Muito boa.

Localização excelente. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. Para o valor da diária o café da manhã deveria estar incluso.

Pessimas acomodações dos quartos. Paredes finas entre eles. Pessima conservação (box vazando água pelo rejunte, azulejos quebradas, móveis com forros rasgados - cadeira)

Perfeita

Da generosidade do Pessoal em todos os locais que pude estar, recepçao, restaurante, area do cafezinho, guardador do veiculo, todos sem exceçao.

Do site onde fiz e paguei a reserva, nele constava que estava incluido cafe da manha, porem, isso nao ocorreu!

LOCALIZAÇÃO PERFEITA.

A localização do Meliá Jardim Europa é maravilhosa. Coração do Itaim, próximo aos melhores restaurantes da região. Acessível. Além disso, o atendimento do staff sempre supera as expectativas.

Acredito que os banheiros merecem uma reforma em breve.

The room is good but the mini bar was like having a TRUCK inside the room. The AC needs to be replaced ASAP - NOT GOOD AND AGAIN A TRUCK INSIDE THE ROOM.

Custo-benefício não correspondente.Já me hospedei outras vezes no hotel e o padrão já foi melhor.

O atendimento do funcionário responsável pelas malas foi ótimo. Foi a pessoa mais gentil de todo o hotel e parecia o mais experiente, tanto na nossa chegada, quanto na saída. Pena que não reparei o nome dele para lhe fazer o elogio.

Estou com uma questão financeira grave e não estou conseguindo a solução, de modo eficiente e segura. Fizemos o Checkin no hotel no dia 9/09, quando foi solicitado um depósito prévio, no valor de R$5100,00 (pagamento em cartão, do meu marido, Flavio Garcia). Somos viajantes experientes e sabemos esta é a praxe do setor. Quando fizemos o check-out, no dia 11 de setembro, nos foi informado que o valor total da nossa estadia foi de R$4071,04. Avisaram, também, como é de praxe, que fariam o cancelamento do valor do depósito prévio. Com a correria do checkout, infelizmente, meu marido não solicitou os comprovantes de cancelamento do depósito prévio e do valor pago. Até então, tudo dentro da normalidade. Ocorre que, neste mesmo dia, quando já estava em casa, percebi que havia Sido feito um crédito no meu cartão de crédito, que é o vinculado ao Booking, no valor de R$1040,44. Solicitei ao meu marido que verificasse as despesas junto ao cartão de crédito. Ele Apurou que o valor de R$5100,00, relativo ao depósito prévio, não havia sido cancelado e, de outro lado, ainda não constava o valor de R$4071,04. Fiz contato telefônico com hotel na mesma hora e falei com a sra. Ellen, do setor financeiro. Ela me explicou que, no sistema do hotel, constava o cancelamento do valor de R$5100,00, o pagamento no valor de R$4071,04, mas não soube me explicar o motivo do crédito do valor de R$1040,44. Mas disse que me mandaria, até o fim do dia (ontem) os comprovantes dos pagamentos e do cancelamento e ainda me seria informado o motivo do débito de R$1040,44. Ocorre que , até o momento, não recebi qualquer resposta. aliás, acabei de receber mensagem do booking perguntando se eu não tinha comparecido à reserva (??) Registro que acabei de enviar e-mail neste mesmo teor para o htel, em busca de uma solução. De todo modo, conto com apoio de vocês. Fico a disposição para qualquer dúvida. obrigada

Very nice place in a good neighborhood

The place was really nice. In a good part of the city. The staff was very helpful, professional. The restaurant staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

disappointing unfortunately

the bed was comfortable

Everything seemed to be working according yo Booking but after my arrival the hotel was remodeling EVERYTHING. I paid full amount just to sleep there. Everything else was closed and not working.

Good location and comfortable bed. Breakfast is the same each morning, but it’s really good quality with lots of options.

Almost perfectly located but needs more attention to service and detail. Deluxe Room definitely seen better days, worn out chairs half hanging ceiling, noisy AC. Bathroom definitely way too small for 2 people and old. No Roof Top because of Renovations going on since December 5th, same goes for Gym (now located in a regular room with minimal inventory), no pool available as well. Reception could have been more friendly especially after addressing that the room is pretty worn out and the bathroom is small all they said was we could pay more and upgrade to another room. We told them that we are not willing to pay more for another room but rather would expect them to come up with a solution when we get back from Breakfast. Nothing was ever mentioned again about this. We did not expect a free upgrade or anything but at least mentioning it that they thought about something would have been nice. Be aware of a hefty deposit when checking in. Reception area is undergoing some renovations as well currently so it certainly is not like what is shown on the pictures. If you need a place to sleep for a night or two - fair enough. Going on a vacation there at the current state -> don’t do it.

Pleasant

Location is excellent! Everything is close, lots of restaurants and a good neighborhood.

On the other way, rooms are a bit old, bathrooms are tiny (specially the shower box), but the main problems are the curtains. They are too old and let the light get in the room at 5:30 am. Awful.
