Het is een kleinschalig opgezet park met appartementen. Personeel is aardig en het park ziet er mooi uit.
Avond eten was goed!

The pool
The lodge is in quiet area away from the city.
Size of the house was good for 4 adults and one child.
The staff in general lack professionalism:
At the restaurant: unfriendly staff (not welcoming, I was surprised about their unprofessionalism on many occasions during our stay), e.g: we asked for French fries for my daughter and the response from one of the staff was " the oil is finished"
The breakfast was not enough compared to the number of guests staying at the lodge, if you ask for anything they would say it is finished although the breakfast ends at 10:30am.
Ants were all over the place, on the cakes and pancakes, honey etc, I told the waiter but he seemed unbothered.
Apart from that, the quality of the food is not really great: orange juice was not fresh, Moroccan tea was cold.
Pool area: I asked for towels and the response I got was the towels were not washed yet.
Room service: we also had ants at the house, we asked for toilet tissues and pest control but no one came, I had to ask many times. Issue was then resolved after contacting the receptionist.
The only staff at the lodge that seemed helpful was the receptionists

The pool area was lovely and in general the setting was really nice.
The hotel is unloved. Little care is taken by the staff and there didn’t appear to be a manager on site. I had to notify reception twice over a 24 hr period that there was dog poo all over the drive. It was left there until I complained again. They advertise themselves as family friendly but the cot provided was extremely flimsy and there was only one high chair at the restaurant for multiple families who needed it. The food was absolutely not worth the money and breakfast was beyond bland.

The whole site is very beautifully designed and all the facilities are being looked after very well. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The room is absolutely fine and the cleaning was also good. There is a great breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet and dinner is alright but if you like some variations we recommend eating out in Essaouira sometimes. The hammam is also very nice and equipped very well and well worth the little money you pay for access (a bit of an introduction to the creames and mud and stuff would have been helpful but we managed). There is also a free shuttle service to essaouira a few times per day, which is very very useful and highly appreciated.
All in all, if you don't mind having a lot of kids around, we very much recommend this place for a stay in Agadir as you can easily (and for free) get to the medina, book tours and also squeeze in a chill pool day if you want some quiet time as well.
There were a few insects flying and some ants in the room which was a bit annoying. Also all the little cute paths to the houses were not paved they were medium sized rocks which made it a bit exhausting to get our luggage to the reception at checkout but at arrival there was very friendly staff that took our luggage for us in a cart. We also had the cold water faucet on one of the two sinks which didn't work but as there were two faucets it was no big issue. We were not aware that this was almost exclusively a family hotel for families with small kids. So for travelling families with small children it is a great opportunity, for us, as we are two friends in our twenties it was not quite what we would have wished for and it would be nice if that would have been remarked somwhere, which is why we are mentioning it now.

this is my third stay and as always the staff are exceptional. could not do enough for you, particularly attending to dietary requirements.
sadly , the apartment we stayed in and pool area needed some repair and tlc. the path to our apartment was broken and very dark at night which made things a little dangerous. the pool area floor tiling is breaking up. some f the oil beds and furniture could do with replacing .

Exceptionally warm hospitality and service courtesy of Abir, Abdel, Jamal and the rest of the staff. The spa services offered were very relaxing and great value for money. Good, heated swimming pool. Overall, a comfortable, relaxing stay.
The location, literally in the middle of nowhere, made it hard to be flexible with our plans to visit Essaouira town (yes, this is a good 20 mins drive away from the main town). Also, given there isn't any alternative option nearby for food, the breakfast and dinner options were extremely limited for vegetarians. Twice we were served food with fish/ meat in it but, the staff was extremely polite and accommodating and even gave us a free Hamaam session to make up for it.

It’s a beautiful, remote, luxurious & well appointed lodge.
It’s not a fault really …as I loved our room/suite/apartment, but it was a bit of a hike from the pool/restaurant/car park.

We loved our stay and would reccommend. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Lovely pool, we swam in December!
The shuttle to the medina was appreciated.

The heated pool was the reason we came here. We were not disappointed! The pool is clean and just warm enough to swim in in November. The pool area is quite beautiful, it's lined with sunbeds and parasols - and free roaming peacocks! All very pleasant and peaceful. The weather in late November was around 20 in the day, 12 at night. It was warm enough to sunbathe and swim during the day, a coat is needed at night. It rained one day, we hopped on the shuttle bus and spent the day in wonderful Essaouira. Meals are served on beautifully laid tables by the pool. Breakfast was good, buffet style with lots of choice. We ate dinner one night, being vegetarian we were offered a salad starter, vegetable tagine and stuffed peppers. The tagine was the best we've had anywhere. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate our choices. Our son had roast chicken and the most delicious home made chips. 3 meals, 3 soft drinks 610 MAD/£50. We used the shuttle bus 4 out of 5 days here, it takes around 25 mins from the lodge into the centre of Essaouira. I'm quite a nervous passenger, and have to say the driver was very professional and safe. Without transport the lodge is very isolated, there is nothing within walking distance. We spent days by the pool, getting either the 3pm or 6pm shuttle into town, returning on one of the 2 evening slots @ 7.30pm or 10.30pm. Our room had a lovely terrace with far reaching views, a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a 2 ring hob. You need to bring your own coffee or tea, they were provided by the hotel on day one only.
We didn't like the isolation. Our suite was dark even with all the lights on. It was very difficult to put on make up in the dim light of the bathroom. The beds were quite hard and didn't have enough blankets for the cold evenings. We requested extra blankets.

Nice location near Essaouira. The gardens and the pool are very nice.
We had to leave one night before our booking ended because the bathroom was so smelly that my wife ended up throwing up all night. We started feeling weird and left. The common areas are nice, but the apartments are a bit dark and moody. Like in many other places in Morocco, there's issues with the drainpipes, they stink!
There's wild cats all over the place.
