendly, easy to communicate with.
8.0
Great location, the room was really spacious and clean. I loved that they provided bottles of water and coffee.
The wifi was a bit unstable at times, when doing video calls; and there was not hot water in my room - which was not a huge problem, because it was really hot.

The location was great - in Condessa which is a lovely area. It was near cafes, restaurants and the metro. The staff were really nice too. Very helpful and friendly.
There was some building works happening in the first part of the stay but these stopped after a few days so I had no issues.

comfort and clean
a little dated and room was very noisy

Well designed and comfy. Located is fantastic as close to cafes, Metro, trains etc
The only issue was renovations were happening in above floors. This would not have a problem if doing tourist things or out and about but I was inside recovering from surgery.

I really liked the atmosphere of this place, with the artwork and furniture. It added charm to my experience which was really great, being so well located in the nicest bit of town. The wifi worked perfectly which was essential to my needs as I needed to work everyday. The ladies came every day to freshen up the bed and towels as well as tidy the kitchen.

location is perfect for Condessa, room huge
very busy junction but double glazing is good for keeping noise out there was some building work in the daytime but never at night

Really spacious for a hotel, accommodating check-in (we arrived at midnight), and convenient location.

I was in suite C and despite being on the first floor facing the street it was very quiet. The suites are large and have a seating area and dining table with small kitchen if you need to cook or eat in.

Very good sized suite, located in a great neighborhood
carrying luggage up/down the stairs was a bit tough as the reception isn’t always open

Great location. Even though it is on a fairly busy road it is very quiet. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The staff ( Veronica) and owner were absolutely lovely, going above and beyond to help us book trip/taxis etc.

big room, stylish, comfortable, clean, great location
only downside is the noise from the road. Didn’t bother us much but could see it being an issue for some folk

Such a great place. Much bigger than a regular hotel room (little kitchen and sitting room) with lovely decor. It's all been redone and has lovely art work and furnishings. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's an amazing location too with loads of great restaurants around. Ubers came quickly and the internet was fast. The staff were very helpful and kind.
It's a great location BUT make sure to look at the photos online of the door and building because there are no signs at all to show the hotel. It makes for a rather neat stay but finding requires you to look at the photo and identify door/building.

Accommodation was very comfortable. Great location; close to restaurants, walking areas, parks, transportation.

The location was wonderful and the room was pretty and clean.
We seemed to be almost completely on our own. The staff just wasn’t around much. When we checked in we asked if they could recommend a restaurant and they just said, “I don’t know.” The rooms were very dark and dreary. There are definite plumbing problems. I had to close our bathroom at night so the mildew smell wouldn’t bother me.
On the last day of our trip we found the sand woman to ask if we could store our bags while we went to breakfast. When we returned an hour later she was GONE! Nobody would answer the door. We pounded on it for 20 minutes calling and messaging and ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT. She didn’t even apologize.. Just not very hospitable. We wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.
