Beautifully done guest house, very stylish, great smell. Service was great, dinner and breakfast outstanding!
Our room curtains did not close 100% so we had some light coming in and woke us up very early.
The town is missing some action, it is very quiet.

High quality experience, highest standards, beautiful decor wonderful ambience. The Glenmorangie House experience and stay is nothing short of exceptional in every aspect. We were absolutely enthralled by our visit and would highly recommend this venue. The tasting dinner in a carefully created setting was beyond stunning we enjoyed whisky tasting coastal walks and a fabulous Scottish breaks too. Finlay and the staff were superb. There can be no higher accolades in Scotland than those deserved by Glenmorangie House.
Absolutely nothing!

I can describe the place with one word MAGIC. Unbelievable place, nature, house, room, SERVICE- exceptional. Thanks a lot for Andrea, Victoria, Stuart, Amie, you are amazing. I felt myself as at home. All environment, service was so warm, attentive, we have been surprised and very much thankful for all of you. Now my dream is to have such home as Glenmorangie House.
I would advise while making the reservation, take diner as well. It is exceptional. As in best restaurants in the world. Pre-dinner, after dinner time was spectacular. We seat close to fire, have been served with whisky Glenmorangie, enjoy tea, enjoy 5 * dinner with cozy environment.
The room was fantastic. We asked the team to show us other rooms as well, each of them is exceptional. Wherever you stay, be sure, your room is exceptional and unique.
Will come again and again to enjoy House charm and hospitality. Thanks a lot for hospitality for all the team once more !
All was superb

Fantastic premises, food very good too. Refurbished recently and utterly beautiful rooms.
No 'bar' prices apart from wine list. Consequently we were shocked at prices of drinks on bill. Didn't spoil our stay but made us think twice about return...pity. I'd also ask for clarification of booking details as there was a minor dispute over DBB status on documentation sent from Booking.com. In fairness this may not have been hotel's fault, but it left a slightly bitter after taste.

Everything! Only a few places have such a genius loci and provide such an experience. There’s this unique concept of having a common dinner and breakfast with other guests around one table. the whole house is very stylish and the rooms are super cozy. It just feels like second home.

Food was excellent as was the service. Everyone at the hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. All meals are at communal tables. There is no private dining. Common spaces were eclectic but well done. The bedroom decor seems to be 60s / 70s design- a bit unexpected and off.
Bedroom decor. We had multiple rooms and the decor was a little strange.

Beautiful location and delightful house, superbly finished. Good good
Would have been helpful to have some help with luggage on hand. Amy was fantastic and very willing but couldn’t be expected to carry heavy cases.

Breakfast was lovely. Appreciated the fresh croissants. Pleased that they could accommodate our early start and provide a hot breakfast at the time I asked for.
The tour and explanation of the house was interesting and the location and grounds were very picturesque and peaceful.
The staff were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend if you're staying for a while and are going to immerse yourself in the experience, and are very keen on Glenmorangie.
The room was quite cramped and had quite a lot of unnecessary decor which took up space and was a bit over the top for a bedroom. I wasn't pleased to have to move the kettle to the side of the bed to plug it in.
The floor got quite wet from the overhead shower because the screen wasn't big enough.
Thought it was a bit odd to have the hand soap and cream by the toilet not at the basin.
Having a shared dinner was different but it would have been nice to have had the option of a regular dinner. Especially as one of the family's staying sat in a different room. Not sure why. Honestly the food was nice but didn't blow me away.
Aside from the very nice server at breakfast there wasn't anyone to speak to when we left in the morning.
Also I don't really get the "optional" room key set up.
Sadly it was more style over substance. When you present a high bar it has to be met which it sadly didn't.
Not really place for you if you're on the go and need a place to recharge.

Great stay in one of the cottages. Lovely surroundings and a great walk down and around the coast from the house. Food was delicious and we loved chatting to the other guests around the table and in the drawing rooms. Excellent whiskey selection - as you’d expect but also a lovely variety of other drinks too. Staff were lovely and helpful. They arranged a tasting for us during the evening which was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

It was incredible experience, thank you

So much thought has been put into the decor of each room since the recent renovations. It was lovely to hear the meaning behind each room and learn a bit more about the whiskey. The 4 course tasting menu was amazing and staff were very helpful.
They only have one chef at the moment and so when ordering food at lunch time they didn’t have all of the options available

Excellent food. The staff were so knowledgeable friendly and helpful. It was like staying with friends at their incredible house. Unforgettable. We will be back!

Lovely hotel, totally refurbished to a very high standard. We were allocated one of the cottages, just a few steps away from the hotel. Comfortable room and sitting room. Good shower. Staff were very nice and because nobody else was there when we arrived, we got a tour of all the rooms. Dinner was excellent and same could be said for the breakfast.
I got a phone call asking if I had any dietary requirements a few hours before arrival and she didn’t know what was on the menu, this information would have been helpful but wasn’t a problem later. Would have liked to see the hotel busier as only two other guests were there. Not so keen that we did not get a key to lock the cottage, we were told we could get one but we felt this should have been provided. No TV or coffee making facilities in the room, only a radio. Some of the decor was a bit over the top, but rooms looked amazing. A sign indicating which outside door is reception would be beneficial at the front of the hotel.

We had an incredible room, staff are super friendly and proud of the quality of the food and facilities at the hotel. We stayed here at the end of a 3 day trip to Scotland and certainly saved the best until last. Incredible food too! Thanks so much we can’t wait to come back.

Lovely staff (Amy, Ally and Peter, the chef), comfortable room and delicious dinners, the courses usually coming with very interesting whisky twists.
The hotel looks out over the sea, with a fabulous beach of pictish stones 5 minutes walk away.
