Un petit établissement bien situé mais mal entretenu

Établissement bien situé au cœur de Guéliz, nombreux commerces de proximité. Personnel sympathique mais peu nombreux (une réceptionniste le jour, un gardien la nuit et une femme de ménage qui ne fait pas le ménage tous les jours). Le prix de la chambre reste mesuré (mais ne mérite pas plus). Il y a peu de chambres (donc peu de voisins pour faire du bruit !). L'immeuble est en retrait de la rue donc peu de bruits extérieurs.

L'équipement est insuffisant: il n'y a ni table ni chaise dans la chambre ! L'établissement est mal entretenu : tablette de salle de bain mal fixée (tout ce qu'on y pose tombe par terre), absence d'un store, finitions laissant à désirer, téléviseur non opérationnel (il a fallu une semaine pour que quelqu'un passe). On m'a adressé quatre jours après mon arrivée le mode d'emploi pour parvenir à l'hébergement depuis l'aéroport !

Although we only stayed for a night, we were able to relax!

The location was perfect, near the shopping mall. It was spacious and clean.

It would have been nice if there was a hair dryer.

Prima voor een nacht

Wij hadden hier een tussenstop, het was prima om een nacht te verblijven. Aangenaam personeel, redelijk appartement maar verder niks speciaals.

Descanso en Marrakech fuera del caos de la medina

La comodidad de la cama, la ducha, la situación, la atención del personal, y la limpieza

La puerta cerraba mal si no era metiendole la llave por fuera, al tener solo una llave, si salia uno el otro tenia que cerrar con llave el apartamento pq con el aire se abria sola.el resto expectacular

Optimal für ein paar Tage

Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile um sich eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen, Töpfe und eine Pfanne sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war im allgemeinen sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Direkt gegenüber oder auch sonst in der Straße kann man Essen gehen und muss gar nicht weit laufen. In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Bahnhof und in die Medina braucht man ca. 25 Minuten oder wer nicht laufen will bekommt auch jederzeit schnell ein Taxi. Gueliz ist die Neustatt von Marrakesch, daher gibt es in der Nähe auch viele Möglichkeiten zum shoppen.

Gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, war alles in Ordnung.

Great location in Gueliz. Next to all amenities needed. Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.

TV in the apartment is not working. The shower is broken. There was lots of noise during the night from apartments above, so we didn't get a good night's sleep for a couple of nights.

The A/C wasn't in the bedroom and the kitchen missed an A/C so in the afternoon the kitchen was hot and you couldn't use it or stay in it.

The 2 Ladies on Reception, spoke Excellent English, and were very helpful and friendly, Mustafa, T the night security manager, was very helpful and friendly and helpful for directions for my early morning walks. The location of this property is really fantastic, train 15 walk, Carrefour 5 minutes. !.

Great location, comfortable and economical apartment, but with some drawbacks

I chose this hotel for its location close to an event I was attending at the nearby Radisson and I have no regrets about that. I saved a lot of money by staying here--it's just around the corner and across the street. It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and a mall with a large grocery store inside. For the most part, the front desk agents were very nice and helpful.

Some of the lights in the apartment weren't working and they were never fixed once we reported them. The apartment claims to have a balcony--and technically it does--but it's definitely not worth paying extra for. It's very small, dusty, and there's no view to speak of. Not inviting at all. There was some dog poop just outside the front gate of the property and for nearly a week that I stayed there, no one ever cleaned it up. I get that perhaps technically it's not on the property, but you would think you wouldn't want that to be your guest's first impression. While they were happy to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport, when we requested a taxi for our return trip, we were told to go to the corner and wave one down. Our booking claimed that there was daily housekeeping, but we saw no sign of that in our apartment.

Spacious aparthotel even for longer stays!

Friendly and flexible staff. Comfortable room for even longer stays. Located in a very nice Gueliz neighbourhood, near by the train station (a bit far away from the Medina but still walkable).

The bathroom smelled like cigarrets. Even though the room is called Tobacco, we had the idea that is was for none smokers. However, the rest was very clean and nice!

Good but can be better with a little management effort

Cleanness, location & staff. Up grader to supervisor apartment as the one we were booked in had no electricity in part of the kitchen

No one @ reception for 15 minutes. Some power sockets not working, and towels only provided after each 2 / 3 days.
